Great service at a reasonable rate. They were super easy to work with from the first phone call. They picked up and delivered my cart for a reasonable price. Their hourly labor rates were more than reasonable and they didn’t try to up sell services. Fixed the cart to boot.They unexpectedly washed and detailed our cart too. Given the additional work, it makes their labor rates even more reasonable. This is the blackest the trim has ever been since we’ve owned the cart.12/10 recommend

I’m so glad to be here writing this review! I walked in to this place on Wednesday July the 15! I was riding my electric bike around when I came upon this place, very welcoming. The employees were very nice and helpful, and were very nice to answer my questions, and let me look around at these G carts! I was only looking around, I was interested, but they were still very nice to let me look, and make me feel so welcome, if I was buying a golf cart, I would definitely buy it proudly from GT Carts!

They were great. I had a small but specific issue and they were able to help me for a more than fair price.
