I wasnt looking for a car just a damsel in distress. My tire blew out just south of MAG and I pulled in to wait for my husband to come rescue me. Im lucky to be married to Pete Thomas, service manager for Best One of Tipton. He was doing his best to get a new tire for me but was having difficulty finding since it was discontinued. MAG stepped in and pulled the car into the shop and put spare on (after checking the pressure, thank you 😁). Thank you to MAG for being good Samaritans and to my hubby who is putting new tire on car today!

Not your average car dealer. Jeff made buying a used vehicle fun and easy. I received exactly what I was asking on my trade and he was more than fair on the final purchased price of my new truck! I will definitely be back when I am in need of another vehicle!

Be very careful. Even getting things in writing with this group does not provide any security that you are buying a vehicle in good working order. I am replacing the Heater core, evaporator core, master cylinder and virtually rebuilding the entire front end of a 2008 Ford Explorer purchased here. It took them nearly 3 weeks to deliver, as they were to repair some issues prior. The issues were, the A/C a d the front end. These 2 repairs will cost over $1200.00 alone. The Heater core is another almost $800.00. Master cylinder another $300.00. BE VERY CAREFUL!

I bought a 2013 Ram 1500 with 105xxx miles on it on 10/23/2020 from Merchants Auto Group in Cicero, Indiana. On the way home from the dealership (2 hr drive) I got an engine light and slight cylinder 1misfire, notified salesman of the issue he said get it figured it out and let him know. Took it to a different dealership Greigers 3 weeks after I brought it home, they diagnosed lifter/cam failure. 3rd party warranty company would not cover the repairs due to it being considered a pre existing issue. Selling dealership practically said if warranty company doesnt cover it theres nothing they can do. I ended up getting a full refund on my warranty contract 1,700.00 to help cover the repairs which the salesman at the selling dealership was super helpful with. 2 months after purchase Im here with a truck I cant drive and Im looking at 5grand to get it back on the road. Someone tell me this is fair? How can a dealership sell a vehicle with known engine issues and get away with it? Im making payments on a truck I cant drive.

I have been involved with 4 car purchases and have not been impressed. All 4 cars were represented as good running cars. After the purchase all 4 have needed several thousand dollars to make them dependable running cars. The staff is nice but not honest about the history or condition of the cars. My recommendation is if you like a car these guys are selling take it to a different place and have it inspected before you buy it.They sell low end cars and trucks for top dollar or better. You can get better cars for less.

This is a small, private dealership, mainly specializing in restored classic cars. We had bought a used Yamaha four-wheeler from them. While we didnt spend a lot of time there, we still had an excellent experience. The owners were really nice and helpful, and their facility is super clean. If youre in the marked for a used vehicle I would definitely recommend checking these guys out.

Love my new 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. It was everything I wanted at a great price. Everyone was friendly, Helpful and went out of their way to make the process easy.

The staff was great. I was trying to purchase a nice ford coupe. The staff did me a great deal and payment options. Unfortunately my wife didnt see it that way😮. If I ever come into some cash I will be back to buy from them for sure. I will also tell all my car buddies about this great place and group of gentlemen. Nice enough eager to sell vehicles, dont really seem to care about repeat customers. I had an alternator and batteries go within 24 hours after purchase and no reply. Do your research and take vehicle to another mechanic to look over before buying.Now stuck on highway and reduced engineAgain no help from merchant

Was told I could purchase a 51 Ford. Made arrangements to be there the day after labor day. Took the day off work and went to the bank to pick up money. Called them to tell them Im on the way and they informed me they sold it this morning... cost me over a thousand dollars to have the day off work . Then Jeff said sorry but he sells cars and when he said sounds good, see you Tuesday he didnt mean it!! Terrible way to treat a person !!! Have the texts to back it up.

Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Living a couple hours away, I was a little worried about wasting my day making the drive if the car didnt check out. Jeff went out of his way by sending me additional photos and videos of the car I was interested in. I finally made the drive, and the car looks even better in person! This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had, and was definitely worth the drive.

My son recently purchased his first car from Jeff. At 18 he has no credit. Jeff worked for several days finding the right situation and getting the financing needed to get my son the truck of his dreams. The customer service was amazing! I would go to MAG again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
