Prices are average but has not much items like other stores. Everything processed. Need more fresh veggies and fruit.

Chiquita supermarket is has great prices lower than other Mexican supermarket.wouldnt go to Torres .

There overpriced which is surprising since Cermak is so close. The resturant is pretty good though, evem though ots on the other side of the store.

They do seem to take social distancing seriously and the service is great

Everyone at this store is always so nice. They have good selection of frozen and refrigerated foods. Most items here though are boxed and canned. Still a good choice.

Its super neat n clean and everything is labeled the fruits section has a wonderful selection and one of the gentlemen in fruits n veggies section helped fast and knew just what i was asking for cheap

Always great to shop there. They were giving gloves as you entered the building at the beginning of the pandemic, now they recently started to spray your hands with hand sanitizer. They are trying their best to keep it safe from covid.

Nice supermarket, very organized and clean, great selection of meats and a great diverse selections of items. Parking lot can get full but very justifiable

I really like this place, its so bright and clean. All the products are organized neatly on the shelves and the fruits, veggies and meats all are fresh and look great. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable about wheres stuff at, they also look great. Come here for the deals, this place can be a little pricey on some items.

Always have what you need and want.

This was the first time I went to the store, and I was pleasantly surprised that they handed out disposable gloves for the customers to use. A nice touch and an added level of health safety during these pandemic times. They had a nice array of product selections, and enough cashiers that there were no long lines.

Employees needs to pay little more attention to their customers .I was at the cheese deli trying to take number from the ticket dispencer . But did have any, so I waited . One of the employeesnotices me. who only spoke English and was so kind to take.my order. Great Customer Service on her behalf.

Your average grocery store except this one has nice little carts for the young kids to use and push around and store practices distancing really well

Fresh meat friendly people

Little pricey the but its convenient. Id you see sales paper you can get good deals. If not its on higher end. But every staff member manager cashier very friendly even when you dont know spanish.

Cashiers dont know what they are doing every time i go there for my wic i have problems!

The store itself has a lot to offer and the staff are nice. But that parking lot is so annoying and they close pretty early now so you cant always run over there.

Tamales are delicious. But order early they run out quick!

They should have hand sanitizer by the pinpads for the customers and the times i have gone the spray bottle for carts to sanitizer on the side. Just keep the spray bottle with paper towels and customers can just do it themselves. Keep it safe for employees and customers

The place is great. Prices are kind of high but the quality of the meat is like no other taste different. Is always clean. We have been going to la chikita for 20 yrs is so. We recommend it. .

Waited 45 minutes and didn’t even get our food!! People that came after us were getting served but we weren’t. Kitchen only had 1 cook as well. Skipped our order about 5 times and we didn’t even order much…

Prices are sky high, customer service is great. Its double the price of Food 4 less. You dont have to wait in line, enough cashiers in the evening.

10AM on Friday the store was very clean organized no too busy, prices are reasonable, a lot fruit variety ... just a little detail on sanitizer dispose, around the store I only saw one, none when you entrance to the store neither at the cashiers, Sorry but this is not acceptable during pandemic!

So many Mexican restaurants to choose from in this particular area, but this place delivers good food and very reasonable prices to. I love their homemade Mexican style coffee. Definitely won a long customer.

I shop here for my groceries because there Meet is very fresh the store is very clean very nice people a pleasant atmosphere.

The products are insanely overpriced. It sadens me that a Mexican store located in a place in which people are not the most economically wealthy would charge such insane prices. There are other Mexican Stores in the area that have the exact same items for a fraction of the price. Save Your money and buy the same produce somewhere else.

I dont know who would want to shop at this place their prices are like you are downtown Chicago on Michigan Avenue and they are in a poor area and not to mention they have bad attitudes. I recommend not to goshopping there and maybe theyll close

Over all this location in cicero is full of hard working people. I used to shop here and even worked here one time. My family members even worked here themselves so i know the company and the owners. I wish the pay reflected the growth of the company but it doesnt. They pay minimum no matter if you come with experience or not. Their prices are high and they need to treat their employees better. They have a high turn around rate.

Best carnicería /meat department and deli service in the town. I rarely buy fresh meat anywhere else because I know Im never disappointed with the quality and service provided here. The fresh produce is also always great.

Bought a cake from there Bakery area totally not worth buying it suppose to of been a three milk cake so this cake supposed to of been milky in the inside came out to be totally the opposite so dry. I don’t understand why they sell this item that has been sitting in the fridge for about more than a week if it this dry. I don’t understand why they Do not go through there cakes to see if they are over there expiration date totally not worth wasting money in buying a cake here. This is the only item I give a one star on the rest of the store is fine.

Good grocery store

I received my food like 7 minutes before everyone else so I finished when everyone was receiving their food. My dad, who ordered chilaquiles, had to ask for his food just to end up with some chips with salsa and cheese on top. On top of all of that the server was really slow and we had to remind her about what we got for drinks and other simple things. So.... 4 stars for the taste and 3 for the overall experience.

Grocery store that has some good deals. I am bilingual but limited in Spanish fluency. Well Everytime I visit I am spoken to by any employee in Spanish! My non Spanish, all American friends are communicated the same way also as if the only language for the employees are Spanish and EXPECT you to understand them! In their deli they have favoritism and preference for their own race. Everytime my non Latino friends want service and pick a number in line they get skipped on purpose for someone else! Stay away from this store for groceries! Too crowded, racial preference and lousy customer service.
