Everything there is its very fresh I mean they offer everything from fruits to fresh cut meats to an actual taco restaurant to bakery to corn on the cob just everything possible you can find in the store and everyone is always so polite

Meat is old if you get it from the shelf.Other than that, all good.

The few time I’ve been here and eaten at the restaurant it was a good experience but this time around I have to say I am very disappointed in the customer service of the cooks/waitress. When taking our order the lady was not paying attention to us and we kept having to repeat it to her five times. After waiting for about 20 minutes they brought us our food and the order was completely wrong and after asking them to fix it they gave us an attitude. When they brought us the order the second time I guess they felt some way about asking them to fix our order that they filled up the torta with all cheese and almost no meat. Complete waste of time and money. The store is great but the restaurant could use completely new staff.

No complaints. Has a wide selection of groceries and other things. Usually does not get too crowded. It even has a little restaurant inside. Prices here are usually cheaper than my corner store so it’ll make it worth your trip.

Its a nice small store. I would check the dates on things though because all the garbanzo were expired in the produce. The employee there though was nice and apologetic. And be careful at the check out, the cashier made a few mistakes. But I asked and she fixed the issue. These things can happen anywhere. Its a good neighborhood grocery store.

I would put a zero if I could due to the terrible customer service from the cashiers. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They had the nerve to gossip in front of customers when there was a long line of customers. I got dirty looks and just terrible attitude from them. One of them yelled at me and my friend which was unnecessary. Don’t come here!

As you all can see this grocery store has been in the neighborhood over 25 years, and is always convenient because it has a butcher shop and a restaurant where you can eat with your family after buying your groceries..........

This place is really good. Had all the groceries I needed and the staff is nice. I go here often and all of the times I went the staff is helpful and nice everytime. I would recommend people to come here to shop for groceries.

The cooked food is good. There are a lot of good deals for the whole year for everything but some things want you to pay for too than you need like 5 2 liter sodas for 5 dollars but you really dont 5, 2 liter sodas in your house unless you have a big family. But at the same time the sales are good. I recommend this place over the Chiquita ever day.

I used to live close to the store, now a little far away but going back always to the same store. i always find what i want with fair prices.. i use my Torres app now, finding always some products on sale or some coupons that i can use when i am checking out...I love stopping by..

You can buy food to go, its fresh and very good. Theres everything you basically find in a supermarket with the difference that you can get some International brands you might not be able to find in other stores.

If I was able to give this place zero stars I would. My shopping experience at this store as a new customer ended awfully. I am shopping thinking I am finding great “sales” only to find as I am at the register that I am unable to take advantage of these sales because I do not have an application for this such store. Really?? An app that is irrelevant to my shopping at a local neighborhood store. There is no sense of thought for new customers. Makes me wonder if Torres has any consideration of the demographic of where this store is located and the deception of their marketing. Not to mention that the cashier was talking to me in a condescending way, poor customers service.Huge suggestion to management since no manager was available during my visit, promote your “application” in bigger, bolder marketing to not deceive your customers. All it takes a little investment ($$) to make your customers aware of the only ways to take advantage of your deceiving sales.

Prices are a bit higher on certain items but great menu menudo and pozole....

Small but a good amount of Mexican products. Has a butcher and deli counter as well a Mexican dessert area. Cash only at the dessert area though. Prices are average. Their app does have weekly deals.

The place looks a bit big from the outside. When I walked in It felt much smaller. Some of the authentic things I wanted were not in this store. I didnt buy much in the end just essentials. Bread, milk, eggs, and some pastry bread.

Plenty of great imported Mexican Candies and other items for great prices. 🤑 Clean and cool on the inside. ☺ Most important of all, great Customer Service. 😎 Cooked food they sell is delicious. 🤓

They have the best bolillos/french bread style buns here. They have a bakery on site so they are always fresh. They have a good selection of other sweet breads. The store isnt huge but they carry everything you need. Parking lot is small so go early. There is a restaurant for a quick bite and a deli to pick up food to go. Not a big menu but the food is good. I have not been disappointed.

Cashiers are nice. Meat department can improve. Cooked food is ok but people serving can be nicer.

Since I live that area for almost 4 years from now and I never have a problem with this store until this afternoon, that female cashier need to fired and gave me a bad attitude, like WTH..... I tried to ask nicely question if it is open lane or not and my husband tried to ask her again before I gone mad and of course she doesn’t pay attention and don’t want to deal with us. I only need to buy two kids drink bottle to pay and I don’t know why she doesn’t want to do it but do it for a woman with over 20 things in her cart. Or just because we are Deaf couples so she don’t want to deal it? Hypocrite .

It was okay, only reason it has 3 stars is because they have a restaurant inside and another sales area with hot food in front. Otherwise its a small place with an odd setup. I do not feel this place would be beneficial in the long run to meet my shopping needs.

I give them five stars because the food here was delicious, and the servers were fast and also friendly. I recommend them!

They sell the best conchas (bread) in the city. But the the females at the register need to be more friendly. Or smile at least show some joy in your face.

Produce could be so much fresher. I only visit when Im in the mood to cook chorizo, which I prefer from here. Otherwise, I shop elsewhere for fresher fruits and vegetables.

Very little, space is very limited inside and the parking is small too, produce and meat is fresh most of the time, but is very expensive in comparison to another Mexican supermarkets, i just buy in here when I have no time to go somewhere else...

This place is ridiculous. I walked up at 9:46pm, and they had already locked the doors. ...so I called and asked what time they close. The lady who answered told me 10pm. I made her aware that the doors are locked and asked her to send someone to the front to unlock them. Ive since been standing out here for 5 minutes. Im never coming here again. 2 other would-be customers approached at 9:51, highly upset (as was I) that the doors were already locked. This store is conveniently placed for me, but forget it, I will hike the extra two miles and continue to visit Meijer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great prices and good amount of produce.

I dislike very much this store... Every time I go cashiers give a very bad customer service. They need to be more polite and at least try to fake the love for their job. I reather go all the way to Tonys or la chiquita they have way better service. But unfortunately emergencies happend and I get to go here.

Great Mexican store to get anything or everything

For a smaller supermarket, they have everything you need! Great one-stop shop for great produce, prepared food, beer, liquor, and they have a dope taqueria on-premsies. Amazing staff, they take great care of this store, and this store takes great care of my family!

This is a good store to go to when things are on sale. Ive purchased chicken and meat here that were spoiled even when it was packaged on the same date. I come here for the ham & cheese at the deli.

There’s a lady with platinum hair named joseline who as I was going to pay my things she took them out of my bag and restarted again and made me wait longer and on top I was told by joseline that I could not take the basket outside why wouldn’t I be able to take the basket if I’m paralyze that’s the most stupid thing I ever heard if there’s a manager please pay attention to this person please fire this person name is joseline who’s not taking consideration any of the customers

I give it one start because the option for no star is not available. The butchers in the back are clowns. All 6 or 20 of the butchers laughing at the customers. We are not a joke, their job depends on them getting customers. I took my business elsewhere!

To high in price!....vegetables high in price and so nasty (got to sort out the bad vegetables guys!!!) love their baked bolillo and italian bread only so they do deserve this one 🌟.

The female cashiers from the last shift gossip too much about other customers. It’s been 3 times already that I hear them talk about other customers. Very unprofessional! They usually have 1 cashier open with 2 people working at the same cashier. That extra person could be at a different cashier and save customers time!
