Earlier this evening I was confronted by two men who worked as guard dogs in the yard. Yard dogs Steven and his co worker José tried to “bite me.” They were very disrespectful towards me and payed no respect for what I was doing. They were very unprofessional and very rude for me as a truck driver. It’s hard to believe that they have a manager like Alvin and still don’t know how to deal with problems and still don’t know how to explain the yard rules calmly to their drivers. I was very disappointed with how I was treated today. I have video proof of everything that happened and I hope the owner of the business reads this. Avoid this place! ‼️

Arrived 8:20 appointment time 8:30 was told “we don’t have appointments first come first serve” 5 trucks ahead of me finally 1pm unloaded.

I have been there 5 times in 5 years. Every time I go to this place they have a spotter that think he owns the place. He gets into a argument with you for no reason then the say he can kick you out. The service is great but the yard dog has issues.

Clamp truck driver comes in at 0500 to unload rolls. From Cicero turn east on 14th. Customer on the left, look for signs for rolls.

This place is Great! I drove up and a very nice spotter pointed me to the right direction and entrance,in which I approached the door on the the other side of the building, only to find a really helpful Secretary that gave me a door with a smile,and a cheerful attitude. :) It was a treat to get loaded the night before my 10:00 AM appointment time..Thanks Staff!!! :)

Good and nice people here. I gave 4star because just one issue for truck drivers in place to wait in the truck and have a nap we need to stay inside for houers. We stay sit in the truck all the time, we need to lay in our truck.

Shipping from 47th Ave turn on 12 the place there is gate for entry in factory and shipping. Receiving is at 47th Ave. Best way to come with semi truck is from Rusevelt turn in 47 Ave. loading time.About 1 1/2 hrs.

Outstanding team of professionals. They are a corrugator, POP, & carton manufacturer that has next level design capabilities along with HD Flexo and litho options.

It could be and it should be faster. But they do not destroy you ELD hours for that day. Pain in the ass is that you have to wait in waiting room while they load you.

Bad, got to wait inside. Yard dog barks a lot and hunks the highway horn. It takes 3 hours to load, so they can avoid detention.

This place is not fast at all. You sit for a long time b4 they put the red light on. And theres only 3 trucks here. Not worth the time

There is no overnight parking and the guy who was there was very rude, he didnt even let me to enter to make U turn.

Easier to get in and out of then it looks like on Google Maps. Worst part was waiting on somebody to answer the door but that wasnt even that bad at all.
