The worst uhaul place ever. I dont know how they still open. We reserved a cargo van & when we made it there it was gone & they tried to give us a truck with the side mirror cracked.this company dont deserve NO STARS im very upset

Very disappointing. I had a reservation with this store for pick up at 9am and the store was not open until 10:45 am even though the store hours said they open at 9am. I was waiting for more than an hour and a half for my pick. Waste of time.

They forgot to give me my passport back after I returned my rental. I tried calling them but they dont answer their phone. It seems theyre completely reliant on the U-Haul customer service which I had to wait 20 minutes for TWICE to get someone who could help. They said theyd pass along my info to the store manager but after a few days I got no response.Ultimately I had to drive there to pick it up in person. My rental itself wasnt bad but it should be such a disaster to simply get a hold of a store.

Would not honor the contract from corporate. I signed up for a hitch install, and had a quote from corporate, stating that I had my own hitch for them to install. I dropped the vehicle off they called an hour later saying they would charge double ($255) because I didnt purchase the hitch from them. There was no prior info that this would be the case. I called corporate customer service and got bounced to three people and was put on hold for 50 minutes in total. Local shop failed to make good on a contract and corporate people didnt want to deal with the issue so employees brushed me off, and left me on hold till I hung up. Never working with U-Haul again.

I will not go back here. They charged me to pick up the uhaul. Then after I dropped t off they charged me double of what I paid to pick it up. They told me was a hold on my card to wait 3-5 business days it’s been a week now and still haven’t got my money back. They charged me for 2 days I only had the truck 6 hours returned before they closed. Then the employees are ruled. Second time I been to them and both times it was a horrible experience. I thought if I go back maybe it’s different nope it’s the SAME. If you could go somewhere else GO

My experience with this facility. First lets start with the day I made my reservation. There was a line of people trying to reserve, return or buy products. Only one person was working. Now lets forward to the day of my scheduled pick up. I get to the faculty and the rep behind the counter who had a badge that said Owner informs me my reservation had be rescheduled to 5pm at a different location and that I should have received a text message...which per my records I show no text message from Uhaul. I explained to him my reservation was set for 7am and a reservation for 5pm was not going to work for me. His response was I cant do nothing for you. His response was unacceptable and unprofessional for a supposed owner. He need to go and take a Customer Service Etiquette course or best of just quit! Never ever going back to this facility!

Apparently open at 7am means they show up a bit after 7am, have to turn on the lights, computers, and get it all ready. And despite my reservation for 7am, they didn’t have my truck ready... Orlando didnt seem too concerned or feel any urgency.

The worst Uhaul experience ever! Sunday afternoon and theres one person working the counter. Ive been in line for an hour already!

Reserved the truck online the day before and my husband went to pick up the truck took him over 30 min to get the truck. They said they couldn’t start the reservation later because we reserved it at 7 according to Froedge. Then, my husband had to use his card to pay for the truck although they asked for my card online. Then they said it was 100 dollar deposit which was never stated online. Customer service was horrible and the process was lengthy. Never had to pay a 100 dollar deposit in at the Forest Park uhaul.

Dont come here by yourself if youre a girl. The way the employee Ray speaks to women is sexual harassment. He claimed to be the owner and asked me if I need a sugar daddy. I felt so unsafe and he kept looking me up and down. Hes old enough to be my grandpa. If I had any proof, I would definitely have called the police. I told one of my close friends about it and she said he did something similar to her a few months ago. I will never come here again.Disgusting.

Go anywhere else. Every single time I come here I have a problem with Ray. Ive had appointments cancelled, they are never open on time, hes rude to everyone and has flat out refused me service a few times when I wanted propane and he didnt feel like going outside in the cold. This place is garbage.Dont give people like this your money. Give it to someone who deserves it.

Use anyone else. They unilaterally change your reservation then try to charge you a late fee. Total fraud!

I reserved van online. When I picked up & dropped off, very quick, pleasant & efficient service. Highly recommend!

This is the third place I went to return a 17 feet Uhaul. And the owner Ray is nice and take our truck in. Not like the other two places, one of where I am supposed to return the truck, but they dont have space for the truck, and the second one, even after I called the scheduling Uhaul specialist and changed the drop off location, still they wont take my truck. So next time when you want to return a truck, go to a real Uhaul store, not a neighborhood Uhaul. They just dont well connected with Uhual.

Scheduled a hitch installation online a couple days in advance for 5pm. Show up and they forgot my reservation. On top of that, the owner made up a story about trying to call me but leaving a message. No calls or messages received.

The General Manager at this store is Ray Fredge. We had an appointment at 4:30 when we got there the store was closed before the closing time. We called and they said someone would come to open the doors and no one came. Horrible service. Choose another moving company.
