I recently ordered a “Chicago Gaming Arcade Legends 3” cabinet from Walton’s Games to entertain my myself..I mean my kids, during “Lockdown 2020”. I contacted Bruce on a Friday and the game was delivered on time and the very next day to my home for set up in my basement office area.The delivery crew were polite, professional and extremely careful. There was not a scratch or ding on either the machine or my walls. Within 20 minutes it was as if they were never there.Once I got into playing my favorite old arcade classics…(Did I mention that it was for my kids) and my favorite Golden Tee courses, I noticed that a handful of games were missing from the 130 that the system was advertised with. I contacted Bruce and asked if he could simply send USB drive with the missing titles when his crew had time. He not only took care of me very quickly, he actually sent his crew out with an entirely brand new, machine and instructed his team to deliver, set up and remove the machine that had only been in my house for 5 days.One of my business partners has ordered 3 different games from Walton’s and has also shared similar stories of service that goes above and beyond the expected. I am very happy with my first experience with Walton’s Gaming and will never have a problem recommending friends and associates for future entertainment needs.Oh..and my kids love it!

Just bought a new pinball machine. What a great experience! We did have a minor issue with the performance of the machine, but the pinball wizard came out right away and fixed it perfectly. Claudia in the office was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend to anyone!

Super place to buy anything related to games. The people there are great and very nice. I bought a top of the line air hockey that weighed several hundred pounds, and was installed free of charge. Family owned and operated they have been in business for a long time and it shows. Highly recommend and will be going back soon to buy a pinball machine :)

Bought a used pinball from them at Christmas with year warranty. Minor issues that need to be addressed. After three weeks, they have yet to return my service call or emails.Came out today and fixed the machine - appreciate the long drive, service technician is great. Appreciate the service.

We got an IGT slot machine and stand for our amusement at home. We use it as our Piggy bank to save for our vacation. We are very pleased with it. We have recommend to our family and friends to go check out all the different games they sell there.

So I am updating my post about Waltons. We first had some bumps but after talking with them they stepped up fixed my issues and now i am enjoying my pinball machines and arcade game. Will I use them again? Absolutely! Nobody is perfect, but what counts is if there is a mistake they fix it and go the extra mile! AND they did!

After having a number of setbacks with a pinball machine I purchased from Waltons Games. Waltons Games has stepped up to the plate and has agreed to solve the issues, which I greatly appreciate. This doesnt happen often in todays world, so my hat is off to them!!!

Purchase a Used Roller Coaster Pinball, Got Free Delivery, One Year Warranty, and I love my RollerCoaster Pinball, Looks Great, and it is just what I wanted. Kids are having a Great time with it.

I have purchased games from Walton’s over the last 15 years and heave never been disappointed. Most recently I bought a new Ghostbusters pinball game. It’s a great game and the transaction went smoothly. The delivery guys were great and were able to get my Crusin’ USA game working again in about 5 mins.

Bought a 14ft shuffleboard. Free delivery and setup! Very professional interactions. Was told shipping would take 7-10 days but took 3 weeks but was well worth the wait!!

I purchased the Ice Fx Skeeball machine and it is a great game for your home. Delivery was when I expected and the set up was made quick and easy by a couple of experienced technicians. Thank you Waltons.

Extremely rude on the phone. I was trying to ask questions and get some basic information but the person I was speaking with kept cutting me off. Surprised theyre still in business treating potential customers so poorly.

Purchased the Adams Family pinball machine from Walton’s and it was almost in mint condition. I’m very satisfied with the service and will purchase again from them!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They have the WORST customer service on the planet. I bought a $2200 golden tee machine from them at the beginning of last year. About a week later it quit working so I called in to get it repaired. 2 months later they showed up and fixed it. About 2 weeks later it was broken again so they said they would swap it out, which I agreed to. 3 months later they showed up with with the new machine. Their movers didnt know what they were doing and scratched my newly refinished hardwood floors. Youll never guess, but the new machine didnt work either!! Oh, and they told me theyd pay to have my floors fixed, but never did. So finally, in October of 2016, they agreed to come get the machine and sell it on consignment and pay me back $1,500. Its now August of 2017 and, wait for it, I cant get them to respond to any calls or emails about it!! How this place stays in business always was a mystery to me, but now I see whats up. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dump...
