I needed help finding the right camera and I asked Luna if she could direct me.She did and I needed some questions answered so I was referred to some employees who we finally got a hold of in electrical.My whole time I was there she stayed with me throughout my time there and made sure I received what I needed.Very pleasant and helpful in a time where I needed it!

Garden center staff was excellent & I got everything I needed. Really nice, fully budded mums. Shout out to the young man that loaded the pavers for me. He was careful & pleasant.Then I looked for garage shelving for totes, sundry items. There wasnt anything I would buy.Everything I liked was too big or too small. There needs to be more variety.

My boyfriend loves this places so I’m here all the time. But the staff is either always around in packs or nowhere to be found. Although I will say 2 employees really came together and did a great job when my boyfriend purchased an extremely heavy toolbox. I love the smell of wood as I walk in too, that’s my favorite part.

Good place to get what you need, though it isnt always in stock and may need to be ordered. Very good installation services and good add-on warrenties. No complaints beyond I wish they had a printed directory of which isles hold which things; always need to find someone to ask because Customer Service desk always has a line.

Whoever is working the front Self-Checkout tonight 8/6/21 is RUDE! I was attempting to purchase two small lawn care items ($30 total) and when I tried to use a store credit issued to my wife, I scanned her ID and the system prompted for assistance. She came over and was unapologetic and refused to provide assistance. Instead of letting me try my ID instead of my wife’s (who was in our car with my toddler) or offer a solution she snapped “you’ll just have to pay.” I asked why and she continued to not answer my simple question. I’ll make a point to go to the E. Hamilton store where they aren’t rude.

I asked for a cog, showed a picture of the cog & told them what it was for.3 people pointed me to the wrong aisle.I finally found someone that honestly said, I dont know, Ill call someone that can help.I so appreciated her. She did help. I filled out a how did we do listing her name for a raise.

This is a profit oriented big box store. For the most part they probably have what you need but they really dont care about you. At the Forest Park, Ohio store they have handicap parking. It is a joke. Nothing more than a facade. I am a partially disabled Army veteran. They have handicap parking. Here is the problem; you can park close to the entrance and get what you need. Then they make you walk the entire length of the store to check out. After that, you have to walk the entire length of the store again to get back to your car. Bull! Im done with home depot. They used to have a checkout next to returns, by the entrance. They refuse to use it and tell to to go for a walk. So,, instead of walking, Ill drive to Lowes. They dont do that. Bye bye home depot!

I have been looking for a lilac bush for a while and it was very difficult for me to find. At home Depot today I found a beautiful lilac bush and they had more than one, with beautiful blooms and such a heavenly scent! Also plenty of flowers to choose from for shade and sun and I purchased a few, great variety!

You couldnt fit through the Isles because discarded boxes kept blocking my way. I had a cart filled with stuff and left it and drove somewhere else. I dont know whats going on there but I wont be back at that store.

Was going to buy a stove and the guy sitting there never ask to help us. Even though he was looking at us. We had to walk up and ask for help. My husband is handicapped and there was no handicap carts available. I am on oxgyen. We always shop Home Depot. Worst Home Depot experience! Needless to say we did not buy our stove from them. Absolutely terrible customer service 🙄.

Bought a new lawn mower. They were very helpful in picking a model with features I wanted. Also, they helped to unbox and load it in my trunk.

A very large chain store. Big box. You can find just about anything you need in the way of home repair. Great selection of carpets, appliances, paint etc.

The lady that was hanging the plants was very nice and helpful. There were one lady that was sour and look like she was mad at the world. She would have ran right over us of we hadnt move. Very rude.

I dont know why I even go into a home depot anymore. I approached an employee in the blinds department and asked to have have two blinds cut to the size I needed. I was met with a BIG sigh. Sorry I interrupted your day. Sorry I wanted to spend my money at your store. I politely told the man Id go to Lowes. I did. I got friendly service and my blinds cut to size with no problems. Thanks Lowes.

The employees have gotten very rude/hateful here. Visted multiple times over the last few weeks. On the self check out I scanned 2 different bar codes that were on the box. Neither was correct. Lady comes over and tells me Youve scanned too many times and none of them are right She said it with an attitude. Guess I interpreted her leaning time. The bar code was under another bar code sticker. She produced a razor and worked for about 4 minutes to get to proper bar code. My question do I need to bring my own razor next time to get to bar code I need to be able to hand my money over. Today, went to buy riding lawn mower and a grill. When we got someone to come talk to us(10 minutes later) I showed her picture from there website and ask if they had or could get this mower. She said with attitude yea good luck on that. There are no riding mowers in the state of Ohio I ask how long of a back order wait was. Dont know She walked away. I then went to Lowes and spent $800 on a grill and looked at there wide selection of riders. I left there and went to TSC and looked at several Cub Cadets. The one I wanted was not in-stock but it will be in on Monday. Spent little over $2500.00 on that.I never left the state and seen multiple riding mowers. So Home Depot can G.F.T.S. I just bought a home that needs money put in it. Home Depot is the closest but Ive gave them there last dime.

This location is nice. The only weird thing about this store is the lighting seems off, like the whole store lighting runs at half power.

I usually love 💕 this Home Depot .. But tonight I was absolutely appalled at the return isle .. I came in to see about an even exchange for the exact same product mind you it’s literally a 30 dollar item ... I walk up to the counter the lady said ..Yeah rudely I said I’m having an issue with the mop system she rolled her eyes and said go back and get another I thought ok ✅ this will be ok hopefully I go to the counter with the box 📦 she literally cut the box open took an attachment out and said here ya go ... I was literally shocked on her mannerism ... was she serious I thought ... then she put my old piece in the new box taped it up ⬆️ to resale... absolutely bad business needless to say I won’t be going back to this joke of a store 👎

Bought a LG dishwasher and the sales rep said if theres any issues to give her a call and she will help us rectify it. The company they use for install didnt install it properly. Called the sales rep and she was very rude and refused to help us. Called LG directly and they said its an install issue. Called home depot back and talked to management and they were not helpful.

Bought an LG washing machine in Dec 2020 which is working OK, but had a nightmare experience with the installation resulting in property damage. The installer broke the water supply valve, leading to high pressure water gushing out into the laundry. No-one from The Home Depot has attempted to make this right. Theyve passed the buck onto a claims service who passed it onto the delivery sub-contractor. The delivery subcontractor hasnt done anything to make it right either. They have a fully staffed claims department which presumably means they get a lot of damage claims. Given this experience: do not use HDs install service!

I was trying to order some stuff on the website. In order to pay for it you haveto have or sign up for an account. Apparently I have and account, but cant remember my password. So I hit forgot password it said I had to reset it and they would sent me a code. The code arrived 4 hours later and of no use. So I just ordered from Lowes. They have the same items for the same price and your dont need an account.

I bought all new appliances from Home Depot. They were scheduled for delivery today. The delivery people said they had 15 people to get to and sorry they had to just leave and go. They said they didn’t know what to do but it was our issue. I called the delivery ticket for help with no luck. I called the local Home Depot in Forest Park, even asked to talk to the manager. Still no luck. They also refused to take away our current fridge even though we paid extra for it. Definitely do not buy appliances here if you need any help at all with delivery or install because you will not get it.

DIYers dream. Great place to get building supplies for home construction and improvements. Landscaping supplies. Appliances. Lighting. Painting. Woodworking. Hardware. Tools. Flooring. Knick Knacks toward the front of the store. The purchase online and pick up in the store option is so convenient. The staff does seem overworked. Hence, the level of customer service is a reflection of how employees are being treated. Dont get me wrong the staff isnt completely rude and unreasonable but the store does carry low energy... Its almost as if you have to let out a sigh once walking through the door.

Horrible customer service. I planned on placing a $1,500 order and they were everything but helpful. The lady at pro desk would not come from behind her desk. Then I asked her to see if I could pick up from another store and she act like it wasn’t her job. Customer service at the colerain location has gone down hill quickly. My advice is to go to Lowe’s or the forest park Home Depot.

My experience here today at Home Depot was very wonderful!! KJ was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me find the right item i specifically was looking for. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Especially on my birthday!!! Thanks KJ for your wonderful help.

I do normally like the Forest Park home Depot however since The covid-19 pandemic I have noticed that customer service at this store has decreased. I went to return a water hose and replace it with another kind but when I came back to the customer service desk to purchase the replacement, as I told her I would, she advised that I had to go to the regular checkout which was on the other side of the store. Overall this home Depot is not bad but I wish that their employees would still consider how important it is to be polite to customers.

Ask to get 2x4 cut in couple pieces manager told me we dont do project. And they are very busy which I realized they are not busy

My sister found a mouse in her house at 530 in the morning. This was the only store opened at 6, to get traps and bait. Of course the store is huge. I dont like how what I needed was on the total opposite end of the store so I had to walk wayyy back to the other end of the store to checkout 🙃.
