Bought a Fiat from them in March 2021. This was my first time personally buying a car and Id heard great things about McCluskey, so naturally I went to them. They told me everything on the car had been checked and if anything needed serviced, they had done so at that time. As I said, I bought the car. Everything seemed okay. The Fiat was a bit loud compared to what Im used to with other cars Ive been in, but Id heard that Fiats werent the most quiet of vehicles - so I thought nothing of it. It only got louder over the last 7 months. I took it in to a mechanic to have it diagnosed so I could formulate a plan of action and they told me that the front bearings were shot. There is no reason why they shouldve been in such bad condition if McCluskey had done their thorough inspection and servicing, like theyd told me was done. Clearly this was not done as they said or whomever did the inspection/servicing is incompetent. I contacted McCluskey with questions about getting my car serviced and also if my warranties covered any of it. Its almost two weeks later and Ive still not gotten any e-mails or calls regarding this, however, I have had several e-mails trying to SELL ME a car. Ridiculous. I ended up having the bearings replaced elsewhere and now my car is silent; it sounds like a new car. To say that I am frustrated is a huge understatement. I dont know that Id ever go back to McCluskey or recommend them.

Jake was so helpful and kept me up to date on my repair. They got my car fixed quickly! Thank you Jake and all the people that helped fix my car!!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire place was clean and well organized. They were even considerate enough to move some things around so I could pick up my car in the morning since that was the only time Im available.

They say they can help people in bankruptcy and then say we can if you pay 900 a month

So.. bought my car from their buy here pay here a couple years back. Charged WAY over book.. but fine.. needed to rebuild credit and they report to the credit bureaus. Paid all payments on time. When I paid off the car.. the very next month, they REMOVED the positive tradeline from my credit... knocking my credit down 40 points... putting me back in the position where I may need to do buy here pay here again. Shady as hell....

Must say McCluskey Chevrolet on Colerain Avenue is the best Express I had in a long time. Before I went to Mccluskey I went to right way dealership in Fairfield Ohio and they was not trying to help at all the salesman who was trying to help me was trying to find more wrong on my credit report then trying to help me out and was trying to put me in something old 2007,when Mccluskey seen me come they greeting me with open arm, was not there long and the salesmen Andrew Rogers found me a 2014 Toyota Camry that my wife love when I do get ready to by something else it will be with these guys at Mccluskey Chevrolet on Colerain Avenue if any one are look for something to drive go there it work out for you and wont have to give a leg and a arm to get in something.

It’s a buy here pay here lot right .. but only if you have good credit . They are right everyone is approved But here is the catch my credit is not good and I was APPROVED but i have to put 4000 down on a car and it’s a list of cars THEY give you that THEY approve you for.. my income is very high but this place is horrible for people with bad credit .. my sales rep was not very social at all I was extremely uncomfortable .. families with bad credit look somewhere else they want you to put half down on cars they choose for you

We are Going through chapter 7 bankruptcy and was sent a guaranteed car loan through McClucskey so we set an appointment to come in 09-30-2017@0900. We show up on time and speak with the sales rep and let him know exactly everything thats going on. Went through the credit check and they printed out a list of vehicles we was approved for. None was a truck like we wanted but we still looked and narrowed it down to a dodge charger and we went for that one. Well after 7 hours and dealing with a screaming child trying to get this done so we can drive off in our vehicle we was approved for and paid our deposit in cash they come back and tell us they couldnt approve us for the vehicle. I let them know I didnt want any other vehicle and that how come I went from being approved to being denied? They came up with apparently the lender didnt know you had a bankruptcy so the vehicle you want is 90% most likely to be approved. So I told them I wanted my money back because I paid cash money (IMPOSSIBLE!!!) Stuck in a safe and have to mail a check back to me Monday. Stay away from this place! Will steal your money and waste your time! Dont fall for their bankruptcy approval crap!

I live over two hours away from McCluskeys so I called the dealership and Sean Casey put a hold on the vehicle I was interested in until I could come and look at it. After looking the vehicle over and driving it it wasnt really what I wanted. Sean put no pressure on me said he understood even offered to do a couple things to the vehicle to make it more to my liking.I did not buy that particular vehicle but I am still in the market and told Sean I will keep an eye on their website due to the fact that I got such good treatment from the dealership.

I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated at the dealership. Im too used to being treated like a pariah because I have credit issues, but I didnt experience any of that. They treated me courteously and were willing to work with me. It didnt take too long before I was looking at and test-driving several vehicles until I found the one I wanted. The financing was quick and easy; downpayment and monthly payments were more affordable than Id expected.

After the condescending tone the sales man took with me about my financial situation and financing saying they would not even try to get me a car, I will Never go there in the future. Did not even bother showing up after the way i was treated on the phone by sales even though i was pre-approved to get a vehicle there. I will not give my business to a company that thinks they are better than the rest of the world or looks down on anyone for anything that is beyond their control. Negative 5 stars is my actual rating but google wont let me! Horrible people with worse attitudes... Save your time and money by not going here!

Buyer beware! Was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Told me everything I wanted to hear and didnt hold up the deal once I gave them my deposit and keys to my trade in. Ended up with a vehicle and after a few short days Im having problems with the vehicle. Theyre 172 point inspection is garbage just another sales tactic.

Car needed an oil change, brakes and rotors, and a new fuel pump 3 days after purchase. Was told they would fix whatever was causing it not to start without hitting the gas since they couldnt figure it out. When I requested it be repaired in was told to refer to my warranty. I should have got it in writing. Lesson learned.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. McCluskey has multiple branches...Kings Automall, one on Galbraith Rd, and one on Reading Rd.I bought a brand new 2017 Camaro at Kings Automall. Ive had my car fixed (dent, scratches) at the McCluskey body shop located at Reading Rd. I never go anywhere else for oil change or fix, I always go to McCluskey since thats where I got my car.Long story short, today I went to Kings Automall to look at my convertible glass getting fixed, a rubber trim coming off on the passenger side window, and the passenger door button not working. I was there for 3 hours waiting.McCluskey now has a new video update program. The convertible is covered by bumper to bumper. Great. The rubber lining is not because of it being ripped. I get that.The door button not working is not covered because apparently someone had broken the clamp for the wires. And someone had taped it together with paper tape!!! It just happened to come off which is why it isnt working anymore. It is all on video! Like I said, Ive only gotten my car fixed at McCluskey and nowhere else! Brand new car. And someone at the body shop broke something only to tape it later!Im not gonna let this go. This is unacceptable. This proves the bad things we hear about dealerships!

Our salesman Michael Grafton (at the Colerain location) was AMAZING!!! We were 1st time buyers at an actual dealership and was expecting the process to be a massive headache. But, to our suprise it was fast, easy, and painless. Even with our credit score not being all that good, we were still treated exceptionally well. I will definitely be coming back here and back to Michael for my next vehicle. Plus I have recommended him to EVERYONE that will listen. The process of choosing and purchasing our car was easier than when we bought our TV.

They offered people, who have had their car a year or better, a chance to trade there vehicle in for new deal. NOT ME! They told me theyd take my car in trade if I gave them $2000 down. ALL BAD for out of state buyers....warning buyer beware.....promisses are not kept...your trade is just what they need until you Drive 6 hrs...now its just a high mileage wreck. Leave parts that they missed loose...800 bucks for a paint and fabric protection that I did not want...oh too bad we already did that...dont expect them to keep the front license bracket off for you like we said...no let us drill and rivet it on!!! I went in unsure if they would be able to help me since my credit is not exactly the best .I bought a car from a friend and had it a week when i was rearended and that car was totaled. Then i bought another vehicle with another car lot in middletown that only lasted me a week. It broke down and was not worth fixing.So thank god for income tax and the trade they got me into a wonderful car perfect for me and my 4 kids (btw i am a single working mother)and could not have been happier with my results.

Do not bother believing anything they say they will do for you. So the dealership has had our van 3 days to put a hitch on it. We dropped it off on Monday morning. We go pick it up on a Wednesday and they had removed the hitch that they installed (which was part of the deal) and said they cant put it on because some BS about a harness. They repaired the glass and made us a new key. They found a recall on the radio and said they would fix it while they had the vehicle. Well they couldnt fix the radio either! So they told us they would give us $100 toward a new radio which we are having put in anyway yet it delayed us from picking up our van. We wont hold our breath. They said the check would come from GM in 4 to 7 days. So, once I stopped flying around on my broom we told them to put the parts in the van and we would put on ourselves. This is after they put it on, took it off and said there was no harness to fit our van. So they still have our van because the guy said well we go ahead and wash it for you like they were supposed to and I said well thats just great you knew we would be here today, nothing is done and you still have to wash it? He said yes...well I said thats great, there better not be one fricken speck of dirt or s bug on it when we get it. To which he responded if you are taking it now we dont have time to detail it....wait for it...I said well you have had three days. My husband and I are going to dinner call us when its clean, we never got a call that evening. We go at Noon the next day to pick it up. They never cleaned it! Then lied and said they didnt agree to clean it. The service manager said they do it to every car! I would have thought with the crappy service we received on everything else they would have took a little extra care in cleaning it to make things right since we were out our van 4 days! The lack of concern for our time and the lack of customer service was terrible. There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle dont let the fancy dealership fool you. It looks good but it isnt. Our next vehicle purchase wont be from here and since our last 4 vehicles were GM we are rethinking that as well. Loyalty means nothing obviously. Just walked out to take the trailer hitch they put in the back of the van that they installed and then uninstalled out of the van and the idiots put it directly in the van no plastic or paper and there is grease all over the carpet! Inept! Idiots! Thanks a lot for nothing! Tim Shaw what are you going to do about that?

Bought my car here, recently had a warranty issue called for appt and was given an appt, the next day at the Galbraith location (since I live in northern Kentucky. I arrived and was told they didnt do warranty repairs at that location, said Id have to go to Kings Island location NEXT WEEK. Got onto Tom Gill Chev the next day, was fixed in a matter of hours, no charge. I have a new dealer!
