I am visually impaired, and I was sold a used phone, but was told it was brand new!!! After 3 weeks I was told I need more data, so I upgraded my plan which was more money. Needless to say I took it to Apple and they told me basically the phone is just old. Wasted my money...was original post, went back up there and he gave me another phone. They definitely made things right!! Great service 😊
