Very helpful and kind employees. They helped me find the gaming monitor I had been wanting. It was always out of stock in store and online. They located one at the Newport, Ky location and even had them hold it for me to pick up the next day! Awesome people 👏🏼👏🏼

The team here is incredible. Knowledgeable across every platform and exceedingly helpful and friendly. I’ve made multiple visits over the last couple of weeks and they go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. I’ve taken my son (4) in with me the last two times to get switch games and they listen to and answer all of his questions as well with patience and genuine care, interest and excitement. I usually have good experiences at other locations that might be more convenient locations for me but the team here makes the extra bit of a drive totally worth it!

Do not buy extended warranties . You are giving them extra money for free . Do not fall for it. Avoid the store manager Devin at all costs. The girl always very unpleasant.

Get a lot of my games here! I can say this is one of the best GameStops in the area, staff are nice, they have a pretty good selection of games, and everything I’ve bought from them has worked in fine condition.

A huge variety of games and novelties to go with them. Plus so much more. The staff are super helpful and excited to answer any questions you have to ask.

I went in hoping to find a couple of headsets for my 2 & 6 yr olds who wanted to game like their dad. I asked a lot of questions and I know the guy had other work to do. But not only did he answer every question, he didnt push the sale. He helped me make a good decision that saved me money. The best customer service I have seen in a long time. Way to go Nick; you are the reason GameStop is my favorite gaming/electronics store!

Would of gave them no stars! I pre-ordered a game last year (God of War). I paid the full price for the game which was 49.99, which was a deal because I paid for the game early before it released. Long story short I go to get the game on the day it released and they told me I only put 5 dollars down on the game which is not true I had someone with me as a witness! I spent almost 800 dollars the day I pre-ordered the game I had a few thousand in cash in my pocket that day so why would I only put 5 dollars down doesnt make any sense. I didnt get the game or a refund so Im done with them they lost a valuable customer!

We always go to the same Game stop in western hills. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and dont mind that my kids play games while I look around. That last part I think is bevause they know us. They know my kids wont cause trouble and I check on them often.

Weird looking 5 year old red headed stepchild will screw you by charging your card before system is ready thus charging your account, me over $100, but not giving the item. Then tells me I need to call my back, after showing him the money was taken and talking to bank I have to ask him multiple times to do something then decides to call and tell me theyll call me sometime about it.

Must say this is one top notch store. Ive dealt a little with this store. Kinda of getting my feet wet. The staff is amazingly friendly. I say not today once and thats it. I walk out a happy customer.I was at the midnight release for Gears of War 3. For being midnight the entire staff was energetic, helpful, funny, and made the experience enjoyable. IF you live on the west side of Cincinnati, this is the place to get your gaming needs.

Ive bought multiple ps3 controllers from this location and everytime they dont work. How do you sell products that dont work properly? I paid for an actual ps3 controller, it didnt work went back an exchanged it and didnt even notice it was an off brand. And i had to buy the charging cord extra even though all other system controllers came with them. So i got robbed again. Didnt even bother to go back until today and they messed up again. Just because the controller light turns on doesnt mean it works fyi. Get your staff together asap

Most of the staff is friendly and works well with people. I was there for the pokemon X and Y release and the employees are a blast with the exception of one, not sure on his name but he has a shaved head. He is very rude to me every time i come in the store. Being a pc gamer by nature when i have questions about consoles i shouldent get a rude glare and a snappy comeback,
