My experience is with Jennifer at LensCrafters in the Kenwood Town Center. She was not only very helpful but extremely knowledgeable. While she was assisting me she still greeted each new person who came through the door and directed them where to wait. It was a very busy day but she managed to keep track of who was next and direct other employees to help. Great job Jennifer!

Wow what great customer service. This team is amazing. I had to use up some FSA dollars before they expired and the sales team was so patient with my husband and I while we made 2 trips into the store trying to make up our mind.They even cleaned and fixed my current pair and I didn’t even have to ask!! This would be the only place I would shop when looking for glasses in the future.

They don’t answer the phone. I went into buy new lens and frames yesterday. The card reader froze after it conveniently took money from my account but didn’t process on their end. I was told I’d have to re-run the card and the pending amount would fall off. Since the technician had already left I was told they’d work on my glasses first thing in the morning and they would text me to pick up and that I could re run the payment at pickup so I could go home to contact my bank and not have so much money tied up. Next morning comes and no text. I called 3 separate times and no one answered the phone. I called the Doctors side only to be told they can’t do anything but would relay a message and have someone call me (which they never called me). Finally I just went to the store ( I live about an hour outside of town so this is no quick trip for us) only to be told they hadn’t even started on them because I had to pay first! My fiancé ended up being late to work by the time everything was said and done and I got my glasses. If they would have said I HAD to run the payment again the day before or they wouldn’t even start on them I would have just done that but instead I was told they would make them first thing the next morning and I could pay at pickup.That was a time consuming lie. If someone would have answered the phone today I would have known the situation better and could have tried to get them earlier then waiting for them to text me which took up to much time. Also I still have hundreds of dollars tired up because of their faulty equipment and have to wait about a week for it to drop off before I can access those funds again. Way to much wasted time and money for something that should have been a quick in and out. For my first visit it was a pretty bad experience so I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.

The store was beautiful. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. Everyone was wearing a mask and the team was practicing social distancing. I found a cute pair of sunglasses and the associate offered to pop out the lenses and its the pair I chose for my glasses. The process was smooth. The manager was SO, SO knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely continue to shop here!

Service is amazing everytime I go in. I went to get anti-fog spray for my younger son who complains that his mask fogs his glasses up. Braydon at the store not only applied the spray but noticed my older son had a bend in his frame and fixed those. The next week I went in to get driving glasses and Kait was so sweet and helpful. My older son was waiting with me and the staff was very friendly to him sitting in the store.

I was in an absolute emergency situation- desperately needed glasses in an immediate fashion...every last person I worked with, without exception, was unbelievably friendly, cordial, professional AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HELPFUL!!!! THIS WAS UNDENIABLY MY BEST EXPERIENCE AT ANY DR.’s OFFICE, EVER!!! IN A MILLION WORDS, I COULD NOT RECOMMEND LENS CRAFTERS AT KENWOOD MORE HIGHLY OR WITH MORE ENTHUSIASM!!!

Had to go back three times because the prescription or lens style was correct. I can handle that because I want them to be correct. BUT, this last pair was supposed to be ready in a week and has been 10 days. I have called every day, several times a day and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. RINGS LIKE 15 times then goes to a busy signal.

My lunch break was spent driving to this LensCrafters location to reorder prescription sunglasses I purchased 6 months ago, because they are scratched. As a repeat customer I assumed it would not be an issue to place a new order with the same prescription. I was told the prescription was too old and I needed an eye exam; I left and proceeded to get the order made at another location. I understand the business model but disappointed in this experience at this particular location.

Waited over 45 minutes to have glasses adjusted... upon arrival was told to wait just a few minutes. only one person available who could do those adjustments. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and my experience this past year in the optical dept. has me knowing I will go elsewhere in the future.

My expectations were blown away. I recently purchased a pair of glasses. After a week of wearing, I decided the glare on the lens was too much and the frames were sliding down my nose. I found a pair with pads I liked and was able to exchange them out. I also was able to get anti-glare coating put on the frames. AND I got money back. Could not believe it. I will definitely be back.

Caitlin provided extraordinary service, going way above and beyond the call of duty. I was thinking about purchasing a set of Oakley prescription sunglasses that LensCrafters had in the store, but they did not have the color I wanted, in either the frames or the lenses. I was looking at spending a pretty hefty sum of money (even after my insurance kicked in), and just couldnt justify shelling out all that money up front when I couldnt see either the color of the lenses or the frames I was buying... even though I knew my satisfaction would ultimately be guaranteed. Caitlin told me that there was an Oakley store just a few doors down in the mall, and rather than just send me down there to look for myself, Caitlin volunteered to go with me, which really helped a lot, since I didnt really know what I was looking for. While the Oakley store didnt have any frames to show me in the color I was looking for, they did have a sample of the lenses, and they looked good enough to make me take a chance on ordering the sunglasses. The sunglasses came in WAY before they were promised, I was alerted immediately, and best of all, they were perfect! Without Caitlins extra effort, I probably wouldnt have ordered them and would have missed out on my favorite pair of sunglasses ever. Thank you, Caitlin! You know how to take care of your customers in a way that most other people dont. Lens Crafters is indeed blessed to have you!

Lenscrafters - your service has really deteriorated. Have made 3 trips to the store and still dont have my prescription sunglasses after a month. To make things more challenging, no one is answering the phone at the Kenwood TS store to even tell me if the redo pair is back!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The doctors and staff are incredible. In the past few years I’ve been having a lot of issues with my eyes in the contacts I have been prescribed at other places. The staff was very patient with me and helping me finding the right contacts for my eyes. I highly recommend getting your contacts and glasses to this company. I will be back!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Coming into LensCrafters I wasnt the Best person to deal with that day, I just wasnt feeling it, But I seen these pair of glasses that I really like. Ms. Christie was the young lady who waited on me and was more than Patience with me. These are my 2nd pair of glasses within a year, the previous one I bought were Tiffanys with blue inside trim and diamond look butterfly on the rim. I bought my daughter the Tom Fords as well (who ever that is..?) and the other day I bought the Cartier- I like them- I really like them! Something about the lenses- everything is Sharp Im simply memorize by the clarity. I have been a LensCrafters customer for many years. Nevertheless I have never had a problem with my glasses, I just like what I like. To Ms.Christie my apology to You!! I just wasnt feeling good that day. Even though You (she) stated that I was fine-My belief as a customer(s) many times we are not so kind to the people who are serving us (it does work both ways) We all are Servants-and we All need to exam ourselves. Small but fine. Went in with a safety glasses voucher to get my safety glasses for 2018. They were helpful and nice and had a better selection than Eastgate. Seriously, the only issue is that the whole place is the size of a shoebox, so they dont make glasses on site either and have to send them out.

Very slow not delivered as promised one hour at most store this store takes a week and then they don’t deliver on time and when you call for an update they don’t call back in a timely manner don’t go there if you’re smart pick a store with the lab on site.

Absolutely the worst lenscrafters Ive ever been to. I have nothing against college students, Im a college student myself, but bunch of poorly trained college kids work at this store and some of them are really rude. One of them supposed to put the changes on my prescription into the system, and she left without saying anything, came back after like 25 minutes with my glasses bent, and tells me its all in. After weeks of dizziness and headaches, I went to another store and have the glasses checked, and it was way off.The only nice people at this store was one of the managers, and he helped me return my glasses because of the mess up of the younger employees. You will get instant attitude as soon as you ask questions about your glasses. As I mentioned, this has been the worst customer service Ive experienced in any type of store Ive been to. Ive worked in retail for years myself and this is definitely not the way you treat your customers. I even called the lenscrafters hq and complained but I doubt they did anything because I had to go to this store a second time, and the same employee still had the attitude.TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. This store is small already and they shouldnt be chit chatting with each other while there are customers in the store. This is not a bar.

Ive been shopping with Lenscrafters for 20 years now. Literally every pair of glasses Ive purchased since the first pair, have come from Lenscrafters. The rest wont. After eyeballing a pair of STARCK frames over a year ago, I finally splurged and bought the pair I wanted ($600 w/lenses). Huge mistake. First off, no well produced merchandise should ever need the extended warranty garbage. If you make a good product, stand by it!! Second, Ive had the glasses for about five months and they broke. Not sure how I accomplished this, but I did. I took them back to the Kenwood mall location, where I bought them, fully expecting to pay to have them fixed. Only to find out there is no manufacturer warranty and they couldnt be fixed properly. Since you didnt purchase the (bogus) protection plan, they cant be replaced. And, conveniently, they started a free warranty in August.... AFTER I BOUGHT THEM. Derp. GEE, I WONDER WHY?? I have a pair of Versace frames that are 3 years old that I am currently wearing that have had zero issues. Starck breaks in five months and Lensshafters doesnt want to keep my business. Dont expect much from this store. I shouldve known by the bad reviews and rating. Of course they wont even bother responding to any of them. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else that charges less and gives you more!! Wont be back!

Okay, first off, this office is like 200 sq ft. Its like it was designed by IKEA. They only sell the most expensive frames (despite the vast majority being all owned by Luxotica).Second, they have FAR too many people working here.Third, everything they do is automated and is run through a program on an iPad which the staff is clearly struggling to use.Fourth, wait times are extremely long for no reason despite the employee to customer ratio being more than 1:1.Fifth, I made an appointment for contact fitting (because I have to By law) and no one informed me, despite calling and scheduling days in advance, that I would be required to have my eyes dilated. Well I work after all night at the hospital. They then inform me my only other option is to pay an additional $39 out of pocket (not covered by insurance) to have a similar test not requiring dilation. Im 28. I have. No history of issues with my eyes nor does anyone in my family. Theyre refusing to give me my contact script until I return for dilation. Come on.Im leaving the country soon and just need contacts for the trip as back ups.Sixth, you have to wait between EVERYTHING. they over book in the desire to increase efficiency but basically its to increase profit. Its not this office that is to blame for most of this BS its LensCrafters corporate.

Normally I read reviews on products and services. I made a mistake by not reading about Lenscrafters Kenwood store. Granted I do have a lense prescription that is expensive-progressive lenses. But the wait in between working with Ashley was too long. She clearly did not have a grasp on the IPAD program. Both times I visited she required help from two different people. Then the measurement device did not work multiple times. Then paying--took 22 minutes to get my total from someone else not her-- then check out--again not by Ashley but another person who thought it would be a good idea to make small talk with me after spending over an hour there. (I had already picked out my classes during the previous visit.) Annoying and frustrating. I agree with previous post too small, too many people, too much waiting, not enough of a seamless visit. Never go back. By the way, I bought two pairs-regular and sunglasses (sunglasses were 40% off) spent 950. with tax. Not given an itemized bill but will ask for one when I pick up glasses.When I left I did tell the manager this was not a pleasant experience-she said I know it was long-Sorry you feel that way. See you when you pick up your glasses. never go back.

Bought a pair of glasses around a couple of years ago for almost $600 that are now useless because the anti-glare coating has deteriorated and made the lenses foggy. Total rip off. Nobody said the anti-glare coating deteriorated or else I would not have gotten it. Planned obsolescence for sure. Got no satisfaction from either Erin or the manager except the privilege of buying new lenses for $450, and Have a nice day as I was leaving. Terrible service-Ill ever go back. Dont get the anti-glare because its a scam.
