Im so sad to post this review because i liked this doctor. Shes the best optometrist Ive met and I always had a great experience until this past summer. I ordered contacts and was told they would be in possibly the next day but by the end of the week. 4 months later I have not received my contacts and have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the office. The hours they have posted in the store do not match the hours they have posted on the internet. One day I tried going in to the office and arrived before they were supposed to close but nobody was there. There is no way to leave a voicemail message or even find out what their hours truly are. Heres a suggestion, maybe include them on the phone recording so people dont waste their time showing up to a closed store and a sign that tells them you should still be open, and while youre at it update Google, the Walmart website, and your physical sign at the store to reflect the real hours you are open.

Hours stated they opened on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm waited till 12:30. Please dont call about glasses being ready especially when Yall not ready. I really dont like dry runs

These folks are great! Doctor is super nice. But they’re quite busy, so plan ahead.

The Ferguson Rd. Walmart in Cincinnati has the rudest employees that I have EVER encountered.The doctor has a policy to not schedule appointments to patients that missed appointment until AFTER THE PANDEMIC??!!Did not ask WHY the appointment was missed.Very, Very, Very unprofessional.

I have have been going here over 10 years for glasses and contacts. Dr. Sara (Werden) is the best eye doctor Ive ever had and she helped me find affordable contacts, after I went to an eye doctor under the eye insurance I had that wanted me to purchase only a specific brand of expensive contacts that hurt my eyes. Our family wont even bother with eye insurance or other eye centers anymore because we will always go to Dr.Sara as long as she is there. Also, the staff is always friendly to us when we go there.

I go here regularly for my eye exams. A woman named Lynette recently helped me so much with some issues I was having with Medicaid! She went above and beyond to assist me and I am very appreciative for her help!

Dr Werden is fantastic. She definatetly is a Dr. that cares about her patients!

Been going here for years. Always a pretty long wait -- not going to lie -- but I cant complain about the service. Staff always remembers me and is very nice.

I scheduled an eye appointment for the first time last week with Walmart vision center. Upon arriving to my appointment I called to inform the staff that I was running 15minutes behind. Once I arrived, I filled out paperwork, directly after that I went to the back for an eye exam, about ten minutes afterwards I was finished. I was directed by the staff to walk up front to pick out a pair of glasses. Needless to say this was by far the fastest service that Ive ever experienced at a vision center.

Bill is amazing & he even picked out the perfect glasses. He made my mothers & I experience so laughable when you normally dread going to such places. Ive been going to wing eye care for years and became so fed up of their service- I wish I considered coming to this Walmart in mason for my eye care much earlier.

I got my glasses from them and their good and the eyedoctors is very polite
