The low price wasnt even a surprise to me, what really upsets me about this company is that they flattened a section of my 500 dollar chain and will not take responsibility. They told my fiance heat was applied to the necklace to flatten it. It was a braided gold rope chain and they denied and refused they squashed the chain flat. It is clear that the person who tested it put WAY TOO MUCH PRESSURE when they scraped it to test it. First time going and never will go back 👎

Took my jewelry in for repair never got it back. They say someone else picked it up. I asked them how they said they don’t check id’s. I can’t make this up. It was just a small Cuban but geez.. I should of went to elliante or ice box. To ghetto to be a legit jewelry store but would make a great pawn shop. I got all my receipts too for anyone needing some time of proof hit me up.

I bought a necklace online from “GLD Shop” my little brother loves them because it’s “Wiz Khalifas photographer’s gold shop” so I wanted to get him one for Christmas turns out it was terrible quality (which I should’ve known). The clasp wouldn’t come unlocked so I found Queen City on google and called them up and they said sure bring it in. Well they got it off so I bought a necklace from them which it is very high quality and so much better looking than the other one. I will be back and highly recommend them. Very friendly staff.

Got a solid gold fang tooth and an open face tooth as well. Took about a week and two days for them to arrive but when they did it was love at first site! 😍 my golds looked like a million bucks in my mouth. Even better looking than I imagined.
