After looking at many Jewelry stores and seeing all the same plain Engagement Rings, I stopped in Castle Jewelry, where Teri and her staff took very good care of me, showed me lots of choices and very unique Rings. One caught my eye and found out it was one of a kind European cut, from 1921 surrounded by smaller Diamonds in a Halo setting. Hector was amazing, we walked in 10 mins before closing trying to find a ring that would fit my fiancé, he’s a larger ring size than most so it took awhile but within 15 mins he found us the perfect ring and told us we could come back to get it in a bigger size if needed! Thank so much guys!

These folks went out of there way to help. Great customer experience as far as friendliness towards the customer. Surprised me when I saw the storefront and went inside because it’s a lot different than their Florence, Ky location (where I’ve had a ring re-sized). Not in a bad way, it’s just a lot less fluff and has more of a pawn shop feel which I like; in that they also carry firearms and ammo but in a compact and polished jewelry store atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I may change this review because I enjoy the customer service and the selection of firearms. But when you have a very desirable, $700 firearm and they offer $200 in TRADE VALUE, yes, Trade Value towards a Glock that had an average sale price. I was offended but didnt say so. I drive up the road to another pawn/gold/gun and they offer 400 cash or 450 trade value. Make sure to get a second opinion when selling to any pawn shop, I thought because of their location and store appearance it wouldnt be a worry. I bought the Glock I wanted and didnt take a big loss.
