Came into the store. The lady working was so nice and helpful! I came to buy a hat for my bf and get his name put on the side of it and she did an amazing job! Great customer service. Will come back.

Nice shop. Huge selection. Would like more Pacers gear since it’s the closest NBA team to Cincinnati. The bald guy with the beard wearing a Browns lanyard working was very friendly and helpful. Make sure he gets a good bonus. He knows his stuff.

It’s nice to be able to walk into a store and it is not just local teams! I’ve lived in different parts of the country so I have ties to different teams Outside of the home team. You can not beat the team selection or the customer service! Will for sure be a return customer !
