Its been 4 days and they havent responded to a request for a quote.

Although many electricians are very busy right now, Apollo called me back right away and was able to set up a time for service. It wasnt quite a half days work for them, but they were extremely reasonable. Very happy with the guys, professional, on time and were able to do everything quickly. Were upfront about options and pricing. Would recommend 100%! Thanks for the quick service, and will use you in the future!

I had an outlet not working in home built in 1960. Scotts knowledge of older homes around this time period gave him the ability to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and solve it quickly. Easy scheduling and friendly service. Highly recommend Apollo!

Garage door opener would not work because of a dead electrical outlet in the ceiling. I called at 6:30 PM and they were out to the house the very next morning. Also had the man change an electrical switch in our bedroom that was making a buzzing sound. And then when he was about to leave he adjusted my motion sensor light above the garage door. Very fast service at reasonable price!

They were able to troubleshoot why my lights werent turning on.

We needed an electrical inspection after some flooding. They were extremely professional and very sympathetic to the situation. I couldnt be happier with the work Apollo Electric did. They came in less than 24 hours and completed all the work I had requested. In addition, the electrician pointed out and fixed a dangerous connection in a nearby junction box that was not part of the original service request. Posting on behalf of my mother... If I could give more than 5 stars I would.With no notice, our power was shut off by Duke Energy due to discovery of a hot wire during a box inspection (we later learned that Duke was supposed to provide advanced notice, which they didnt, in order for an electrician to be scheduled by us to address the issue). With such inconsiderate action, my mom was in a panic as my brother (who has autism) relies on a number of things that require electricity day-to-day. Not saying that losing power cant be manageable with some warning, but any attempt at communicating this would have been respectful. My mom called around desperate for immediate help.Although everyone else was tied up with jobs, Ryan came out within a half an hour of her phone call. He not only immediately addressed the concern and was able to effectively get in contact with Duke Energy to ultimately resolve the issue, but did so FREE OF CHARGE.Because of his genuine customer service, he has made a lifelong customer. Thank you Ryan and Apollo!

Cancelled my appointment last minute, two times in a row. Reason, they have too much other work available, and would rather not work on my home because it contains aluminum wiring (houses built in the 60s and 70s). Very unprofessional, and complete lack of respect for my time. If you are going to pick and choose which customers you are going to refuse service, at least be honest and do it upfront.*** Per the response from Apollo Electric***Ive never understood why companies argue with dissatisfied customers in reviews, as there is nothing to be gained. Do you really want new/potential customers getting a preview of how they will have to deal with you arguing and discrediting their concerns when something goes wrong? Its just poor customer service, period.However, if you insist on arguing, get your facts straight. On 10/1/2018 at 4pm I spoke with an individual claiming to be the owner of the company, who set an appointment for an electrical inspection the following morning at 9am. Next morning at 8am he left a voicemail cancelling my appointment, specifically stating he didnt want to work with aluminum wiring, its not worth the liability for the price I was paying I called back and very nicely asked him to reconsider, as we really needed help. He reluctantly agreed to take the job, although speaking as if I was bothering him, as they had many other jobs they could take instead. He then rescheduled another appointment for 10:30am. I drove over 30 minutes to the property. At 10:22am (8 minutes before the appointment) he called and cancelled AGAIN. Thats TWO times we were cancelled on last minute. Secondly, we never requested any sign-off on aluminum repairs be inspected, this appointment was for simple light switches and outlets so no idea where you came up with that. Every company makes mistakes, but dont try to put it back on the customer.FYI Another contractor gladly took the job, and completed with no issues for $50 less than your quote. Maybe I should be thanking you.

Funny story- I came across this business thinking it was Apollo Home Heating and Cooling who also does electrical work. Over the phone they quoted me a fair price to hang a 20 pound light in my great room with 18 foot ceilings. A week or two later, I mistakenly called Apollo HHC and they came to my house, quoted me over $400 more than Apollo Electric did and then made me pay a service call fee of $79.00 just for showing up over an honest mistake. The funniest part is the Apollo HHC guy tried to tell me there was no way to quote a job like this over the phone. Hmm, really? The moral of the story is to remember the details. If you need electrical work done, these guys are professional and get the job done. A-plus experience with Apollo Electric, not Apollo Home Heating and Cooling! Thanks again!

This company is on my A list. I called late on a friday night to get an electrician out because we had a power outage . But, when the power came back only the lights service returned.It was as though we were on auxiliary power giving us use of only the essential systems.When I explained imy problem as well as I could, the young lady on the line thought it may have been something happenning with the electrical service coming into the house . She suggested that I contact my local power service to have them do a free evaluation.And that after this was done if the electrical service was required I could call back to schedule an appointment. Well...She was correct. Our energy provider came out within the hour. We had full service with 3 hours.
