My wife an I needed to find just the right ceiling mounted light fixture for the master bath in our condo that we were remodeling. The task was made difficult (nearly impossible) by our desire to buy a fixture that was not made in China. Turns out that probably about 90% of light fixtures are made there. Someone suggested we try Switch in downtown Cincinnati. After only a brief phone conversation with Bertie, one of the owners, he emailed us with four or five options. We found a couple we liked and visited the showroom to see samples. Bertie and his partner, Drew, were extremely knowledgable and most helpful in helping us decide on our final selection. They placed the order for us and it was delivered as promised to our contractor. Overall this was a very pleasant and painless experience. Bertie and Drew were great to deal with and we would highly recommend Switch! Thanks guys.

My hubby and I had a list of places we were going to go to look for a new couch. Switch was first on our list. Bertie spent 3 hours with us being very very patient with all our questions etc.. We found exactly what we were looking for and said why would we go anywhere else? Were supporting great local people making a positive difference in our city. What an amazing experience! Coming back to Cincinnati from Raleigh so worth the trip. I have the coolest barstools in the city and the experience of working with Drew and Bertie to acquire them was flawless!You must check out the cool space which houses the latest and greatest in lighting design and will also be impressed with the furniture/accessories! This establishment takes the Cincinnati Market to a whole new level!

I’ve worked with Switch lighting since they opened. 4 residential projects later and I’m still an avid returning customer. The personal service and design guidance has been tremendous. Drew and Bertie have to navigate and tutor many an electrician who cannot keep up with the technology or some of the challenges that come with imported or high design lighting. Wow. Might well have a nice show room but their service SUCKS!! 6+ months after project completion, 0 resolutions to the numerous issues they created. Run away!!
