On 3/9/21 I received excellent customer service from Renee! She went above & beyond helping me with new windshield wipers. It was pouring rain & Im elderly & disabled, she did everything for me! I didnt have to get out of my vehicle! And my windshield had issues that required adjustments & Renees attention to this & her patience & help was AMAZING! Thank you so very much Renee!

Helpful and when I called ahead of time he had the right part and oil for the car ready for my Dad and I to buy. Even pressed for time, We all were laughing and smiling the whole time, it was nice to relax in a normally stressful situation.I had questions and they had all the answers.Thank you and good job guys !

As soon as I got ready to post I forgot Her name, but The autozone rep. was professional and she went the extra mile and called around at other stores and personally verified the part was in stock, available and put on hold for me. Everytime I come here I always get the best service and response. The people there especially Renee was very thorough and helpful with everything she could do to help.me diagnose a problem with my car. Definitely prefer this autozone over a few other in Sacramento area.

Horrible service,part of the rash of lost Sales records in California, I noticed that many companies are being bought by other companies. So I will never buy from this store again,all I can tell Best Buy, Half Priced Books (I talked to Becky), Barnes and Noble,Napa Rite Aid, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Lowes, Home Depot and Harbor Frieght. I told the Napa rep that you guys have lost my phone so many times and sold me so many Wrong parts that I can no longer Buy from you. The 2 gal Managers would not bill items under my phone number and would not put in my phone number. So we made a agreement never to buy from this place again. Thank God 😇😇😇😇

I stopped to pick up wiper blades before the rain hit. It had rained that week and I noticed my old ones were falling apart!The staff was friendly when purchasing, but I am extremely grateful that they saw me try to figure out how to replace the blades. The man who came out was very helpful and explained how to do it before popping them in place. I thought I could manage a simple task like that but before I could admit defeat I got the help I should have asked for in the first place.Very kind and helpful staff!

Hard to find good parts now days

Always get excellent service there. Associates are always extremely helpful.

The staff wasnt very professional and they argued over who was going to look to see the part that I needed for my vehicle. I have been here a couple times before and the staff was very helpful. If you can try to get help from the older staff 30+.

Amazing. One of my headlights was out, and I purchased a new one. I had no idea how to install it. One of the guys actually came outside and taught me how to replace it! So fantastic. Thank you so much!

Least helpful autozone Ive visited. No greeting, no advice, minimal speaking once at the counter. The workers ignored multiple customers and just sat around. Wont be back. Id suggest going to any other autozone in the area

Good parts, Fair prices. I use their online repair manuals, repair help and specs charts for every automobile I work on. They are my goto place for parts probably 75% of the time they meet or beat they competition. They could staff more knowledgeable clerks, but I realize they also train a lot of young people. I just try to be patient and double check everything I buy there.

Male Employees are always condescending toward women. Ive been in numerous times alone and had at least 5 male employees get me parts no matter who it was they always are rude. Also have been in numerous times with my boyfriend and the difference in attitude is night and day.

Good prices but sometimes you just end up with a lazy girl employee that knows nothing but still isnt willing to earn her paycheck. Equal employment my but. If you are not willing to work, dont hire them to deal with the public. It makes the whole store look like clowns.

Its Autozone. They have a better selection of in store parts but the pricing?Carquest and their online advanced autoparts = $5 for a quart of Castrol edge Synthetic motor oil.Youll get that at autozone when hell freezes over. But again best in stock inventory of them all.
