Dont come here. I came her plenty of time and Honestly not a good place to shop at all. Homeless hangout spot bearly any supplies bad staff. If they could replace this store im pretty sure that would be the best thing for citrus heights

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy staff. They actually told me I would have to call other Walgreens stores to see if any of them had my medication in stock because it was backordered from the manufacture because it would be too hard to check the computer and when I asked if they could check they said they were too busy and offered zero alternative solutions. Sorry for inconveniencing you by asking you to do your job. They didnt even notify me it was on backorder, I called and the automated system couldnt find any pending refills. Like really?! Youre not even going to notify me that its on backorder and could take weeks or months to get it?? So I call back and ask if they can just get me the brand name since the generic was on backorder. The lady says hold on, doesnt put me on hold, and starts talking to I assume the pharmacist saying...now she wants another brand, do you want to just talk to her...I say I can hear you talking...and she hangs up on me. I call back and they obviously didnt answer on purpose for a very long time and then the other employee answers. Super unhelpful. Ive been a walgreens pharmacy customer for almost 20 years and have never been treated so poorly until I visited this store with this current staff.

Got my COVID-19 shot with no problem.

They lost my COVID test results and not a single person I called was helpful except for LabCorp when I finally found their number. After 5 days of waiting, PWN nor LabCorp had received any sort of test.This test was extremely time sensitive, and I’m used to getting results back in 2 days through CVS. Due to the delay, I am unable to move into a housing unit that I’ve been waiting months for.Also, for the record, I’m not some bitter old lady who harassed the workers, I’m in customer service as well. This was just the worst service experience I’ve had. Not to mention the hold time.. I get you’re busy, but I’m just not a fan of wasting three hours of my life on this only to realize theres nothing there and y’all completely screwed me over.Let’s just say I’m sticking with CVS.

I went to this Walgreens tonight to see if they had any Easter squishmallows out yet. Unfortunately, they didn’t so my fiancé and I grabbed some other stuff and went to check out. I got up the courage to ask the cashier Denise if she knew when they would be putting them out. She told me either later tonight or tomorrow and then said she could go look in the back for me if I was looking for a specific one. I told her which one I was looking for and she grabbed it for me!! She was very nice and helpful and even looked through multiple boxes to see if I wanted any others!! She’s an awesome employee for taking time to do this for me!! :)

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for approximately 3 years. Being the fair and understanding person that I am, I gave them plenty time to change my opinion of their pharmacy and its staff, however, as time went on they only got worse. Based on my personal experiences over the last 3 years, I can honestly say this is a horrible pharmacy with horrible staff. They do not deserve the required one star for this review.

Potato chips would be nice..sour cream n onion..never have stock and manager says they have been having issues for months woth Frito lay....umm not my concern..then when ask for raincheck all of a sudden no one has any..hmmm

This Walgreens is terrible. Both times I habe been here to pick up a prescription it has been about an hour wait and the pharmacist has such terrible people skills. Horrible horrible experience. I hope to never have to come to this garbage Walgreens ever again and I discourage anyone else from shopping here as well. Save yourself the headache.

Best looking and the best customer service

I have tried calling the pharmacy ALL day to find out about a prescription. No one will pick up the phone and when they do, I am hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!!!(6 times total)

It took them 20 minutes to finally unlock the cosmetics while I waited. Then when she finally did come open it, she was being straight up rude like she was forced to do something. & I had a very bad experience trying to purchase cigarettes here.From now on, I will drive down to the other Walgreens just to avoid the workers here. They will never get my business again at this location.

Never bye a pregnancy test from here. Cheri the manager was so rude. I had my receipt. The test I got was a dud and didnt work so I asked to exchange it and she said no it will probable just have the same result. Terrible customer service...dont shop here!

Good as every other Walgreens I have seen

I stood at the counter at the photo section for 10 minutes without anyone trying to talk to me to see what I needed. There was a woman behind the counter that assisted another person and then ignored me. While I was walking out, the cashier did however stop me to ask if I found everything alright and answered my question
