After hours on the phone and multiple visits to Apple and their “Authorized Service Centers” a visit here took minutes to diagnose the problem and get my iPhone up and running. I desperately needed important work information off the phone.I had mistakenly turned off iCloud backup and was looking at hundreds of dollars for a data recovery specialist to give me a text file so I could manually reenter all the lost info. For just a $25 diagnosis charge they were able to get the phone turned on and then perform a backup.If you’re out of warranty on your device, these guys are awesome! I can’t recommend them enough and will go here again before hassling with Apple and their “approved repairs” that don’t work and cost multiple times what I payed here.

Great experience! I went with my sister to put a screen cover on my iPhone 8. The customer service was off the charts, with a great sense of humor. The screen was centered perfectly on my phone, and more importantly, there were no bubbles or issues. We have been here 3-4 times now and we will continue to come back! Wife dropped her iPhone and cracked the glass. I know, youve heard this before. Based on reviews we took it here a little bit after 10am and had it back by noon. Excellent service. He was accurate with how fast he could get the work done. Nice personable guy who seems to be working alone and doing everything from diagnosis, to logging in the item coming in, to fixing it, to cashiering.

Has way better prices than other places I have been to. I didnt think I could get a screen replacement for my iPhone for a reasonable price but I was able to here.It took about 40 minutes to have it repaired.I recommend checking out the Yelp deal also to save 5!

Took my phone to get the screen replaced 3 weeks ago. I was told it would take 30-45 mins and it took an hour and a half. He was on the phone majority of the time and I was the only customer in the sketchy place. I paid $90 and left. 12 hours later I set my protected phone on my counter and the top right corner cracked. It wasnt a big crack but after just paying $90 I wanted to have him repair it since he told me it would be under warranty. I figured he must have used a bad quality glass. I couldnt go down there but I called and left a detailed message the following day to let him know what happened. I went in today to get it replaced. I told him what happened and I wanted it fixed since it was under the warranty he told me about. I asked a few questions about the type of glass or repair that he used Because I had my phone for 2 years with no problem. He explained that it could have been pressure from the metal on the phone. Pretty much blaming the phone and not his product or his poor repair. He told me it would be an hour so I left and came back. Picked up my phone and started to walk out after thanking him. He stopped and told me I had to pay for the repair. I was shocked and surprised. I told him it was under warranty like we discussed when I paid you 3 weeks ago and before I dropped it off. He held my phone hostage and I told him I would call the police if he didnt return it to me. We argued and I felt like he tricked me and probably does this often to people, specifically women. I told him to look up my paper work and to listen to his video tapes because he never mentioned me having to pay $100 for the fix. (First visit was $90). I had my husband get out of the car because I was afraid of what could potentially happen. I told him to call the cops because he wouldnt release my phone. I was blown away with the way he was speaking to me. Im so grateful I grabbed my husband from the car, not sure what would have happened if I was alone. I was so upset, the kids were in the car and the cops werent coming fast enough since it wasnt an emergency. I told him to put my old screen back on and I left. Its obviously that I will not go back again. What irritates me is he uses the term under warranty to get you to go with him up front and then when you need to use it, he retracts. He said its only if its a manufacturer issue. Why dont you tell that to people when they come in? You know I came in there before not for that kind of problem. I also mentioned my phone message and he gave me excuses as to why he didnt return my call. I felt like I did everything to let him know I was using the warranty he keeps mentioning. Oh, he then tried to negotiate the price when I told him I wasnt going to pay. I wasnt going to give him an dollar after the way he handled everything. I was so upset that an owner of a business would talk to a customer the way he did. My husband and I both feel like I was set up and most people would pay to avoid confrontation. Not I, you messed with the wrong person!! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

My iPhone glass shattered... no more of this nightmare... needs to get it fixed. I was about to ask some friends to do it now that they have this thing that you can replace the glass. But common sense told me that my friend has never replaced a hard drive, updated this RAM or fixed viruses, so I said never mind.The guys at the iMasterTek iPhone Repair were great! He listed to how I broke my phone (dropped to a cement ground) and he went off to repair it. Told me I can wait in the waiting room, but I prefer walking around coz its a beautiful day anyway. Gosh he did it in half an hour. I paid $79. No headaches. Done. Phone is again decent yes!!!

Love the way my phone was handled had a busted screen for almost a month until it started falling apart called iMasterTek the gentlemen made same day appointment came by my house, and 15 min later had it fixed in his special equipped car. Broke my phone today when getting out of the car. First time in three years! Anyways, looked into a lot of different places and from reviews and after talking to an actual person, felt this was the best considering price and customer service. Great place to have your apple products repaired. I bought an iPhone 7, and 2 days later it slipped out of my hand and fell face flat on the tile floor. Long story short, this is what happens when you try to save on a case at apple store thinking it would be cheaper on Amazon, but its funny it turned out the opposite, or its just bad luck, or its just me and phones dont get along. Anyways, Val fixed my phone in under 30 min, it looks new again. Thanks much, will defiantly use you guys again.

IMasterTek saved my MacBook Air!I have used iMasterTek for several years now. Yesterday was a special case. I happened to spill nearly a glass of water directly unto my MacBook Airs keyboard. Within 2 seconds my laptop shut off. I shook off the water and immediately called iMasterTek. Val responded recommending bringing the laptop to him ASAP for a thorough dry-out job. As I came, he right away informed me that there are no guarantees. Water damage could have either killed the laptop entirely or might have caused major damage to individual parts.For over an hour Val was taking the entire laptop apart, drying every electronic part there is. The water was everywhere! Special skill and equipment was needed quickly before major damage occurs. iMasterTek was able to provide that for me.I am super happy! Everything ended up working perfectly. My laptop was restored to the condition it was in before the spill. But, even if it wouldnt have, I would still recommend iMasterTek to others. Care, skill, and professionalism iMasterTek provides is remarkable. They are also very affordable and fast! Strongly recommend.

Replaced my screen and battery on my iphone 5s yesterday. Works and looks like a new phone. He did it while I waited. Very quick service. Dont go anywhere else.

The owner was the one that fixed my phone. (The screen was cracked) and there is an app that if you type in a password it uses the front camera to take a picture of whomever is using the phone. He tried 58 times to crack the password and it took a picture of him every single time. He claims that the apps sometimes open and spazz out and open themselves. Apparently they will try to open themselves almost 60 times to get into private information also. After knowing that this is what happened I can only imagine what he saw that wasnt under a passcode and what he could have seen. He went through my phone. Im honestly extremely pissed off about this and worry for whoever else is going in there and what he is getting off of other peoples devices. Take this as a lesson learned and be careful. Before I found this out I thought that it was a great place and that they did great work. Had my phone fixed 2 times and was very happy with the result. But after this I will never go back.

I have a special needs son and I dropped off his old iPad on a Friday which I was told no technicians were available until Monday. We waited over the weekend which was complete hell and to find out By the following Tuesday they were still unable to do diagnostic or fix. Do you not go here if you want anything fixed in a timely manner.

Dont trust this crook. He told me that he put original iPhone parts in my phone and boom! One year later my charger port failed while I was in Malaysia. I took it to a repair shop and saw he used an aftermarket charger port!
