The customer service that Eddie provided was absolutely refreshing. He was super knowledgeable in regards to boost mobiles product. He made a point to acknowledge every single customer with direct eye contact,. Persistently made each customer aware that he had not forgiforg about them,. And thanked his customers for being patient. He was a joy to converse with,. Was completely able to carry on an intelligent conversation,. joke around, and smile. I do believe that my experience with Eddies superb customer service skills is hands down the best since moving to Sacramento. Boost Mobile at Greenback & Auburn in Citrus Heights is my favorite Boost Mobile store. One particular manager by the name of Eddy gives the best customer service I have ever witnessed. Hes very nice, he knows what hes doing, he knows how to multitask when theres more than one person in the store. Ive seen four people in the store and hes attentive to every one of them while hes trying to help just one person. Hes a smart person and we need more people like him doing customer service.

Customer service by Eddie and Jaylen was outstanding. Eddie goes above and beyond for every single customer and is exceptionally personable. Jaylen was new, but knew his stuff and was so positive and helpful. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, funny, and created a amazing atmosphere and made me feel comfortable and happy to SWITCH from Metro. I had boost a few years ago and really loved their service and how customers are important to them. I switched back to Metro not because i wanted to but because of the situation. I hated it from the first week i switched. Im so glad to be back with boost and no surprises, no lost or poor connections.

The only place that was able to help me. I cant speak on the cell provider aspect of the business but I can and will speak very highly of the phone repair and service department. I all but given up on having my phone restored and unlocked. Then I tried this location mostly bc I worked nearby. I couldnt have been happier with my luck and have found a business that I will come to for everything in the future. :-)

Ive been with Boost Mobile since July 15, 2016. In December of last year I upgraded my phone and in January it was stolen when I went to file a claim I was denied so after many calls to both boost and the insurance it led me no where. I couldnt cancel my phone because mine is the primary on a family plan. Plus i continued to pay my bill as well as the insurance even though i had no phone. Frustrated to thecpoint of tears. I decided to go to the store where I purchased the phone.the staff that works there Tina and Ernesto were always nice and helpful. Omar the District Managager as well as Robel the other Outstanding Manager work very hard on my behalf to resolve the issue as well as compensate me for my trouble. They were very patient with me through my frustrations and none gave up until they got to the bottom of the issue then came up with a solution.I rate them a 12 out of five stars of service because they went above and beyond for me and for that I am extremely grateful. You would be surprised where Angels are stationed in your life. All that being said, With my utmost gratitude and sincerity of heart I say, Thank You Angels! Shilomé and Shukran!
