Employee are over worked under staffed. My experienceshere have been positive. Cashiers are friendly, quick,always accommodates my needs. Calling for customerservice for carry outs. Or tobring items I didnt find.Lots of floor service employeesto assist customer quicklyw/o attitudes. Even with facecovers the eye contact iseverything. KUDOS WALMARTEMPLOYEES! No other storeshave what you give.

Curbside pickup is trash here. Waited for 30 minutes after being acknowledged by an employee. Several other people helped before me even though I was here before them. All for a 2 item order. Someone remind me to just go to target next time. Ugh.

Do not keep up with the motorized carts. A heavily senior area ...so important.. they have a lot of self checkouts open and only a few live cashiers. Glasses have doubled since I last used them and I found a live Taranula in with my bananas after a shopping trip. How did no one see something that large before it got packed into my bag. But I still shop there.

I love shopping here. Its the closest store to us, 45 minutes away. Very nice associates.

I found what I was looking for when I was here over the weekend while visiting Sacramento. My fiancée and I stopped by here after hanging out in downtown Sacramento because this Walmart is across the street from my cousin house. We came here to get some gift for my cousins kids and I needed a mask for my flight since they dont allow mask with vents. We found everything we were looking for and were able to just pay at the cashier right away. There walmart employees walking around the store, so theyll be easy to find if you need any help. The parking situation is great here since its in a big plaza but just watch out for carts since people are lazy and dont put them back at the cart area.

Walmart has a great assortment of affordable goods. Meats, dairy and produce are always fresh and delicious. Shelves are organized and its easy to find merchandise. Store representatives are helpful and friendly.

Terrible customer service because they close at 7 even those stores open till 1030 which is still a joke because there are Walmart are supposed to be either 24 hours or open till 12:00 or1:00 in the morning like every single other Walmart in a city. They pay people to sit at the door and do absolutely nothing all day but cant keep their customer service open past 7 oclock so I guess they dont pay livable wages because they can only afford to pay people to sit around and do nothing not pay people that are responsible working adults that have bill. Plus theres never any shopping carts in there because theyre always out in the parking lot blocking half of the spots. If you have to go to Walmart for whatever reason this is definitely not the one to go to. They are Pathetic losses that should have stayed in school and gotten a high school Dapoma. They do have a high school diploma then theyre Lazy and live with their parents and dont have any real bills because theres no way they could pay them with that Job.

Was looking @tops when saw clearance shelf w/$1up sign!! There were jeans! two pair were $4, one $3, last only $1(4pair for $12!) Was worried about fit, had lots really BIG sizes (4X, 5X!) Only a few 1X or 2X. But fit great! Only prob is meant for someone with legs longer than me/mine! But the skinny ones simply bunch around ankles. Boot cut another story! Wish I had boots!

I ended up with the slowest checker, but everything else was great. Clean and most too crowded and find what I needed.

Wouldnt take cash at self checkout unacceptable!Longer lines than I can stand. Everything was not right. Except that 1 nice young lady in the deli...Get it together please.

Our visit to Walmart was good easy in and out no issues there was only one item I wasnt able to locate but Im sure it was just out of stock. Overall store was clean, lines for the most part were moving fairly quick and we were in and out in under an hour for our shopping plus it was nice you had staff on hand where you need someone to open the cabinet to get an item That was really helpful.Thank You for a nice visit Walmart Crew Members and Staff!

I have noticed that w/in this year, the prices in Walmart on Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights as re going up,up,up!W/my purchases yesterday, I had to void 9 of the items I needed!Walmart, follow the ways of Sam Walton;. Appease the customers, be by the people FOR the people.Not your bank account!I might as well shop @ the $.99 cent store.

Shelves are empty or almost there. Associates are busy filling online orders and forever getting in the way or almost running into you I assume they must have a time schedule. Most of the cashiers are on the slow side, which would not be a problem if more registers were open.

Ill be going to this location for many years now and you definitely want to go here. Best customer service in the world. I know a lot of the employees and they treat me like family

This Wal-Mart seems very nice and seemed to be pretty clean overall. The employees were pretty respectful and helpful when I asked for help finding something specific. Safety guidelines for employees were being followed by all employees on the floor that I seen, all wore masks and gloves while working.

I dont shop Wallmart often but it will be a lot less now. To use quick check out you cant use cash so you have to use a regular checkout. They only have one and you can use a card there as well as cash, slowing down the line. I am not a happy customer

The last few times I have come to this store they have electricity/generator issues (when there are no local power issues), the store is extremely dirty, and the staff are rather unpleasant. Last night the entire chilled and frozen food sections were cleared out due to a power/cooling issue (3rd time I have witnessed this). There was pallets and food scattered everywhere to the point where it was hard to maneuver through the store.

Its taking a turn not only in the staffing not being familier with their store,, Get a lot of o I work in this department and thats that department. A good employee is a store knowledgedEmployee. I am one to appreciate that and give good feed back on such dedication !! 👍😎🤙

When we buy things they are happy when we return things they treated me badly. That is horrible. All the customers service are against me. No one compromise mutual respect. They eat unclean animals like pork and drink wrong drink that affects character and health. Keep good work.let us think inturn of us not of I.

They finally got done remodeling the Supercenter and now its just like all the other one so that way when you go into the store you know exactly where everything is because its exactly the same as all the others at least they try to oh, the employees I got to say our fabulous they work with you theyll help you know drop what theyre doing and help you so I got to say that overall theyre doing a pretty good job.

No problems, but they could use more check-out stations.

It was very easy to find what I needed and the 1 time I did need help, I asked the first employee I saw for help and was greeted with a smile and professionalism

No Wal Mart can receive over a 3 out of 5. They dont try.Toy section was chosen and no employees to be found anywhere per the norm.

Had an angry employee that came to assist me after pushing one of their buttons for help. There is no instructions on how long to wait between pushes and after 15 minutes of waiting I pushed it a couple more times. The employee came around the corner in a rage because I didnt understand the social rules on how to push the button properly (Autism). I couldnt except her help because I could clearly see I was disturbing her and didnt want to anger her further. I was not able to make my purchase and proceeded to have a melt down from to much negative stimulus. Will never shop at this store again...

This place is a great super size general store, but if youre looking for anything too specific theyre not likely to have it. This place definitely has great prices and wears for most average Americans, but they dont often have the healthiest options for food, the best sports stuff, or the best art supplies, but theyll certainly have the basics and lots of it.

Lines were long. But the self-checkout moved pretty quickly.

I’ve been waiting for my curbside delivery FOREVER and they said it would be quick!!!!!!!!!! And they didn’t answer my phone call to check in the first 3 times!!! Worst service ever. All I’m picking up is chocolate. I’m mad

I avoid Walmart as much as possible just because its big and theres so many people there but I can say that this Walmart is usually pretty clean and pretty organized for the most part. Ive been in some awful Walmarts so this one is decent in comparison.

Walmart has been a staple for buying food children having children close movies music sports equipment its a very good cheap place to buy things at a good price

This store is very organized and very well stocked every time I go there.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Had to wait for a riding cart (Im awaiting knee surgery) for over 1.5 hours. It was very crowded and shelves are not fully stocked. Turned into a 4 hour shopping trip and I only went through the grocery department! Best part was I did score front handicap parking - which just about never happens!

Prices are always cheaper than other stores and they carry just about everything but when I shop they Almost never have everything that I need at the same time and that is frustrating and there is always a rediculous number of people there especially kids I understand if you dont have anyone to watch them but if you do you shouldnt bring them. Little ones and shopping just dont mix isles are usually crowded and only few people use common courtesy going down them and if you can find an employee they will help but Walmart needs to have more employees working on there shifts because they always look so tired and stressed out.

I dont feel comfortable or safe going there for anything anymore.Mask requirement is prominently displayed at the entrance but its not enforced and over half the people shopping dont bother.Buh BYE Walmart. Winco is better at customer safety.

My local Walmart. Come here on the weekends and youll most likely leave without something on your list. Otherwise usually stocked or someone stocking so you can ask for items. Lines move fairly quickly

Supper long long line in the self check as well as the only two staffed check outs. For a company as large as Walmart the service is the worst I have ever seen.Not that the employees werent doing their job. They were. They were running ragged doing the job of two or three people. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. I try not to shop at walmart any more. They are losing customers hand over foot.

The store itself was fine, unfortunately the cashier was not. I am disabled and used a motorized cart, I specifically asked the cashier to please not make any of my bags heavy. It honestly seems like she went out of her way to shove everything into as few bags as possible and put a half gallon of milk and a half gallon of juice and for metal cans all in one bag.

They need a few more handicap spaces. I can’t get out of my car with my wheelchair without them.

The only thing that I can say is that they needed more checkersOther wise love that store

Its a big walmart but always lacks cashiers. Be careful at night as there are a lot of homeless and capers in the back of the parking lot.

This walmart in particular is my favorite. Pretty well stocked. Better selection. Clean.

They do not have cashiers anymore. You have to scan your items and bag them all by your self. When you buy 2-3 weeks of groceries it take a lot of time. I needed help because of a hurt shoulder any they did NOT have a line for disabled people. I wont be stopping at this Walmart ever again.

Not so great. Been a while since Ive been on there. Couldnt find everything I wanted. At check out... checker bagged items into personal bags I brought in. Over bagged 1 and items just tossed in. Should have gone to the location closer to my house.

There are a lot of thieves and shady people here. Tons and tons of people in the parking lot asking for change. It was rearranged inside which makes it a bit confusing for long term customers. The workers are sometimes helpful. Most of the time there are people who are extremely rude.

A fairly new Super store. Not to be confused with the neighborhood stores.They allow about 25 to 30 percent capacity for shopping. They also have parking lot pick ups.The store carries just about everything you can imagine.

Little busy most days but always have stock

For months, its been impossible to reach anyone by phone. The line disconnects as soon as you choose a department to be transferred to. Employees are very rude - a supervisor in the pick-up department (back in March) laughed and hung up on me when I complained that they omitted all of the meat and dairy from my pick-up order. I finally got a hold of someone else and explained the situation, and they transferred me back to the unprofessional manager. Who pretended to be someone else entirely when I asked if this was the same person who hung up on me earlier. At the end of the call she laughed and admitted it was her but that she hadnt given me a real name so I was never able to make a formal complaint. These people are bananas.

It is becoming increasingly frustrating to go there as a disabled senior! The electric carts are broken down. They also need to be cleaned daily. I went there yesterday, no carts. I finally saw a man paying in line and askedif I could use it after he was done. It would also be nice to have places to sit while while waiting for a cart.

Walmart is a corporate America enemy compound. Must be done away with. Hard target bring the artillery/ scratch that hit them with B-52 stratofortress and bunker busters. That is a direct order from General Maximus Arilious leader of the northern armies.

Walmart is always a wonderful place to shop. I bought a new battery for 12 dollars more than I bought a used one at a wrecking yard the day before.

Management at this Location cannot properly coordinate front-end cashier coverage. With 16 possible checklanes available, not including self-checkout, you must have more than just 3 cashiers manning the checklanes to handle the number of customers all trying to purchase their items.Instead, you allowed for a massive line to form and back up traffic halfway towards Electronics. The resulting wait time, and excessive foot traffic resulting from the lack of cashiers is unacceptable.

I really like this store. I have ordered several times from here for pick up and 3 different orders at one pick up some times at once. The people are always kind and helpful and the orders are always what we ordered unless out of stock.

I have amazing experiences here and hardly ever any issues. I have my favorite regular cashiers I go to, converse with, laugh and shopping is always easy with employees usually being so helpful and accommodating. Its one of my favorite ones to go to and the layout. Only minus is at the fishing and outdoors department, Ive always gifted fishing licenses to my mom or friends (birthdays or Xmas) and have had their ID and never had any issues until this last visit. And the young guy working the register just had the worst attitude when I told him I didnt understand and had done it before. Im okay that rules change, I was just unaware and wanted to get educated. Was able to get the fishing license gifted elsewhere without some voucher weirdness. So for that, I would say go elsewhere instead. As for regular shopping, any of the cashiers are amazingly friendly with the best customer service.

Went to pick up some items for my moms cake day. They had the sugar free strawberry glaze that I needed for the strawberry cream pie I was making. I got the other couple items that I needed. I was in and out within 15 min. Not bad.

Great store to shop at.

This review is for the mens clothing department, regarding there Wrangler Jeans. I have been wearing Wrangler Jeans for over 40 yrs and recently they have been ripping out around the rear pocket area before they are even fading in color, this has happened twice in the last month, and no i have not gained weight or doing anything different. These jeans were bought around the sametime. Then i researched them and Wrangler makes a special Wrangler jeans for wal-mart. They are thinner material and cheaper made. I will not buy these ever again from Wal-Mart.

Great shopping place for food an all your basic necessities whether it be by the mens diapers food clothing Electronics or entertainment it doesnt matter what your Forte is if you need something this is the place to go
