Customer experience is lack-luster. Freezers arent cold enough to keep ice cream frozen. Owner isn’t friendly. Employees aren’t trained in good customer service. It hurts business.

I called this establishment to see if they had the Do it Yourself Sundae kit at 6:03 pm on Friday, after 12 rings as I started to hang up a man for lack of a better word asked what I wanted. When I asked if they participated in the DIY sundae kit he advised they did and asked which one when I replied... oh they have more than one? He then said, uh, we dont have that go to one of our other stores. When I asked if there was one close he told me to look it up on my phone or go on line. What a rude man! He acted as though I was bothering him! I will NEVER EVER go to Baskin Robbins and I hope they go out of business for good!

Baskin Robbins are a dime a dozen. The ice cream was yummy and fresh but the service was neither. What looked to be the manager did not hand me my ice cream until my payment went through fully. Not going back.

Received a coupon from tmobile so decided to stop by. Got 1 scoop of raspberry swirl with chocolate chips.It is so good. Creamy with great flavor.It is a very small place on Auburn Blvd. Not busy when I showed up.They always have many flavors to choose from..😍😍😍🤗

Always great ice cream. A lot of flavor choices. The price is a bit high it is just ice cream.

I can always find something yummy here. Its hard to narrow my choice to one flavor.

The food & beverages here are ways reliable. The service on the other hand is really hit & miss. I continue to give them my business, however it is not my first location choice for Baskin-Robbins ice cream.

I came today and first of all, I love ice cream, I added two starts, because it takes a little bit longer, because there’s only one crew member when, I’ll wait two person a en after me, I tried to order faster, and the couple left, then, 3 more persons came, and few minutes after another two persons came in to...Need to have more crew members,

Owner seemed apprehensive as I was choosing between two flavors. Asked to taste Watermelon Splash and Daiquiri Ice and he gave me a sample of the watermelon and as I walked over to the Daiquiri Ice he stares at me with his crossed arms for awkward few seconds and then gives me the sample. But who goes for service and hospitality?! The watermelon splash flavor was worth it!!! Been a BR fan since 3rd grade

Service isnt the most pleasant. Not rude, but out of the handful of times Ive been here, each time very sporadic in the past 5 years, they serve you your ice cream as if youre a nuisance. Its really small inside, but there are benches outside that never seem to have umbrellas to shield you from the sun (or even rain if you still want your ice cream fix in the winter)

It was a bit busy when we went, but we got in and out fairly quickly. I feel like the price for ice cream is a bit much. You can buy an entire quart for what they charge for two scoops, but the kids enjoyed it.

I love Baskin Robbins! This location is usually pretty quiet, have nice friendly associates, and they always have my Rainbow & Wild n Reckless Sherbets! Perfect treat for a hot summer night!

Worst Milkshake ever! Eight dollars for mostly milk . No ice cream.I will never go back!

My boyfriend and I went in to get a shake and a Sunday and there was a redhead and a blonde working both young girls. They were very rude gave us dirty looks and were whispering and snickering to each other the whole time they made our order. It made us feel very uncomfortable and we no longer want to go back to this location. Now we dont normally go out to eat or get dessert but when we do and were going to pay that much we expect good service.

My ice cream was already melted when they gave it to me.

Ice cream is great, owners are nice, but the two girls that work closing shift often -blonde hair and red hair- are very mean and talk crap about my boyfriend and I if we come in within an hour of closing and refuse to make us any type of shake or blast because they dont want to clean the blenders, told us they were out of ice as we were staring at a working ice machine.

The guy who was working (maybe owner or manager. ) was really rude. We ended up not even getting ice cream. As we were leaving a family who was sitting outside asked if he was rude. Apparently he was to them as well when they asked for their scoop to be 1/2 and 1/2 flavors for a kid, he refused saying he couldnt do that. Its not couldnt its that he wouldnt.

Excellent flavors. Slightly pricy unless its the 31st of any month then its cheaper scoops.

This location constantly closes earlier than their posted hours. And if you come in 15 minutes or less till close dont ask for a shake. They wont make it for you. Everytime we try to get dessert after putting the kids to bed we dred the service we are going to receive. Its a bummer because it is sooo close to the house. From now on we will go to the one at greenback and San Juan inside togos.

The place was CROWDED as can be with people coming in as we ordered! If you dont remember, this particular BR has a very small lobby and as is the case lately, people are inconsiderate and unconcerned with.the affect their obliviousness has on those around them! What can we expect when people either publicly or.privately support a President with no.moral compasss whatsoever and a blurry sense of reality and consequence? Anyhow, the girls were very.good and our person helping us was indeed VERY good...didnt seem to miss a beat! If I knew her name Id mention it but regardless, Ill come here again and tip cuz they were that good.

The worst customer service ever!! We asked for a sample and he was irritated from the word can we have a sample. I asked him ware I could leave a review about my experience here it was the first smile he gave out. Told me if I dont like the service not to come back.He dont have to worried about me coming back. Do yourself a favor dont come here.These people dont deserve your business.

Shht if i could put no stars on this i would, because this place was the woser ice cream place ive ever took my daughter, nephews and niece. I asumed it was the owner and his wife today around 1pm, we all walked excited for ice cream and them being kids between 3 years of age and 7 they started pooking on the glass saying I want this one no that one. Me being a mom told them keep your halds off the glass. An on top of that we were the only ones in there, they stood there stairing at us with disgusd and the wife rolling her eyes everytime i asked her a question. I didnt want to get the ice cream from them but i didnt want to let the kids down.....but i will never go back.
