These people have the worst customer service. Theres no thanks for coming or come again its just give us your money. What a joke. Theres places nearby with better deals and that appreciate your patronage like Mariposa mkt. or maybe Manns on Auburn.

Come here quite frequently, wonderful selection of all liquor types, especially beer, wine and whiskey! Staff is very friendly and informative on new alcohols. Prices are always fair and seem to be the best in the area. Definitely recommend.

Count your change before you leave. They have a tendency to help themselves to your money. I guess making a sale isnt enough. Shoppers beware.

I really didnt appreciate the fact that the guy behind the counter was hitting on my sister. She was very obviously uncomfortable and he kept pushing it trying to get her phone number. She said no three times before we were abke to leave because he wasnt giving her the change back. I dont know his name she said he didnt have a name tag. To all the women out there id stay clear of this business for sure. Totally unprofessional and completely out of line. This is blatant harrassment. Nobody in this household, or anybody else we tell this to, will shop at this poorly managed store ever again.

They had Everything I need/needed. Cant go wrong here.

I go here often since I live close by, but feel uncomfortable there when the street people are around harassing for something. Also they dont restock what I need often I have to go somewhere else.

Really friendly and the younger guy who works there was able to work with me to help me with something that it seemed like each and every store up and down Auburn Blvd. couldnt or wouldnt help me with! Thank you!

I recently went to this store and after accepting my purchase a the cash tender acuses me of staling a month ago. Hello i just moved here from Arizona and this is only my second tume in yr store. He completely embarrassed me in front of a line of customers. please help me boycott this place. J b liquor you have lost my business and everyone i know!!!

Shakur doesn’t work here and nobody here is a lakers fan, but the service and products are very nice! (rhinos work very well)

Peoples complaints on here are most likely a self reflection of themselves. The owner cares about serving his customers and keeping wait time down when the line gets long...because they have the best prices around for beer and liquor. Ive been a long time customer.

Had a 15 dollars lotto ticket and the night shift guy says he cant accept it cause its too late and before I could say I had cash in my car he rips it out of my hand and grabs the smokes I asked for scanned it then gave me 6 dollars back lol. Expensive pack of generic smokes I guess . He was so rude and grumpy af I was shocked. Terrible way to keep regulars coming in. I wont be returning to say the least.
