The Staff incredibly amazing, every day of the week … so helpful & humble….The Lady named Beth is always full of energy & active…. She makes your visit always very pleasant..Out of all the location around the area I would mark this location as no.1, & I would recommend anyone to visit once…Five Star service…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service in the store was polite and timely. The moment a problem occurred and my package was lost in the mail, I was thrown from person to person, no one wanted to assist me and I spent TEN HOURS on hold / talking to customer service over a period of 2.5 weeks, only to be told that they would not honor their policy of returning my shipping fee (as my package was delivered excessively late) because right now theyre not doing that. Definitely will take my business to UPS from now on. FedEx lacks the competence to handle delivering packages and assisting customers when necessary.
The people up front are less than friendly and never willing to assist customers. I felt like I was an inconvenience for being there. Myself along with other customers in the store were talked to like children. On top of this when I dropped my item off 6 days ago it was also never scanned into the FedEx system (I have a receipt proving I dropped the item off) and I now have to open a case with FedEx for a lost package. If you arent helping customers and arent shipping packages, what is the point of even having this store open? More than disappointed.
This place is not service oriented. For self service their computers don’t work well and it takes forever for one person to print their own copies. When you ask for better service or if they can help the person finish their printing (because they’re having problems) the employees ignore you and the person taking forever. They don’t allow you to make appointments to reserve the printer if someone is taking a long time. They refer you to another store when you ask for more resources or will charge you over 30 bucks for 5 pocket sizes photos. Zero service at this place.

Manager thought she could switch my paper size without me noticing so she wouldn’t have to refill the tray. Try again. Never using Fedex again, the whole experience was exhausting.

We needed to make remembrance handouts for our mothers funeral. Needless to say, it was a tough time and the Staples down the street couldnt help us in the time we needed or with the formatted file we brought. We ended up at the FedEx. They were able to help us right away and the remembrances came out beautiful. Very thankful for the customer service they showed!
My experience here was great yesterday. I went to the location at Madison and walnut and was disappointed with the whole situation, as it should not be a hassle to print a document. Ive been let down at that location before, so I should have known. I came here later in the day and it was a quick in and out deal, the young woman helped me and was very friendly, I wish I had gotten her name because she deserves a shout out.
Ordered a print and bind for a presentation that I paid for ahead of time online. I had done this once before and wasnt thrilled with the experience before, but this was by far the WORST. They said it was done, but tried to charge me almost the same price again for stuff I already paid for saying that it took them am extra 30 minutes to reorganize. Nothing was different in the format that I organized myself, exelcept the presentation was missing pages and at least half of the tabs were unreadable. The manager then claims that out of the goodness of his heart he wont charge me extra for the unusable presentation and sent me on my way.Next time I will print it out at the library and have my autistic brother bind the presentation with fishing line for it would be better put together then what I received from a professional company.
Self-service copying machines are always clean and good order. Staff have always been polite and helpful. At some times of the day they appear short-staffed.
This is the 2nd time Ive had to ship something at this locations. Both times the rep was super rude to me. If i had the time and energy i would put together a boycott of this place. I am a former FedEx employee and this is not the company I used to work for. I do not understand how a company can be in the service industry and completely lack any sort of customer service skills. Im switching to ups after my experiences here. I absolutely do not enjoy and will not support being treated worse than garbage when Im giving you my business.
Ive been coming to this FedEx for years, loved (past tense) it! Since there was a new staff hire, this store is my last resort. I live 15 minutes away from this location - its the closest to me. I had a printandgo papers that I need to be printed, 2 to be exact. When I arrived at FedEx, parked in front of the store at 8:55pm. I parked the car and got my confirmation # ready, I got out the car at 8:57pm and he locked the door on me in front of my face!! I took pictures for proof as well with the time stamp. Print & go takes no longer than 3 minutes, Ive done it so many times its fast and easy. The fact that we made eye contact while he was closing is what pissed me off. That is why I am writing this review, complaining to the manager, etc.If youre store posts closed at 9pm, close exactly at that time. If not then after, and not before. If theres someone inside your store still, then wait until theyre done or ask them politely to hurry up because the store is closed now.Anyway, that is why I no longer support this location. RUDE!
Dont Go thereThe indian girl in cashier and also Asian Guy i not sure name Ray.Its so complicated. Talk to much.And not nice for customer service. Also they dindt smile and great. The Line for customer service to Slow I was have black packages but the indian girl she said to me why i used a garbage Plastic bag.very offended for me Im not comfortable to make transaction to them. Very rude and so complicated.Im Just advice go on Fedex sun center rancho cordova. People there very nice and fast environtment. Just give the packages no question as. AS ISdrop and gonot compare in citrus heights fedex people there so complicated and Slow. dont Go there. Dont waste your time and money.
Shipping.... UPS does a better job.Print services.... Staples does the job and does it better.

Great customer service, very helpful and the cashier had a great attitude! Best price for shipping and I checked 4 different places. Will definatly be back ! Customer service is not what it used to be so I was very suprised when she went out of her way to help me. Other people were in line but she treated me like I was the only one there. She was fast too, so I was in and out really quickly, even though I was shipping alot of different stuff to my kids and she packed the boxes too! FED-EX you made my day! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Do NOT use this place for printing docs IF you need the Internet to retrieve/create same; their Internet speed is Dial Up.To the Local Staffs credit, these folks are VERY cordial, helpful and professional; they KNOW their business...but I still must rate them poorly die to the aforementioned in hopes that the Corporate gurus get the message and update their Internet connection.
Parking was a little sparce. Staff was super attentative and friendly. Wanted to ship a package and was in and out of there in under 4 minutes. sure it helped I printed label and packed at home first.I call that a success. Google maps had me doing a weird loop to get to the place instead of just turning left. Weird but I did just turn left.
Counter staff was friendly and business-like. Extraordinarily helpful and patient. Knowledgeable and fast.

The staff here was not helpful at all. They acted like my questions were an interruption to them. For example: Why isnt this computer printing? should justify at least some aid.
FedEx drop off not recommended. Wanted to charge me to repack. Took to another FedEx they accepted package and agreed it was a silly.

Every time I go in here, they shake the box to see if anything is “loose”. If they hear even the smallest of rattles, they force you to buy their package stuffing (at $5.99 for the cheapest) or repack it yourself. Serious rip off.

People stay away from fedex, if you need your package in emergency situations to be delivered earlier in the day, good luck contact FedEx they said wait for a call from our independent contractor, what??? i call fedex for my package and they are telling me wait for an independent contractor to call me? That is ridicules, i have a store front which i needed the package extremely in urgent situation which customer is going over seas and the package contained a part to fix his mobile phone, well we close at 6pm its 3:pm still didint get the package delivered to a store business, never use fedex again horrible service, they have no way contacting the driver if you ever need to for emergency situation, using fedex is one bad mistake i did....

Horrendous pricing. Wanted $330 to ship my guitar from here to Toronto.. PLUS Canadian customs fees.. what a joke. UPS quoted me at $74... and if I wasnt dealing with the district manager directly and in person I would have insisted that he must have put 250 lbs instead of 25 lbs.
Today there was only one person serving and the wait was very long. But Beth was pleasant and greeted us all and apologized for the wait
