I needed help to print, scan and email some documents. The staff was beyond helpful, despite being very busy. I was also looking for some computer/phone usb/otg cables. I was actually approached and asked if I needed help, and had the functionality of the cables explained, which has been a rarity of late. Props to Staples Citrus Heights!

Ive always been a fan of Staples. Ive never had an issue with any store Ive visited and the staffing has always been helpful and very professional. Prices are in line with current standards and when making a purchase I feel I have received good value for the exchange.

Be forewarned,, Staples will not give you a refund (return) on instacart items under $60. I will not be shopping here again.

I met Paul in the Customer Service Dept at the Tech Help counter. He was VERY professional. By me asking a series of specific questions pertaining to making a decision on which specific computer I should purchase, He answered with top knowledgable responses. Im a professional myself and he was excellent. He should be acknowledged by his Superiors immediately and awarded and/or Certified in some way. I would gladly recommend Paul to any customer.

I visited stables today. I was displaced due covid 19 closing my business and subsequently losing my apartment. It’s been really hard on me. When I walked in your store, I was immediately greeted by Dawn, who by the way was running around like a chicken with its head cut off🙂 I was very frazzled because I couldn’t find my password to get in my email. She was soooo nice. She allowed me to help myself to your terminal to pull up a document I desperately needed, Proof of income for a place to live. Well, I didn’t mean to right a letter, Dawn made my day, and I just wanted to thank you for her.Thank You 😊

Im always impressed with the prices at Staples. I can usually go anywhere and walk around with my phone comparing prices to Amazon. But Staples is the few remaining retail stores where I find their prices are as good or better than Amazons, and staples has good stuff and good warranty/exchange policies. I now go here to get good service and good products before I even look online.

I needed a portable keyboard. I got one and then looked around to see if I needed any other goodies. I found one and checked out easily. I always find what I need at Staples. Its close by, easy to get into and out of, and the service is always friendly

Theres something about walking through a stationery/office supply store. 😊... I find what I forgot to put on my list....find fun things I didnt know existed yet.... Great store for the usual and the unusual supplies. Love the selection and variety.

BEWARE OF SCAM. I used to work here and management sneaks UNWANTED warranties onto transactions to make their numbers look good. Its only 4.99 here and there but they are overcharging you for something you do not want. They also haze their staff to do the same thing. Only good thing about this place is the kids that work here are truly some of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever met.

They no longer have ink refills.

We had great service. We need to print some things and the guy was very knowledgeable,friendly, and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. We would go back. I also learned they make banners. That would be useful for big events.

The Manager went out of his way to help me buy an item. I needed a plain clear zippered pencil pouch, they only had clear with sparkles inside. So I was going to purchase and cut the sparkles out. But the cashier/manager told me that there are some online w/o glitter that we could order and ship directly to your house house. The item ended up being $4 cheaper and we didnt have to pay for shipping, since we decided to get it ordered directly to the store.

Good place to get color and black-and-white copies made. The staff here are very friendly and helpfull. The store has a big variety of office supplies as well as office furniture.

Used their printing service for digital art. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who answered my questions. I was able to get my prints done on the spot but thats because they werent busy at the time. I will be a returning customer.

Ive really not had a bad experience. Just sometimes you have to track someone down for help. But thats the way it is at most stores. They always have the ink for my printer.

I called yesterday to ask if they had a paper cutter available for customers to use. A guy said yes, so I went up there this morning. The girl, who identified herself as the manager, has a long way to go. She persisted in saying, yes, we have one, but its not for customers. I showed her the dozen pages I was working on for Kindergarten, but didnt offer to make an exception and allow me to cut them when I informed her of the misinformation I received on the phone.. She laughed at my using the word printer ribbon and I felt it was a laugh AT, not with. The girl at the register, Morgan, was good in talking me down by acknowledging that, yes, this was not good service.Tell this manager she needs to go back to the trenches. EVERYTHING is for the customers. I spent $170 there, knowing that her bad service was an aberration, Ive had good service in the past,

Last time I came to use the computer/printer station. It was out of paper and it took forever to find someone to refill the paper. Today I came to purchase a paper shredder. I found the one I wanted, but couldnt find one in a box to purchase. There were several employees, but not a single one acknowledged me when I approached them. I was the ONLY customer in the store! So I went out to the parking lot and bought a shredder from Amazon. Itll be at my doorstep in 2 days.

I visited Staples last night just before closing and I must say that manager was on the ball! I had an issue pertaining to a lamination and he took care of it quick fast and in a hurry 👍 Impressive!! 🇺🇸❤👍

I went in this store on Wednesday July 30th and I asked someone that was holding a pack of printer paper in their hand (a person that worked there) where something was, he blatantly ignored me and I asked him again and he ignored me once more. There were customers in line who saw how rude the person that worked there was toward me by ignoring me, so as a last result in attempt to get help from someone, I went to the copy center, and asked her where the blank DVD media was. She showed me and she is the reason why I am giving my overall rating a 2 stars instead of one, because she made me feel somewhat better about walking in the store but I felt so bad about the whole experience that I went to Best Buy to get my blank DVD disks and get a better deal there for $9.99 then what they were charging for 10 disks. Maybe the way I dressed was the reason someone ignored me and thought I did not have enough money to spend in their store but I ended up spending over $50 at the other store and Staples could have made a sale being polite to me in the first place.

When I was ready to check out the cashier said it was a pleasure, I thought that was kind and considerate.

They had plenty of ink for my printer. And a nice folder for my documents.

Horrible customer service. Older blonde refused to call another location for me to see if their E Waste bin was full. Online says they will take E Waste with no exceptions listed. Theirs was full but she refused to call another location to help a customer. Horrible.

Needed two sets of blue prints printed and was told they couldn’t do it on the spot and that they have to wait a couple days. Almost every other place I been to does it on the spot.
