My neighbor owns another wrecker here in town, but it was down so he referred Dunlap. I explained my being afoot with 6 kids and willingness to pay extra if they could tow it to the shop ASAP to better the chances of the shop finishing it by close of business. They said a couple hours max and showed up in 20 minutes. They genuinely wanted to help. Reasonable prices for an in town tow also.

I do not know the young mans name that came to help us, but he was a blessing! Without details, we appreciate what he did for our family!

He was great! I would call them anytime i needed help. He showed us the problem did a temporary fix and followed us home. We were ever so grateful

These guys are amazing.I was traveling from Vegas to Detroit towing a 1928 Model A on a trailer, both I purchased the day before.One of the trailer tires exploded and upon going to change it, the lug wrench was the wrong size. Its dark, Im 1000 miles from home, and stuck on the turnpike and no one is stopping.Called the Oklahoma Highway Patrol for referrals. My wife and I called the 5 places we were given, Dunlap was the last one and the ONLY ONE willing to help.The driver was there fast, we swapped the tire and I was back on the road in minutes at what I consider way to cheap of a price.Thank you so much again guys. I mean it. You rock!

During the extremely cold weather, my car battery went dead in my garage. I called Dunlap & they were out in under an hour. The man was nice, polite & very helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.

I would have paid to get my vehicle out on Memorial Day but they were closed. Next day I go to pay and they charge me for Memorial Day. Now how can that be right?They were friendly. They were professional. But, come on....

My husband had an accident while driving in Claremore. The wrecker driver took both his truck and boat and stored them for us. The truck is still there pending insurance, and the boat was picked up for a minimal storage fee. We had to have registration papers on both vehicles, and an employee was able to give us directions to the local tag agency. I felt the employees did everything they could to help us with our property. Thanks!

Was okay, until I went to pick up my car on a Sunday, and they told me they had an after hours fee of 30$.. The guys were there that day, so it was cheaper to get my car the next day. Which is ridiculous, I had gotten a ride and dropped off, and left, and had to walk, and find a ride back the next day.

The driver was very professional. They were very busy due to all the ice on the roads yet he went out of his way to help me get my truck drivable before leaving.

Only had to wait one hour. Previous experience with AAA is at least 2 hours. Very courteous.

LawnAmerica had a truck go down in Claremore. I called to get it towed back to our shop. They were very quick in response to help us. Justin Post was the driver and was very professional and courteous. Even in the rain he noticed a small ground issue with battery and was able to help us get back on road. Well our car was in pounded so you should listen to somebody else

I asked a driver how much he would charge me to pull my big rig out of a ditch, he said 112$, when he showed up, he changed it to 250$, I believe that that is BS, he knew what he was doing.

The wrecker I worked with was friendly enough, but their fees for impounded cars seemed a little suspicious. I felt they double charge for some things.

Made my 80yr aunt wait for 1hr and decided they could not come change a tire. So another wrecker was called which was 40min away.If you cant come 20min down the road at least tell AAA so they can find someone else. Bad customer service
