Great experience! After getting several quotes from different companies (some of them way out of line), I settled on Glass by Tony. They communicated well from the start. They booked me into an appointment for within a 36 hour window from when I first called. They called to remind me and confirm the morning if the appointment. I showed up at the appointment time and they got me right in. The waiting room was comfortable with good amenities. It was stocked with coffee & water. There was a good Wi-Fi signal and television. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The technician broke the windshield he was installing accidentally. They ended up having to obtain a second one. They did so quickly and even offered to buy me lunch for the inconvenience. Great people and I will certainly use them again next time I have any kind of damaged glass!

After scheduling a week in advance, only to be cancelled the day of the appointment, with one the national brands who really emphasizes their mobile service, I elected to look for a good option locally and found Glass by Tony.The Glass by Tony team responded quickly and cheerfully when I called. I have 2002 Thunderbird and the long slope of the windshield makes it a little tougher job than average. Glass by Tony located a windshield and scheduled the replacement for the day following my call. When I arrive the office person greeted with a pleasant smile, a hello and was offered the chance to set in a in clean nice waiting room and offer coffee or a cold bottle of water. When I arrived I was the only one there was offered the remote. I was offered the remote and told to my self at home. Every one was nice friendly it was one of the nicest car repair situations I have had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I took my car in for a rock chip on my windshield and when the technician attempted to repair the chip the glass cracked further on the windshield making it unable to be repaired. I was told this is a VERY RARE occurrence but can unfortunately happen because glass is unpredictable. Tony was able to get me a new windshield at a great rate the very next day. I’ve had rock chips repaired by Tony’s company in previous vehicles and the repairs were flawless. The staff in Claremore is friendly and wonderful to work with! These guys go above and beyond to make the customer experience a satisfying one. They even took care of a rust issue that would have prevented a safe installation at no extra charge. When asked, he said behind customer relations that safety and satisfaction were parts of their company core principles.I would highly recommend using Glass By Tony at either Claremore or Tulsa. Dont even waste your time getting quotes anywhere else. Dont believe me? Fine, Ill wait, but youll be back and Ill have to say I told you so!......................... Welcome back! Well now youre thinking I guess I can sacrifice great service for this price..... WRONG! These guys wrote the book on customer service back when it was still a top priority. I put off as long as possible to get my truck windshield replaced since I didnt have the replacement insurance rider and it would be out of pocket. After getting 3 quotes, Glass by Tony was the winner by a substantial amount. Mind you, I used the online quote at around 1:30 on a Monday and after about 30 minutes I was emailed the quote which included a number to schedule an appointment. Well thinking that it would take awhile to get a windshield in, I called to schedule since they werent going to be beat on price. While on the phone she checked stock for a windshield and had one in Tulsa, but I preferred the Claremore shop, so the service rep. asked if a 3:00 appointment would be ok.....Today?!?! I was speechless. I said that was fine and so she put me down for 3:00 in Claremore. So I threw on some shoes and headed that way. I left early since its hit or miss if youre going to wait on a train in Claremore, but its usually hit. Lol. As soon as I got there, I barely got inside the door when they asked if I was their 3:00 and took my keys to start work. I was given a quick tour of their waiting room and was told to help myself to the coffee or water and tv remote. Password was posted for the free wifi in the waiting room. The owners were friendly and helpful in answering my questions about the pike pass and window tint. In an unusually short amount of time they popped into the waiting room and said I was ready to go. Wow! She explained the steps about leaving the tape on for a bit and not to use the car wash till cured. She then gave me a complimentary full sized can of foaming glass cleaner. I wish all businesses operated this way! The only negative I can think of is now I dont want to drive my truck for fear of chipping my virgin windshield, but now I know where to get it fixed. Use Glass by Tony and you wont be disappointed!
