Josh was great with communicating with me, even through my difficult schedule. But he was not like most salesmen that continuously call or text over and over. Would definitely recommend him to any and everyone!

Absolutely 💯 wonderful at the time they didnt have what I was looking for but had some coming in when they arrived the salesman who was off that day texted me and said they were in. The following day I went in and Yes they had what I wanted. Everyone was supper great and got me taken care of.

Not a pleasant experience for a first time buyer. Was told that I had bad credit. At the time I didn’t even have credit yet, I believed them for some reason. Was fully taken advantage of by sleazy salesmen with a massive interest rate. Car didn’t even last a year with regular high mileage synthetic oil changes and was outside the warranty. Now I’m paying for a car thats shot. Also got a smokers car, masked the scent with fresheners that wore of the next couple of days. Come here for a learning experience, I sure learned a lot.

We bought a new set of tires and got an oil change. Everyone was so friendly and my car was done in a very timely manner! Will always bring my cars back for their services!

Recently bought a 2017 Z71 Chevy 3/4 ton pick up. Love the vehicle but we got home and there was no jack, lug wrench, no tools to remove the spare. I made 4 phone calls to them each one in told they would look into it and call me back. Never received a call from them. At first I figured when they detailed it they forgot to put it back, but Im guessing now it was never there and they are blowing me off. Iwas a repeat costumer, we have bought 4 vehicles from them and never had a problem. People just dont care anymore.

Ive been a captive customer due to the fact that I live in Claremore and this is the only Chevrolet dealership in town. The service manager is rude and treated me like I was stupid and knew nothing about cars or my own vehicle. They dont offer help with over the phone even with a simple inquiry. I wont use them when it can be avoided.

Took my 2017 Chevy volt in for a recall work. While updating the software something went wrong in my ECM died. Took a week longer to finish the work and the staff was amazing. They provided a loaner vehicle and kept me up-to-date with the situation.

Always a pleasure doing business with her.I’m still waiting for my owners manual - they weren’t organized yet and am suppose to receive.My phone free text and talk is messed up - it cuts out when someone is talking and I can’t have a conversation through it. Appointment Wednesday for that. Onstar isn’t connected yet.

I bought a used truck on Saturday and the entire team at Suburban Chevrolet was great. Mary was great to work with in sales. She sat thru multiple test rides that day since the truck I originally requested to check was not what I needed. Mary & the sales manager (Eric?) listened to everything I wanted in a used vehicle, showed their options, and were not pushy in any way. They also offered more on my trade-in than I expected.Everyone’s “favorite” part— the financing and finalizing — went smoothly as well.There was a slight issue with the truck as bought, which was noted at the time, and the service dept. is getting it taken care of without delay.Thanks to everyone I dealt with for a smooth transactionUPDATE 14 Jan, 2021: the “slight issue with the truck “ has still not been resolved. Actually, I can’t even get anyone to call me back. I took it in to service 10 days after purchase so they could diagnose problem. I was told : “they know what the problem is; they knew before the truck was put on lot; general manger wanted to wait to address it after the sale; they have the OK to fix it but don’t have parts; they would get back with me.” Almost a month after purchase, 2 more phone calls where the manager “is not in right now but they’ll look into it and call me back”.... and no call back.So, sales still gets an “A” but service after the sale and customer service after the sale going to go with a “Fail”. If this gets resolved, I’ll update my review then.

We have had a few issues since signing for this car. Being our first dealership buying experience, we expected more than we received.After everything was finalized, our Sales Person, Teana, handed us a key with no fob. When I asked about it she said we could buy one for like $300. The next day I started trying to get ahold of a manager. I could not use the hatch opening or remote start options without a fob and when I unlocked my car it set the alarm off until I could get in and start it. Juggling our kids and all that comes with them whilst having this problem was terribly inconvenient. After multiple calls to the Sales manager in the span of a week and a half I was finally told I could schedule with Service. Seeing as we dont live in Claremore, we planned a family fishing trip around the appointment time on a Saturday. However, when we showed up we were told there was no technician on Saturdays that could program the fob. We spoke with Scott and he was very nice and set up a new time and day to come but that meant 3 more days without a fob and another trip to Claremore. When I returned for my appointment, Scott got me in and out in a timely manner and was very friendly.Here are a few other issues we have had thus far.1)The second financing person we spoke to was snarky when we asked questions. We did not appreciate that considering this was our first time financing.2)One headlight went out on the drive home.3)The air conditioner is not cooling.So disappointed, we just paid $16,500 for this car!We can say that we have learned a lot during this experience. I hope this helps you see where improvements are needed. I am going to write an honest review to help first time buyers like us.

Found out their oil change is about the same price as the quick change places in town. Here they air tires to proper pressure. Got a rotation free on a coupon. Going a little early beats the crowd.

I paid $1,000 deposit on a vehicle and was planning to pick up from another state. They sold it to someone else out from under me. I am waiting to see if they will honor the sale and get it BACK DONT BUY FRON THEM, THEY ARE LIARS!

Went to look at a vehicle had a lot of issues that could have cost several thousand dollars and was not worth what they were wanting gave an offer and then was told no in a disrespectful tone by a salesmen. Called the sales manager and told him what had happened and he said people are offended easily and that the salesman was probably offended by the offer, well his job is to make a counter offer or talk it over with is boss not just decide he doesnt want to do his job. OK, the issue was diagnosed. The squeaky suspension seals are still present but at least we know we arent likely to have a driveability issue.

I had the best experience working with Erik Wrenn. I was in a hurry trying to buy this truck and he slowed me down to make sure it was all done right. Turns out there was an issue in the rear end. If Erik would have not stopped me I would still have that issue but Suburban fixed the issue and treated me better than anywhere else i have dealt with. I bought my truck there 2 years ago on a memorial day sale, just traded it in for 2k more that what Suburban sold it to me for, that tells you I got a great price! Also, the warranty Purchased wasnt expired yet so Bryan Tennison was able to help me get a refund for the warranty. This is 2 years later, they had nothing to gain by helping me with this, that says a lot about their customer service culture. If I ever purchase again in OK, I know Im going to Suburban in Claremore!

Took my wife’s SUV in for an oil change. We know she needed tires and have been shopping online and comparing pricing. Tires typically don’t have much markup on them but was still looking to save a buck or two. Out of all the places I have been shopping pricing I never thought I’d look here at Suburban Chevrolet. I purchased all four tires here, had the alignment done to protect my investment and drove off not only a happy customer, but a customer for life and would highly recommend bringing your vehicle not only for your recommended maintenance, and mechanical repairs, but for your tires too. It really is true what they advertise about saving more in Claremore. Suburban Chevrolet.....thank you for taking great care of my vehicles.

We purchased an suv In Jan and by March we had to take it in twice. 1st time the bearings had to be replaced and they did take responsibility and fix them. It was very stressful having to travel several times to take, leave and pickup a luxury suv that you should be excited about purchasing. March 5th we was told we needed a new transmission. They wanted us to pay 5,000 dollars. Suburban Chevrolet has no integrity and its a shame that the GM never once reached out to us.

Oil change done, small issue with a leak that they quickly addressed and fixed.

Would not recommend.Finance dept. made mistake on loan contract. Lien holder name was not on original contract.T. (wont put name on here although I should) @ Suburban Chevrolet forged the original contract by scratching through the wrong wording and adding lien holders name. Long after I had signed the contract. The State revenue office said thats not A legal document and would not accept it. T. said I HAVE THE AUTHORITY to change it. IDK about that?The lien holder was on the call as well. Neither one would do anything to remedy the situation.Then they told me to just wait till its payed off, then get the title. No, that wont work either.So I had had enough and hung up, after stating they had done nothing to help, have a nice day.T. was also rude and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what the Revenue office said they needed.The State revenue office has put the title in suspend? Because of the contract not being correct. The State revenue office also said next time the tags are due I wont be able to get it tagged.so, I cant fix it, Suburban Chevrolet refuses fix it.Only option I have is to refinance before tags are due. Then the lien will be released, I get the title back to send to new lien holder.This is not he only issue ive had with this purchase, just the latest.again I would not recommend.May sound strange but the lady at the Revenue office has been far more help then anyone else!One star only because its required!

I did not have my vehicle serviced on that date. I think it is sad that a minor fender bender required such service as part of the repairs. Trucks used to be sturdy and dependable but I guess that is a thing of the past. Suburban Chevrolet is a good place to do business. I am just disappointed in GM products.

Good place to buy a vehicle from! Bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze from them. Im from PA and I had someone stop in and look at it for me. They worked with us without any hassle! The salesmen didnt seem to know a lot about the car though.

I was impressed that the service manager reminded me about a recall issue on my car and took care of it with no delay with my oil change and tire rotation. Also, he ordered a need part for my drivers side window that is scratching my drivers side window tint and will contact me when the part comes in to replace the part and set up for the window tint professional to re-do my tint on the same day.

Fixed everything mentioned. Explained the work to be done, and finished in a timely manner. Professional job!
