All Dollar Stores are on good locations. We stop here on occasion to pick up things and its much easier getting in and out than W. They are generally stocked very well and the employees are helpful and courteous. I only wish they would have built a market but they do carry a few common produce items which is helpful.

This place was very unorganized. The two of the cashiers are very rude. And they never want to help me with anything. They never ask me if I can find what im looking for. I pay for my stuff and and they never day Thank you. Or come back. I say thank you.. bit they wont say anything back to me. The store is always a mess. I almost fell one day because they left boxes of can goods in the floor scattered out. I have stopped going there as often as I use to. I go there because its convenient. The prices they have since covid are ridiculously high. Their brands the clove of rally brand might be cheap but theyre not good I think theyre trying to take advantage of people not wanting to go out to crowded places like Walmart etc. They wanted $4 for a gallon of milk where it was $2.69 at food Lion. Thats unacceptable to me its not a dollar store anymore I try not to freaquen t them whatsoever

Little had a worker,drop what she was doing after she asked if I was finding everything ok to walk me to what I was looking for, not just give directions! That was great customer service!

Friendly cashier. Walked in, purchased what I needed and was greeted with a happy smile. I dont like how its always so dark in there but for a quick stop to get what I needed, its fine.

This is the cleanest, most organized, and awesome Dollar General. If I forgot something at Walmart, I have been able to find it here. Easy in, easy out and nobody gets hurt! They even have propane! The employees are very friendly, as well.

Its dollar general. Quick and cheap I guess won the race. For the love of God move the ice machine to the left so you arent blocking the shudders. Duh!!

Horrid management, very old lady with long brown hair who was the mod not only had the cashier run my card 3 times since it wouldnt take it, but pushed me aside with an oh well on the third try and called next. Ive never in my life seen such poor communication, such dirty looks for merely coming in and worst of all calling her manager to get permission to continue treating me horribly. I asked for a copy of the receipts to make sure the refund would hit my account because guess what, I was charged ALL THREE times. It was her system that was not promoting for cash back which was the ordeal. How do I know this? Over a decade in retail management and Ive managed teams of over 15 per shift. It was just two older ladies who had no interest in upholding doller generals standards, or professionalism. She refused to give me my refund slips as well, and when I asked if she needed me to sign anything she waved her hand as if to dismiss me. I WILL not be back, and I have called and filed an official complaint with both DM, as well as corporate office. She shouldnt be management if she is going to cost the store loss, which she did because 3 people ended up walking out and she even made a comment aloud for the remaining customers to hear saying oh well whatever this is a doller store. Which.... it isnt? It has doller in the name but I even know its a discount convenience since it has both food and other necessities at discount price. The lady who was at the register was extremely unpleasant as well, but I honestly just sensed poor management rubbing off from lack of proper training. For that reason alone Im not including her but she was just as bad. Maybe this will open her eyes to not follow her supervisors behavior and work ethic.I would highly recommend if too much time has been invested in her to terminate, to potentially consider sending her to a weekend workshop, they have the smaller 1 month ones each Friday and Saturday that are meant to salvage employees who otherwise would be let go if they werent necessary while short staffed. Just my suggestion because after the experience I had, you will end up loosing WAY more money from customers not tolerating that behavior then the workshop costs. Maybe give her 2-3 work days a week since she also complained about not enough days off. Good luck, you will need it with that piece of work.

HORRIBLE customer service! Two ladies working there were overwhelmed with blowing up 4 ballons for a birthday party. And the woman with the dark brown hair was saying that she had better things to do. Really? Why do you sell ballons then?

Staff was very rude about social distancing and they were not even wearing a mask.
