I’m licensed Cosmetologist & formerly owned salons in Florida & PA. I was so pleased to find my Olaplex products that you can’t purchase at a supply store open to the public. You can purchase items at salons that use those products but of course you will pay more. If you are a licensed Cosmetologist in Clarksville area I strongly recommend CosmoProf. The staff is great. Conveniently located on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. I will definitely go back!!

My daughter is a cosmetologist so I take her there unfortunately I cant go there by myself you have to be a beautician

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean store. They go out of their way to help me and if they do t have what I need they will do their very best to get it.

Horrible customer service, as a service provider I’m very diligent on customer care and being sure each and every customer feels welcomed; unfortunately that wasn’t the case here, when I walked in 3 reps were at the desk in great personal convo :( not one of them greeted or even asked if I needed help and through out the visit had each had snarky expressionsNeedless to say I won’t be back

Customer service is excellent! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. This is very important and will keep me coming back

You shouldnt have to be a licenced cosmetologist or nail tech to shop in a store. I dont have to be a professional to know what products I like and how to use them
