If you’re looking for a place to buy or sell games I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Instead I’d recommend The Game Hub on Fort Campbell Blvd. It’s a new store that opened a few months back and they offer fairer prices for games and give more in cash than what this place offers for your items in trade credit. Also the owner of The Game Hub, Ryan, is far more professional and helpful than the manager here. This place has honestly gone downhill since Eric and the rest of the original crew stopped working here and is no longer the same store that opened back in 2016. Again, if you’re looking for a better deal on your games whether to buy or sell them then The Game Hub is definitely the place to go. Always support locally owned businesses.

Always have rarer games for older systems and the staff is always friendly. Downside is they are brutal when it comes to trade ins but not nearly as bad as game stop. Come to this place to explore ur nerdisums and fun. If ur a gamer, collector or nerd this is ur place

The cashier was very rude. Did not catch her name but she has dark hair. We had to return a game because it was not working right and we spent $36 on it and she only gave us $12 back and we said well the game is not working properly and we would like our $36 back in store credit and she yelled at us and said What part didnt you unserstand? I do not recommend coming here the staff is very rude, not helpful, and very inconsiderate, and they rip you off as well!

Several of our team members have teenage kids who love to play classic games. This store has a huge selection and a great staff. They are very active on social media so you can stay current with all their latest additions and promotions.

Overpriced games, rip you off for collectibles items. Got offered 70 dollars for 600 dollars worth of items. They will sell the stuff you sell them for more than what they are worth. Everything is overpriced and I will not be going here again ever. Great staff though.

Employees are friendly and the inventory is varied. Comics, games, movies, Manga, apparel. A little bit for everyone. I just wish they had a steelbook section so I didnt have to sift through everything looking for them. Fair prices for their stuff.

Excuse they gave me was, “floor prices were changing”I politely said never mind, but I was upset.The employee said, “Let me see what I can do”& then proceeded to offer me a price that was still more than what was written on the sticker

This was a very pleasant experience! I have been to other Game X Change chains before, but this one had an especially good selection. Was a bit pricey, especially for regular Wii remotes but they have good sales and a lot to choose from.

So I bought a copy of a game, it was scratched and it ruined my ps4 in attempt to get it to work, they said they couldnt refund me my ten dollars back because they only refund in store credit. Dont bother coming here, they will sell you marked up games that are faulty and do not want to give you your money back. If youre as angry as I am, just know in about 2 years these type of stores are going to fail because the gaming industry is forcing this market out.

I really enjoy going into game exchange. It has a WAY better selection than that of gamestop. I enjoy how if I want games from older systems, miniatures, cards, or movies I can go in and find it easily. They also have really friendly and helpful employees. The cost of their merchandise seems to be a little better than some of the other game stores around town so thats a good plus. They also have cards against humanity packs there which I find amazing because I can barely find packs without going to amazon or looking for them in stores online. Overall a very good store that is well worth your time to stop in and have a browse.

This store is pretty awesome because they not only have old school games and consoles, but newer ones as well along with movies and figurines. I love this store because they have games and gaming gear dating all the way back to the Atari! Its totally retro and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great staff, and good prices. The store is well organized everything is easy to locate. Bad things is the store smells like a portable toilet. If you go to sell anything to the store dont expect to get a whole lot from the item money wise. Better to get store credit. Otherwise great place to get that hard to find item at great price.

They have great options of merch, cards, game accessories, lots of DVDs and games to choose from! I always go there to sell extra DVDs I dont need or games I dont play anymore. You can receive store credit or cash for whatever you sell

Can not wear a mask due to health reasons not that the masks people are wearing even work for the particulate size that this covid-19 virus is. Your workers should be ashamed of themselves and I will be calling the Corporate offices when they are open.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in one day last week with a 3ds and they said couldnt take it because if the scratches. The scratches isnt even bad but yet I go over to there console station and they TOOK ANOTHER 3DS THAT HAD SCRATCHES WAYYYY WORSE THAN MINE AND JSUR MARKED IT DOWN 10% all Im saying is be fair. If you accept someone elses scratched up stuff accept everyones. I will never go back to game exchange. They were asking 94 for the system. Even with 10% off its still roughly 84. They had done told me Id only get 30 for it! There still making a 50 dollar profit!!! Unfair. I would try my best not to shop or sell with them.

Super cool store!

I bought a game that was used for 32$, went over to best buy to see it new for 29.99. I then found out the amount they game me for used games was also much lower then the going rates. We own all the new systems in my house hold and they lost a lot of business yesterday.

I love that the selection is so wide. I also enjoy the prices very much and when they have deals you wont believe how much you come out spending. Highly recommended for all consoles of games and almost every movie you can think of

Lots of good bargains

I always love coming into the store! They have a wide variety of movies and games. The store has so many consoles for a decent price. The staff of course are extremely friendly and they never try to sell you annoying promotions like Gamestop. The store has a different selection almost everyday because the stores inventory is from what people bring in. The games are in pretty good shape for the most part. The place also has console accessories such as memory cards or even items such as the gameboy adapter for the SNES. The staff is also fairly knowledgeable about the items they sell. I would recommend this place to any retro gamer. Only downside to this place is that they do not have new games still in plastic, but they do have new games that people bring in all the time. Excellent store overall!

Awesome hidden little gem of comics, games and various other fantastic nerdgasm causing toys

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place just completely ripped me off. I called ahead to see if they purchased blu ray and Yu Gi Oh cards. Person I spoke with said they would and they priced them individually if they were rares so it normally took some time. I brought my items in and 5 min later get called back to the counter and he says he has my movies ready and gives me a total. I get my cash and see that he has already included my cards in the buy back at a bulk price of 3 cents each! These are cards I had since I was a teenager and are worth at the very least 5 dollars a card. I tell him Im not selling them for that and they mean more to me and I will just keep them. He says I already signed and he cant reverse it. At this time, I had signed nothing and not picked up the money. I ask him to speak with a manager because there had clearly been a misunderstanding. He proceeds to tell me that the manager has the day off and theres nothing he can do. He calls another employee to the counter who has an attitude and says what is the problem? He proceeds to slam my cards on the counter individually while saying this one is worthless, so is this one, this one isnt in our system. These are original run ultra rare holographic cards from the very first series of packs released in 2004-2006. Had he taken 5 seconds and typed the serial numbers in on the cards specifically for that purpose, he wouldve known what he had. I do not care that they were mistaken in the values but I do care about them refusing to give me my merchandise and about how I was treated. They just scammed me out of well over 200 dollars worth of cards that Id had for over half my life... I sincerely hope people see this review and do not make the same mistake I did.DO NOT GO HERE!

I have shopped here many of times and have found good values(not sponsored) on games and systems. You can even sell your games, game systems, laptop, phones, etc. They have lots of retros for sale. They even have the Sega master system with some games!!
