Well the person who waited on me I sort of didnt feel too convinced of his service and he sort of put me in doubt of his knowledge of selling. A comment was made by him that I thought was very unprofessional.

Love Cricket. And No contact and unlimited everything with 2 lines under $100 and includes the insurance with that price. Staff in the store are very helpful and friendly. Not so keen of the customer service when I call but I wont hold that against them at all. I love you can upgrade every 3 months. Not that I will but its nice to know you can.

Cricket is a wonderful place to go when you need a phone and Cricket is very dependable picks up everywhere and I was just highly impressed how they treat you on their store and they have really nice phones too

Went in to check on changing service from very overpriced Carrier, unfortunately only person working was to busy playing on their phone to do much more than point to point of sale display. May try another cricket store.
