Really good beauty store. Down street from Ft. Campbell. The ladies were very nice, and always checked on me to see if I needed any help. They have such big variety of hair, wigs, braiding hair, etc. They do have a small mens and kids section as well. If you want to advertise your hair, makeup business they will put your business cards/flyers at the front of the store. Covid distancing was excellent. If there are too many people they will ask you to wait outside then call you in as soon as another customer is leaving. They provide masks, and hand sanitizer. You MUST wear a mask.

I shopping here for years but today might be last I shop here the owner had a problem with me taking a pic of some hair in store,there wasnt no sign saying you couldnt,so I told her it was for elderly women...I been know these ladies of this store for years, some people need have more respect because everyone aint bad and everyone dont steal...

They’re good. Very clean, organized, and they probably have what you’re looking for— TONS of variety. Didn’t have what I want (simple squares of satin to use as head scarves, which is fine). However, I understand what other meant by feeling uncomfortable. I felt like an eye was being kept on me. Only some products were priced so they could possibly get away with upcharging since we don’t know what a bundle costs until we get to the register. I get that pricing each pack can be tedious, but I would appreciate more transparency in this regard.

Big selection they just make you feel uncomfortable from watching you and following you around.

When I have no time to wait on shipping for eyelashes, I come here. They have a variety as well as brand. I am very particular about my lashes, especially if I purchase from beauty supply store. I found my favorite brand and style. I dont purchase anything else. So 3 stars is okay. They are very friendly and very informative of their product. Simply because I hear hustle while Im on there.

The owner is very nice has a lot of wigs,hair n hair products. She is extremely helpful and answering your questions when your not familiar with some of the products. She gives very detailed advice. I really enjoy shopping there!

Alright so boom. Every time I come here its a great experience! These ladies know how to do business, they are very professional, personable, and most importantly, approachable. They will order products for you that they may not have in stock if they can, they help you in any way that you need. This is hands down the best beauty supply that Ive been to. I am always very satisfied with my visits, customer service is bomb, and they definitely cater to us rocking our natural hair. Their natural hair care section is great! I used to shop at this store when it was smaller & in a different location. It is the Best Hair/Beauty Supply store in Clarksville. Ive shopped many stores the 20+ years Ive been in Clarksville. This is where I spend my money, my daughters, & friends spend their money.They know black hair & products for any style. The store is big, but not so big that you get lost & waste your time going down aisles you dont need.They believe in helpful service. When they can they stay in ear shot to help you find things. Most of their customers are African American. They are not trying to offend their main customers. Maybe shopping at substandard stores has made some people feel stalked while shopping. I know that can happen. But I know that Doesnt happen here.For All of your beauty needs, questions, & supplies. Look no further than BEST ONE. The name says it all.

Its a alright place base off of convenience. I am use to way bigger hair stores & the selects. It will do for the time being here in this town.

I usually dont write reviews but I felt compelled to let my opinion known in this case. This place is nice in appearance. I give it 1 star because this is the 2nd time my husband & I went there & each time whether its 1 person working or 2 they followed & watched us from the moment we walked in. The 1st time 1 stayed behind the counter & watched while the other followed us & was in each aisle we went down. Not offering assistance just watching. Today we went in & the 1 lady stayed behind the counter & at one point stretched over the counter to see what we were doing. Since Im assuming there wasnt a camera in that particular part. I grab the item I was looking for & went to the counter. I waited while her back was to me at the counter to pay for my items & I watched her watch my husband in the camera. Each experience was very uncomfortable & we will never patronize that establishment again. I hope they find a better way to do loss prevention. On the way out I did make it known that we would not be back & that I felt very uncomfortable being in there.

One star is a lot for this place when it comes to service. They have a huge supply of products for the African American community but they don’t know anything about the products. They treat you like you’re going steal from them and they hate to answer questions. The woman at the register is the absolute worst. They say they offer military discount but not on “sale items” and somehow everything except for dollar items are on sale. I will not be spending my money in a place that don’t know how to show me simple respect when I’m spending my money. They basically want you in and out. Buy the product and get out. Horrible!!!

Manager seems very u friendly and snobbish, place makes you feel uncomfortable, only 1 worker on floor willing to help, store has boxes all over place, almost tripped on aisle..😭

Terrible I wanted clip in extensions and they told me the color they had would be lend well with my hair color also they didn’t tell me that all sales were final so I spent $109 on extensions just to get home they don’t match my color and they don’t blend and when I called to tell them to see about just exchanging for my right hair color they told me no that sales were final 🤬

Decent variety of hair but the customer service is terrible!!!! I couldnt shop take my time and seek the hair I wanted. The ladies here were on my heels as if I was about to steal the damn hair.

Horrible customer service! they over price on good hair. tried to over sell on a woman in front of me. they were rude to me. I was asking to return something that was never used, i bought 2 days ago and they tried to refuse saying i wore it, even though the tags were still on it. The women have no idea about hair products. will not be going here again.

I have to echo the sentiment of everyone else: huge store with lots of selections but wont be back because the workers followed me like a hawk each time I went in. You cant both want my black money AND treat me like a thief because Im black.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTIVE DUTY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES! Can you say racial profiling and discrimination?! We just had the worst experience here. We went in to buy braiding hair for me since it is getting warmer and they didnt have the hair I wanted. So we left, went to another store to see if they had any. That store didnt have any, and due to the time, I had to get hair. At this pony I was willing to settle for the hair from Best 1 (ha, what a joke of a name). We went back in, and I picked up 4 packs of hair. We then proceeded to the hair gel/ edge control aisle. I was squatting looking at products on bottom rack when the older lady came by and said shed hold the hair up front. Mind you, I am squatting and the hair is resting on my thighs with one of my hands over the packs to prevent them from falling on the store. While she was saying she could hold the hair she was reaching into my lap and grabbing the hair. She did this before I could even respond. So I put my hand on the packs to stop her and told her politely that I was fine. It was only 4 packs of hair. She responded with well you guys were in here earlier. My fiancé (who was in uniform) and I both looked at each other perplexed and then I looked at her and replied Yes we were. We had to leave, but we are back. She just walked away. Where was the hostility and negativity coming from? We left their establishment, but we came back to spend money. This is the purpose of a business, to have customers, or am I wrong? My fiancé and I were both highly offended, and digested by her tone of voice. It was almost as though she was insinuating we were doing something wrong by coming back. It also rubbed both of us the wrong way that she reached into my lap to grab something before receiving a response if it was okay for her take the hair. I did not have a purse. I had on a long sleeved shirt, and tight jeans. We ended up putting the hair back and left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
