I love this place. They are supper friendly and knowledgeable. I love having a local vinyl store that makes getting last minute projects done easy without waiting for shipping. They have a large selection of materials, colors, and prints and their prices can compete with the online vinyl stores Ive used.

When they have vinyl in stock, it’s a decent selection. But lately every time I go, they never have what I need. The things I want are typically sold out and for a week or two at a time. They might have one other shade choice available per color. When doing a project, I don’t want to have to wait and call in two times a week to see if they finally have the color I need.

I stopped in this past week after seeing The Vinyl Store advertised on Facebook and was not disappointed! There was a wide variety of colors and materials and the prices were fantastic. The customer service was also above and beyond as she walked me through the different selections and helped me choose a color scheme for my latest project that turned out great! I will definitely be returning for all my vinyl needs and supporting this local business!!

I purchased a cameo 4 cutting machine. BEFORE purchasing I asked the associate Mary, “If I don’t like it can I return it?” She assured me I could within 7 days. Had it a total of 3 days, & didn’t like it. Go to return it and now she has to speak to the supervisor and charges me 30% to take it back. That was shady and I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!

Super impressed! They had a good variety in selection of vinyl. The customer service was wonderful and patient! Definitely plan on coming for all my vinyl business needs! Most definitely recommend! Bonus points for being Local!
