This place is the absolute best place to get all your vinyl needs plus more. The woman that work there are super friendly inviting nice and will not make you feel anything but absolutely wanted each and every visit. They make sure they are there to help you. They know all the amswers to questions. Great place and amazing prices. They also have more stuff and if you need something heat pressed or sublimation they do that for amazing low prices. Check this place out whether beginner or advanced you wont be disappointed

I Love this place! Staff is wonderful and so helpful to answer my questions as I am still learning about so many of these products and how to use them. Has such a better inventory than Hobby Lobby and Micheals.

I have to say I enjoy visiting this business, each time I made a visit always greeted with a Hello and how are you today, amazing, friendly Staff. My neighbor told me of this place and im so happy that he did. Store is always clean and most items are always in stock. I cant say enough about the friendly staff, something that just strikes you when u r greeted with that Hello.. I dont have the names of the staff, but thank you for always the warm hello each n every time.♥

I learned an expensive lesson the hard way today. ALWAYS look for posted signs and read your receipts. Was it my fault? Yes, but it didn’t make the sting of it any easier.The girls and I are having shirts made for our baking day in December. I went to Vinyl Warehouse in Clarksville, Indiana on Monday. I found the shirts we could use. Not knowing for sure everyone’s size, I asked first, if I bought two different sizes for each person to try on, could I return the ones that didn’t fit? The answer was “yes, within 7 days and with your receipt.” Great! They didn’t have all the sizes I needed but could order them and they would be here in two days. Awesome! Again, I asked if they ordered them, could they still be returned. The answer was the same...”yes, within 7 days with your receipt.” I picked up 11 shirts on Wednesday and returned 6 of them on Thursday only to be told “returns are store credit only.” You are kidding me? Was there a sign stating this? Yes. Did I see the sign when purchasing them? No. Was it on my receipt? Yes. Did I read receipt? No. I asked for an exception to their policy to be made, stating that two different sales associates who waited on me Monday and Wednesday both knew my intentions were to return half of the shirts and neither one ever bothered to tell me it was store credit only. Had I known, I would have never purchased double the amount I needed. I was told they were a small business and can’t afford to make an exception. I try to support small local businesses when I can. My question to them is ...”Can you afford not to?” I will accept my painful mistake and somehow use my $74 store credit and then never step foot in their store again because I felt I was mislead. Had they not known what my intentions were, it would be easier to swallow.If they really want their small business to succeed, then I would recommend in the future, the associates making the return policy clear to the customer before the transaction is made.In response to the owners comment below about the sales associates not being aware of my intentions...they absolutely were aware. I made it very clear when asking about returns that I would be returning some of them. However, it should make no difference what a customer’s intention are. If they ask about returns, then when the associates respond, four little words should not be left off...”for store credit only.” Very deceiving way of handling returns.
