Lost my paperwork last time I came in town (Clarksville is my hometown and I don’t have a Zales store close to where I live) and Charles was able to get me all set back up for my ring and I was so grateful! Great service.

Dont let them size or fix your ring unless you want inexperienced destructive work done to it. They will completely take metal from one side instead of taking metal evenly from both sides, then you will find out when you PCs and take it to another zales it needs hundreds of dollars of repair work.

My salesman was very professional and helpful. I came in to pick up my online order and I decided to look for a birthstone ring. He lead to the right section and I made another purchase. Zales has always been my favorite store to shop for jewelry.

The website says the store closes at 7pm. I got there at 6:09 pm. I went in the mall they had the gates closed, so i called Chris said they want us out here at 7pm. We start closing at 630. Well I dont think 6:09 is 6:30. All I was trying to do was pick up my ring I had made for my Moms passing from Covid-19.

I received help from I assume the district manager the second time I went to pick out my husbands ring. He asked since we were there the day before if is managers there got his ring size and if he said what he preferred. I said yes and that they were very patient and courteous during the process. I told him the rings my husband were interested in I didn’t like. I thought they were too plain. It took a while for him to convince me to get only what he liked in terms of his taste. If he was after my money the district manager would’ve let me purchase whatever I wanted. The rings I was interested in were a few hundred more than what my husband liked. I want to thank him and his amazing staff at Zales. They were great individuals that excelled in customer service.

Updated Review: Two days ago I gave Zales a three star rating because I was upset about my experience on the 30th. I could have left it here but I chose to remove it because the Assistant Manager, Sam (female), contacted me to speak about the situation. After our discussion, It was clear there was a misunderstanding. I appreciate their swift response to my concerns and would like to apologize to the gentleman, whom I did not name in either review, for any issues this misunderstanding may have caused him. He has always given me outstanding assistance before and I hope he will continue to assist me in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. I love my blue diamond wedding set and his wedding band was resized with no problems. Great price and even better customer service. No haggle and you can actually breathe without feeling like someone is looking over your shoulder trying to make a sale. Barry was great! Ask for him :) p

Terrible customer service both in store and by phone.

I don’t normally do this so here we go. Went in this store 3 times while at the mall ... no one helped me. Then on the third time found what I wanted on my own .... waited 20-30 min to look at it and likely buy it and no one helped me. Had my toddler on my shoulders .... in my arms. Just waiting to get his grandma a gift and wasn’t able to succeed on my mission. Eventually I gave up. So Thank you. I wish I could throw some names out there but no one came to help me so I am unable. So much for being “the diamond store” more like “the doo-doo store”

Got my wedding band in July by September it was broken. No one called to tell us it was ready. Now I can’t pick it up even though I have receipt and photo ID because my husband dropped it off. At this point I’d rather have no ring than do business with Zales.

My ring was changed and now has to go back in and we live a 1hour and a half. In the seven years I have been married we got a whole new ring because of problem and now have had nothing but problems with my Vera Wang ring.

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional, condescending, and Arrogant. Their ignorance cost them an over $3000 sale because we went somewhere else.

I went into the store today with my 15 month old daughter I was told by the workers there that she must be adopted because she has slanted eyes and brown skin and did not look like me will she is my biological daughter I went to another store called The Galleria and bought my ring elsewhere do not shop at the store I was told by the district manager disappear actions would be served I was lied to The store has racist employees working there
