Very unprofessional I called to see if this location carries a dental water additive for dogs. The woman who answered the phone stated she is searching for the item and asked if i could be placed on hold. I agreed to being placed on hold. I did not agree to being placed on hold for 14 minutes then was hung up on. I called back to the store and the same woman answered the phone and said maam Im working the cash register and will get to looking up your item when I can. So i asked her what was I on hold for 14 minutes for if you were not looking up the item in the first place. Im pretty sure she wasnt the only one in the store who could have looked it up. Common sense would be to ask someone for assistant to search the item if she was the only one working the registers. Then she claims she was putting me back on hold and would see if a coworker could look it up then hung up. I called back again for a third time and asked to speak with a manager. The person who answered claimed to be a manager and said the hold button and end button are right next to each other. If that was the case and you notice you hung up on the person then common sense would be to hit the recent calls button and call the customer back. What kind of customer service does this store have? Please redo your customer service training because you all are lacking customer service skills. After I told the manager what I called for it took him less than 2 minutes to tell me they are out of stock for the item I called for.

Could not ask for a more friendly staff, the stock was lacking but that is everywhere. They found what I needed at another store, called and had it put on hold for me, that was going above and beyond.

The firewood burns great. Hot, but not too hot. Nice even burn accross several hours. Peak smore firewood. Get it while you can!

I called and spoke with a gentleman about a product and explained that I was driving over an hour away and exactly what I needed With product information down to the accurate size brand name and everything....I Drive The hour-plus drive get there the product is to be held at customer service when I get to customer service and see the product.... is nothing like what I asked for...I wasted over an hour drive one way plus gas and time not to mention having to make a child ride to and from and not even getting what was needed. THANKS FOR NOTHUNG!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE EMPLOYEES WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC THEY SHOULD AT LEAST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANYTHING IN STORE THAT I ASKED FOR...AND I WAS SO SPECIFIC I GAVE DEMINSIONS AND PRICE FROM ANOTHER TRACTOR SUPPLY STORE 3 TIMES AND TO GET THERE AND IT STILL NOT BE ACCURATE.You had 1 job.....one job nice fail!!

Well kept neat, clean and organized. Store has many items you cant find under one roof. Staff was quick to help and even went with you to help find what ever your looking for. Wish they were a bit bigger.

Ive had very good service between two different stores with an online pick up order and a ship to store order for black Friday. Their communications by phone, email and text notifications were very fast and effective. I am impressed and will come back for more.

A go to place for all your needs, they have a little bit of everything for everyone. Customer service isnt that great. If you need help you have to go and pursue it or compete with other trying to get help like you. Other than that, I recommend this place.

Very nice place! I come here for my dog food and they always offer to carry it for me, and they are always kind to me and my dog. The chicks that they have are always in fine condition and are well taken care of, as well as the other occasional livestock they have on grounds. Overall I would definitely recommend this place!

Just went today to look at gun safes. Andrew helped us, he was very professional and informative and helped us find a great deal on a great safe. Cant recommend him or this Tractor Supply enough! The customer service here is very good.

Even though we live just minutes away from the Springfield, TN Tractor Supply, we usually make the drive to this store instead because the customer service is SOOO much better (and the prices are too). Customer service DOES matter and we appreciate this store tremendously!

Always a pleasure going and shopping or even just looking that usually turns into buying. This store has such a variety of items if you travel down the isles you will generally find an item in each section that you remember you need. (Or is that just me) make sure to say Hi to the animals in the pasture if they are near, they cycle from goats, to cows (very fancy cows) and throw in an emu or donkey.

When they are out of what you need it takes a good long while for them to get it but they will definitely get it for you. They have a great variety of feed. Much better than Rural King. Real nice dog and chicken pens.

Tractor supply holds there facilities to a high standard they are always clean and the staff is always friendly!

Updated Review: 2/5They have now started storing equine bedding pellets outside where it gets wet and ruined. I use it for one of my cats litter boxes because it is better on not tracking stuff on the bathroom floor while it is still in pellet form (when compared to normal cat litter). Wet pellets quickly breakdown and insects nest and lay eggs in it when stored outside. We made a special trip over there and the employee said they only store it outside, and that is how it has always been...which was not true.There were a few other things stored outside that would be ruined by rain also, which is inexcusable to do. The only reason I did not drop the rating down to one star, is because the inside of the store was still in mostly normal condition.Original Review: 4/5Everything about the place matches high expectations of great customer service and assistance carrying out purchases, cleanliness, decent selection (including some things that are only found at these sorts of places), etc.Two things keeping it from five stars. One is that some stuff stored outside gets rusty from laying in puddles of water...so better storage of goods needs to happen.The other thing is that we have placed orders but then when we have gotten there to get it they will have ripped open packaging (orders were for farm supplies). Since we dont know what the product we plan on using has been exposed to, we cant accept it and this causes extra issues for us.

I waited a very long time to get a Christmas tree and many farms and stores were sold out or had very small and sad looking leftovers. But upon getting to tractor supply, they had beautiful 6+ft trees of various fir types for only 20$! They saved my Christmas and at a cheap price as well.

Went in to buy a chainsaw they had on sale. Was in and out quickly and kept on schedule, since I was on lunch. Still had time to grab food and eat. It was a great buy on the chainsaw....

Every other time I go in here, they dont have my dogs food (their store brand), and most of the time when they do have it, they only have the smaller bags. At the hopkinsville, KY store, they will always sell me two of the 18 lb bags for the price of the 35 lb bag. When my fiance asked the these guys, he was rudely advised thats against company policy. Will only be going here as a last resort from here on out, even though its a more convenient spot.

Its been a bit since my last interaction here but I feel like its important to say I thought I lost the insanely helpful small town feel when I came to Clarksville but these guys proved me wrong. I came in out of an awful storm with a motorcycle and no way to load it and they helped me to the best of their ability and loaded it into my friends truck without a problem. Easy 5/5 Id trust them with any utility questions or issues I have. Great job folks!

The staff treats you like family. Im handicap and I just tell them what I need which is usually 40 lbs bags of corn & layer pellets. I All I do is pay. They load it for me. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

This chain has begun its decline. As always happens when a chain gets too big, they have forgotten why people go there.Two weeks ago at another store I went to buy universal transmission- hydraulic fluid. They were completely out of two-gallon jugs. The baffled clerk lamely told me the computer showed they had four in stock. I wryly commented the waist high shelf they walk by daily says otherwise.The shift manager got snippy when I said this had been happening regularly. Sadly for them, I come from a logistics background and know a bit about running out of material, its causes and its cures.Monday I was three states away and went in to this store for one main thing - sisal rope for a tire swing. Of course they were out of it. Once again, a completely empty slot, costing them money while returning zero revenue. It sells by the foot, so they should know when its getting low. Its the biggest item in the cordage area and, again, you can SEE plainly that youre out. The kid had no idea he was out, did not offer any solution, and was unconcerned about any ramifications though sympathetic to the inconvenience.Three weeks ago it was my tractors oil filter. They try to save pennys by only stocking one. That wont work unless your deliveries are daily. Im not waiting for your next Wednesdays truck to change my oil.I remember when Tractor Supply came to town and bought up Quality Farm and Fleet. In those days and until recently you could count on them to have in stock what you needed. Drive by now and see what they keep in stock and youll see where their minds are. Clothes, fruit trees and lawn mowers. Theyre trying to be another home center.Attention, Tractor Supply: we do care about price, but when I shop your store its more about confidence and convenience. You have lost my oil change business. I can go to the local private chain auto parts store which stocks enough farm stuff to get me by. What they dont have, they get tomorrow, and if the computer says they have it then you can count on it.Final note: I went in to my local store again last week and they were still out of the hydraulic transmission oil. I bet the computer still says they have four jugs of it.

Love this store..Only place I could find Scarlet oil to doctor my wounded calf. Everything is always stocked and so clean and organized. Even has misc deal bens that has stuff at a good price.

No one has a better quality to price ratio on pet food and cat litter. Their 4Health brand pet foods are equivalent to Rachel Ray Nutrish and Petco Wholehearted with probiotics and even affordable grain free options if that is your choice for your furry family members. And their 4 in 1 scoopable cat litter is just as good as Fresh Step at half the price.

Ive never had a problem with TSC, I go here for pet supplies & come 2 or 3 times a month to buy dog food for my dogs.This past Sunday 3/14 i purchased a 10X10 dog pin with a roof and only recieved the 5X10 (they forgot to give me my extension panels) because apparently they only sell the 5X10 & if you purchase a 10X10 They just give you extension panels.Apparently theres nothing they can do for me because I had it purchased in the store & Had a hauling company pick it up for me (because I couldnt fit it in my vehicle)I am just aggravated because now i have to pay a moving company to bring me my extension panels because I didnt get all my supplies the first time. I am giving 2 stars because I do understand it is my fault for not being there & making sure I had all the pieces.I was upset with how customer service talked to me when I spoke to them so I will he taking my buisness elsewhere where I feel as if Im treated with respect.Learned my lesson, make sure I have all the pieces although I do feel like the company should make sure aswell.It is just annoying how I have to pay a company once again
