Rude as hell went in to look for a specific hat. They didn’t have. As I walked out immediately started talkn trash. Won’t recommend Bad thing I can have the company online make the hat and shipped to my house.

I got two hats for my spouse. He really loved it. I was able to get my hats engraved for a very decent price.

I bought a white Dallas Cowboys hat here. I still love my hat.

When my Husband and I first tried to go into the store it was closed. This was at about 6pm on a Thursday. Then as we walked by again it was open. Aa we were approaching the store there was a hand written sign. CASH ONLY...UM.... Who carries cash these days?

The item I wanted was not in stock. The sales associate was more than happy to order it for me.

Went to my local Lids store, and they didnt carry any NHL teams with the exception of the local hockey team. When I asked the sales associate about this I was told that Here at Lids we do that on purpose to prevent customers from displaying out of state teams. Thats totally unacceptable to in my opinion. Especially when you have a store in a military community with soldiers from different locations across the United States.
