The sales personnel, pacifically Jeremiah Hester was awesome, he was friendly new what he was talking about and helped me save some money by letting me know about the military discount, he even sent mew the link to the Farmvetco so I could get registered as to help me get my military discount and the Farmvetco has some great opportunities on top of that for military veterans. KUBOTA is one of the more expensive brands but you do get that return in quality, unlike some other brands where much of your dollar goes the the name. Jeremiah was super great and took the time to educate me on the many functions and how they would work for me. I wish I could by a car like that. The only short fall is weekend hours.

John Shipp was excellent to deal with. I purchased a Z781i from him as well as some accessories. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The only reason for 4 stars is it took for just about ever to receive all of the items I ordered when I bought the mower. I was told this was because the items ordered were accessories, not parts. They say there is no issue like this with parts.

They always got what I need for my tractor

Good service buying a replacement part for a tractor. Waited to talk to a salesman about a new tractor but he was walking around the showroom on what sounded like a personal call for over 10 minutes, so I left.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and respectful . Lots of inventory to choose from with great prices .

I ordered a part for my Kubota tractor and was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I waited over a month before hopping online and buying one, which I received in two days with free shipping. And people wonder why brick n mortar stores are dying a slow, agonizing death.UPDATE: I stopped in to get some hydraulic fluid and mentioned to the parts guy my part never came in. He showed ZERO interest in the fact they completely dropped the ball. Sad excuse for a dealership.

I bought a zero turn from here 4 months ago and had to take it in 2 weeks ago to get a new deck belt and right handle tightened. You would think they would have belts in stock, but had to order it. Still no zero turn and service dept. Said they would get to it when they can. Should of went to the other place that sells green equipment.

Do not use them if you want anything that closely resembles good customer service.

There are 2 reasons for my shoppings at any business. A top quality product an the other being service which starts with the salesman. William Hutson is tops! He is pleasant an assisted me in getting the right mower by researching details an answering numerious questions. Ive been doing business here for several years. Have a couple of Kubota tractors, an RTV, and zero turn mower which were all purchased here. Just recently got a bat-wing cutter for my tractor. Chad is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help.

We had major hydraulic problems on the jobsite. Excellent service in pickup, replacement unit, repair and delivery! The Coleman team fixed it all.

Their web page says they rent tractors, $175 a day, $45 a day for a box blade, and $95 to deliver.I called to request a tractor and was treated like an Idiot because I didnt know that they no longer offer a rental service. Im not the Idiot, Coleman is the Idiot for not correcting their web page.

Its time for the old Kubota to be serviced. I called two different times asking for a quote and five hours later still dont have one because they are too busy to give out a quote for an annual service. I called the Kubota dealer in Hopkinsville. Given a quote real time right there. They got my business.

Takes months to receive parts. They must go to Japan to order them. Only one source for parts!

Very hard to get service. One would think they dont want to make sales.

Wrong parts over and over again, tractor down for 2 weeks. They are trying but you would figure with a serial number they could figure it out. Not the first time this has happened either.

Counter people are friendly. It is a very busy store because it is the only Kubota dealership in the area. Sometimes they have to call you back or you may stay on hold till you can speak to someone, but they do follow through. Kubota parts are outrageously over-priced overall, but that is the case in ALL dealerships.
