I never experienced such a level of service. I had an insurance case for repair and they were going above and beyond to deliver good service:- they called a driver to pick me up and bring me to the rental car agency- they kept me informed about the status of the repair- repair was done in the promised time frame- the car was washed and cleaned, even from the inside- the repair was done perfectly- I could leave the rental car right at the shop and they took care of itHighly recommended!!!

JEFF IS AWESOME!!! I came in with a hood that wouldn’t close and was really scared it would’ve been crazy expensive to fix, but Jeff fixed it himself in like 2 minutes!!! Whoever owns this place give that man a raise please he is an ANGEL!!!!!

I recently had some minor damage to my car after it got clipped in a parking garage. Even though it was minor, I was concerned about getting it fixed correctly given that it isn’t a common car and especially not a common color. The guys at Cass did an awesome job and were very responsive throughout the short repair process. The color matches very well, especially considering that bumpers are known to not match perfectly along with the rest of paint being 10 years old. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any additional repairs done with these guys. They were also very helpful in getting a rental car setup through insurance.

So very glad I got a second estimate. Cass Collision in Clawson did an excellent job on my Subaru Crosstrek. And final price was almost 1/3 of the estimate from Suburban Collision 😳Suburban Collission is who my Subaru dealership had recommended. Cass Collision was recommended by Progressive and car was completed in 3 days instead of 2 weeks. And Jeff was so helpful and great with updates. Car looks great. Highly recommend.

Dropped my car off and was going to have Cass fix it but found another place instead. I get my car back 8 days later with a fully dead battery (because it took them from friday to tuesday right before close, to put a grille and headlight back on my car. my car had to be jumped in the lot by an employee. First time Ive ever had to) they most likely left the electronics on because the off button has to be hit TWICE when turning the engine and electronics off. They would leave the key in the ignition with the window down so when they only hit the button once, they left all electronics on because they also would leave the key in the ignition for extended periods, perfect for anybody to steal. Who leaves keys inside a BMW M6 with the windows rolled down? People who dont care about your stuff. The battery is completely dead and cannot be recharged now. My convertible top no longer works, my speakers go out at high volumes, and my power steering is also basically gone now. I get a servotronic malfunction which is brand new to me. At first I thought they tightened the steering up but its clear thats not what they did. They also called me and told me they couldnt get my car to move so they were getting a running start and pushing it. These guys left my hood open and my car wont move when the hood is open so they were getting a running start and pushing my car with the E-brake on.Close your eyes and picture that, someone getting a running start to move your car. I would be laughing harder if my car wasnt the victim. The guy who called me says theres a brake stuck somewhere, I can hear it towards the back of the car.Nobody at the shop thought well, whats changed on the car since its entered the shop? hey, maybe we should close the hood that we opened and the car might move it even gives a warning inside the car.Now I have to have the entire car inspected somewhere else. I only went here because my insurance company uses them for direct repair, what a mistake. They have an attitude of not taking responsibility for anything. When they called me and told me my car wont move they basically said well you can have it towed somewhere else as if that was happening when I dropped it off and now I have to figure it out why it wont drive despite it happening on their time. So I took 2 hours out of my day to drive in traffic to go see why my car wouldnt move. Luckily I solved the issue within minutes but thats still time that I lost with work and time is money. They dont truly care about the customer they only care about their bottomline and if thats not true then they should change the way that they do business. I would never be so careless with my clients in the line of business that Im in.

Staff very nice. Did the repairs quickly and well. Deducting two stars due to them saying they would touch up a couple minor things as coutesty then they didnt. I was willing to pay if good price - didnt ask for courtesy repair. No reason given for why not done as promised - acted like had amnesia about it. First quote provided for a different repair was later quoted more than 3 times higher, and almost double of dealership price, which is always very high. Strange. Will shop around next time.

Awesome body shop

They are really nice people but extremely slow process and no follow through. Everytime they say they will call and update me, I get nothing. And they keep changing their time table. Not cool at all.

Giving one star is a disservice to that one lonely star. So I took my car in on a monday morning with an estimated time of 4 days. So when I called thursday to see if my car was going to be done I was surprised to hear that they ordered a bad part and would be an extra day. No big deal, but really I mean you couldnt have called me and let me know that. I have to find out when I call and ask. So since I couldnt leave work early Friday I had to pick it up after hours in the dark. Picked it up and had some cookies on my seat, nice touch right. Well saturday morning when I looked at the work done it was beyond ridiculous. I had my rear trunk, and bumper replaced so when I looked at it the bumper had a gap between it and the trunk at one end of about an inch and a half and at the other end less than a centimeter. To give a visual you could put your finger between the 2 at one end and if you slid it the other way it would be stopped about 3/4 of the way. The bumper was jutted out creating a gap between the bumper and quarter panel that was very noticeable. Also, there was a huge chunk of something in the paint. So I didnt want to be picky so I just wanted the bumper put on correctly and brought it back monday morning since my wife was off work she could pick it up later. This is when my main issue with this place comes in. My wife went to pick it up and the battery was dead. So they jumped it and drove away, later it wouldnt start again. When I got home I found the lights had been turned and left on. Since we have not once turned the lights on since we owned the car as they are auto it was obvious that this was deliberately done. There was no reason to turn the lights on since it is one bulb in the taillight and simply checking the brakes would suffice. It was clear that the person who did the work was not too happy about having to re-do his 1st grade level work and decided to mess with us. Anyways, the owner did call me and was very nice about it, offered to fix it and make sure I am happy. Sounds all well and good but I refuse to take my car or any car back there after this nightmare of a situation. Based on quality of work alone I would advise anyone not to use this shop.

Ive lived in the area for over 20 some years and used the old shop that was here before and they were ok. I was shocked on how clean and nice the new office was. Nice people they wrote me an estimate price seemed fair. I spoke with my agent and he told me this Cass Collision was an approved shop just go ahead and get it fixed. I called Jeff back and he set me an appointmnet for the next day. They took my car right in and started the repair while I waited for my rental car. About a week later I got a call my car was ready, I had been sent some texts all during the week with updates. The rental gal told me these guys have two more shops on the eastside, my car was outside up front by the door washed and waxed, I was impressed, looked in side nice and clean. Jeff had me in an out in a just a few minutes and I was on my way. When I got home I looked it over in the driveway good match of the painting, fit nice. I was impressed overall. I took my cookies they gave me inside to have with my coffee. Gentelmen you will do well here, Welcome to Clawson, If I need you agin I drive over good job.
