Agreed. Very entitled and rude. I was placed on hold for over 5 min. When i called back i asked about delivery she said i have to go online and place the order. Therr is no way to order anything on the website and have it delivered. When i called back to ask if she could help she basically told me she couldnt. I guess i cant grt the product i need and no other cosmoprof around me has it. Cool. Thanks.

My favorite beauty supply store

This place has the worse customer service ever!! I went in there to pick up a few things, I asked the worker about a developer since there was none on the shelf. She rudely responded, “then we are out” I asked, do you know when you are getting more? She literally rolled her eyes at me and almost yell “no I don’t”As I was walking to the register she had her back turn and I noticed she was on her cell phone on FB, I then asked can I have another cosmoprof membership card for my key chain since mine broke. She seem so annoyed once again and yell, you have to call customer service if you want another one. This behavior is not acceptable at all and I hope that who ever owns this place disciplines this lazy, rude, unprofessional workers. The employee name is Angela

The employees are absolutely the worst here. They are rude, and act annoyed when asked where something is. If you don’t like your job, just quit, don’t take it out on paying customers. There is no such thing as a line in this place either, they just ring up whoever runs to the register first even if they know other customers have been waiting longer. They seem to want to accommodate more high fashion customers then their normal looking customers. Seriously stay away from this cosmoprof and go to a different location or a SalonCentric.

I feel like this location never really has a full line of something . I also feel like the staff never can fully answer my questions regarding products.
