I am from Royal Oak, i come to the Rite Aid in Clawson because the service is great, people always friendly always willing to go out of there way. i stock up on there Rite Aid sparkling water which is a steal if you have a Rite Aid card only costs 88 cents. Anyways keep up the good work and friendly service is pays off in the end.

The pharmacy is great very friendly knowledgeable staff.

This pharmacy is quick and efficient. It’s never a chore to pick up my kids medicine and the pharmacist Marc is always great with letting me know any info that I need to know for what I’m picking up. I’ve been to other stores I’m the area and this is so much better and actually communicates. They have a drive through as well!

I went to fill a script and they wanted to verify it with my Dr. So after getting through to the Dr to verify and making me wait 1/2 hour they informed me they didnt have the medication in stock and turned me away. I will be going else where to fill all my prescriptions. Not cool or helpful at all Rite Aid.

I have recently switched from CVS to this Rite Aid. I am really pleased with how quickly my prescriptions are filled. I also appreciate that the Pharmacist was able to give us our flu shots. Thank you for your good customer service.

The pharmacist Cristina is the best pharmacist. Everytime I go she takes care of me, the best girl I swear, very friendly and nice. GOD BLESS AMERICA

Cristina was a great help at the Rite Aid. Every time I go there and she always has my medications ready. She did a great job with my flu shot.

The exchange I just got into with Debora as she gave me two money orders was just disrespectful. She deserves to be fired but me telling her about how foul her behavior is white she was at her job in front of her manager has me content.

Had a child with an ear infection. Came straight from the Urgent Care and was turned away at 8:30 because they told me they were unable to fill it before closing. Had to drive to another pharmacy and spend an extra hour getting the antibiotic.
