I’ve been going here ever since I was a little girl! They’ve always been consistent. Although I can’t always find what I’m looking for, this is my first stop!

Went many times prior to COVID to purchase my hair/supplies...PRICING is Crazy high now and very limited stock of what Im looking for! Was my go to place in DE... No Thank you, Ill stay in PA!

Love this hair store! Especially during the beginning of Pandemic! It was a get out the house trip for me and my daughter..When they opened up to sale stuff at the door for Covid safety! Was a life saver! Prices are reasonable, courteous owners.and my girl always help me find what im looking for! Especially my sunglasses! I spend at least 50$ everytime i go!

Everything in this store is old looking and outdated 😩😩 their wigs are HORRIBLE!!! Very old and cheap looking. If you want some decent hair or something exclusive, go to NewCastle Beauty Supply in Wilmington. They have TONS and a way better selection of hair, wigs and products period. You won’t be disappointed!

The owners and workers are friendly, they carry most products. They have good prices on some products.

Superior customer service!!! The store clerk was more than patient with me as I asked a multitude of questions. She went above and beyond assisting me by opening multiple packs of hair to ensure the color, quality and texture was exactly what I wanted. She smiled throughout the entire process and walked me to every area of the store to show me where items were located. We often go out of our way to write a bad review, but I could not let this wonderful customer service go unnoticed. I am from another state and I can’t tell you how insulting and disheartening it is to have people follow you around the hair supply stores and treat you like a criminal while you patronize their business. This store store has earned my respect and my business the next time I am in town. Again, kudos to the wonderful attendant and one of the best stores I have visited in years!!!D

Very Poor customer service by the owner. I purchased many items from this store. My last purchase was a pair of slide sandles for $15. They were my size. I loved them. And they fit. However.... Within 2 days of wearing them... I got blisters on my big toes . From the hard plastic they are made from. The decorations were peeling off as well. I went in with my receipt. And was basically told no refunds. Because I wore them . WHAT!!?? As if I only bought them to wear for 2 days? I showed the owner the blisters on my toes. And once again was told No. I then said I would not be shopping in his store again. He shrugged his shoulders. I needed my $15 back so I could purchase another pair of shoes. Disappointed to say the least!

I drove all the way from Philly to Wilmington (due to the lockdown) they were so friendly and patient. They answered all my questions. I never write reviews but thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.

Small hair shop that carries a surplus of ethnic hair care supplies that are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful

The owner discriminates against people with medical conditions...he will refuse to let you in if you cant wear a mask due to a medical condition..even with proof. Even the mask order says people with medical conditions are to be exempt. Very inconsiderate.

Convenient but never have as much selections like Wilmington flea markets

They have everything to crochet hair to sew in hair from Human here to synthetic hair. They have all kinds of ponytails and different colors permanent dyes and hair rinse. They have perms, jewelry, accessories and makeup. Anything you want they have wit no taxes.

The customer service is great and they are always fully stocked on product

They are way overpriced. I bought a got2b glued blasting freeze spray for $8.49 whereas it was $4.99 in other stores. Yes I bought more than one item and when I got to other stores to pick up something else, I was way overcharged. I spent close to $70 in my visit

They cut corners for business and lie to make you buy their products. Even when you confront them with the product misrepresentation there is no remorse or a willingness to make it right. I will avoid them, it didnt matter to them that I had been doing business for While.

The prices and styles of hair,wigs and products are the best I’ve ever seen around so I don’t shop anywhere else and she is very knowledgeable about every item in the store.... she’s so dedicated you would’ve thought she was the owner but the owners are just as friendly as well!!!!
