Verdict is out. With multiple attempts to contact to request prices for a kitchen package and mattresses there has been no communications back from Garner Appliance and Mattress. I guess it is just easier to go with Lowes.

Stopped in today and left thinking they were great people, who took customer service seriously. I will go back.

This is an excellent appliance store with quality brand variety. Made 2 separate purchases within past 3 months; pricing was very good compared to the competition and availability has never been a problem. Deliveries are timely, well coordinated with my schedule and delivery staff are professional and careful. Highly recommend Garner Appliance.

My wife and I just moved to Clayton yesterday from out of state and needed a mattress. We happened to notice Garner Appliance and Mattress while on our way home. I called and had spoken with John who was very informative about the mattresses they carry. I ended up stopping by today and met with John to look at the mattresses we discussed that fit my needs and budget and ended up landing on a mattress/box spring combo. John was a pleasure to work with and his product knowledge was impressive. Thank you John for helping my wife and I choose our next mattress.

From the purchase through the delivery, every step has been flawless and as promised. Especially the delivery teams. They take care to insure no damage is done to the product or the premises. Also, the team is well trained on operation of the appliance and spend time with with the customer on how to use and care for the product. Todays delivery by Taiquan and Vernon is no exception. We have had a wonderful experience buying through Garner Appliance. Our salesman Ted was generous with his time and support even though we thought we were just looking ; his colleague Ty was equally helpful when we returned the next day to make the purchase . Harry and DeWayne have just delivered our new refrigerator, and we couldnt be happier. These two men were careful of our floors and furniture; detailed in checking for connections and space clearances; and patient in explaining the new features and usage to us. That kind of service will keep me coming back when I replace the next appliances!
