Brooke at the Clayton location saved my future relationship with Just Tires. I have been using Just Tires for oil changes, new tires, and alignments for over 10 years now, and after a bad experience in Garner, I called Clayton. Brooke was very professional, helped resolve my concerns, and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service! Chris also provided great customer service, and I think I may start driving the extra 10 minutes to use this location from now on. A state inspector told me my treads looked terrible so I took my car to Just Tires and they told me my tread was fine and my tires didnt even need to be rotated. I will definitely be back when Im ready for new tires, these guys are honest and dont try to upsell you things you dont need. Great customer service!

I am so grateful to Just Tires- I was on my way to work when my splash guard came loose and started dragging. They clipped it back up for me quickly at no charge and got me back on my way. I will be using them for all my car’s servicing from here on out.

I am writing this review so someone doesnt have the same experience I had this morning. I brought my 2008 BMW 328i sedan in for 4 new tires and an alignment. I was sitting here for 2 hours while they did my tires before I was notified that they couldnt do my alignment. They informed me that they didnt have the right machinery to do my alignment. The employees that intake these vehicles should know these procedures and the required information. If I had known that information I wouldnt have to sit all day at 2 mechanic shops. I am sure they did a good job on my tires and I am in no way bashing their work. The employees just need more information on what type of service they do.

I have used this location several times and have been very satisfied. The company doesn’t push products or services, but presents me with options based on their inspection of my car. The waiting area is clean and Covid-19 rules are in place. I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. I recommend this location.

UPDATE to 5 STARS (12-23-20) - After posting my initial review, the store manager called me personally to inquire about the service I received. We spoke for about 15 minutes and afterward he invited me back so they could get my alignment right. When I arrived, I also spoke with Owen who performed my alignment. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the hows/whys of the process. He was able to get my Envoy perfectly aligned with no specialty tools. All in all, my experience with this Just Tires was amazing. The manager went the extra mile to listen to his customer and make my experience a 5 star one. If you need an alignment for your Trailblazer/Envoy, Im comfortable recommending this store. Ask for Owen to do your alignment!GMC Envoy Front End Alignment - I took my Envoy in for a front end alignment on 12-22-20. I arrived for my appointment and they got my truck in shortly after. PROS - The crew got me in and had my truck aligned in about 45 minutes. The process was smooth. CONS - I say alignment in quotes because they were only able to adjust the toe since they did not have the proper tools to adjust the camber/caster of this platform.If you drive something besides a Trailblazer/Envoy, youll probably be fine going here. But if you do drive a TrailVoy, Id suggest finding another shop if you need an alignment for a Trailblazer/Envoy.

Id give less than 1 star if I could. Made an appointment online to have all 4 tires changed. Arrive 3 days later to the store at the scheduled time. They only have 2 tires. If your job is literally to SELL TIRES, how do you NOT HAVE TIRES needed when youre given ample notice?

They replaced a tire for me about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. I was nervous they might turn me away because it was so late and all others had been closed for hours. Nope... they did a great job and were highly professional. In an out with a new tire at a good price too.

I used to trust this place, but lately Ive been having some doubts. I usually pay for the Premium Oil Change service, but found out I wasnt getting the service Id paid for. I visually inspected the oil filter and found that it was the old filter that wasnt replace. After confronting with the manager, he apologized and gave me a free oil change to correct the problem. I must have upset someone at Just Tire for voicing my problem. Within my next 3,000 mile oil change, I kept getting water into my floorboard and didnt know where it was coming from. My floorboard would be soaked even on a hot sunny day. At 2,500 miles, I finally took it into Citgo Oil Service in Clayton and they found that someone had plug my air condition drain line with a brand new oil plug bolt. Now, my vehicle is damaged with the mildew smell and mold. Will not recommend Just Tire to any of my friends or families.

Needed a tire repair. Went to Just Tires because my regular shop was busy. Nice people, good service. I can recommend it.

I have purchased several sets of tires from here and have generally been happy with the service and products. I brought in a jeep patriot that has your tires on it and asked if you could patch a tire. I left it with them and they would call when it was ready. I did not receive a call so i called 4 hours later to check on it. I was told that the hole in the tire was too close to the side wall to patch and they probably need to be replaced anyway. Mind you, they were not at the tread wear indicators and i think they were good for another 5,000+ miles anyway. It was still a pretty good tire so i told them i would just come pick it up and try to plug it myself (i understand they have a policy not to try to patch if it is close to the side wall for safety reasons i guess) I took it home and removed the tire. I found a small nail in the dead center of the tire and no holes anywhere near the side wall. Why cant you just shoot me straight? It makes me want to check out Pep Boys next time I need tires on any one of my 4 vehicles. Be honest with me and you have a customer for life. If i would have listened to you, i would have had to buy another tire for no reason. If it was not intentional then perhaps it was a rushed inspection of the tire because you would rather just sell new tires than to fix the ones i have already bought from you. Disappointing !

It wasn’t so much that the people that work there are rude because they are, it’s more that they just don’t care if you need help or not. I’ve used just tires in other NC city’s and the customer service was good, but this one in Clayton needs to have new managment and the person who operates the front needs to be fired. I live and have a Busienss in Clayton and will never go back there again. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and god help you if you have an emergency and need help because they won’t lift a finger to help you. Choose someone else for tires.

Awesome customer service! I had an appointment for another day but came in today to grab a promotion that ended today. They went out of their way to fit me into their schedule and even went to another store to get the tires I needed for my car! They did not try to oversell anything and made sure I got everything I needed. Very pleased with Just Tires!

When I got a flat tire and put on a donut, my donut was flat. Lucky I was near just tires and I was able to drive there and get my donut and regular tire fixed under 30 mins. Very grateful for these guys.

Took 2 hrs for a 30 minute fuel system cleaning. I was given good post instructions, however dont come here if your waiting at the shop or in a hurry.

I set an appointment online to drop off my car within an hour from setting the appointment. One of my tires was leaking air and I was in need of an oil change. I arrived to my appointment 5 min early and was promptly greeted and welcomed. The gentleman that helped me answered the questions I had and gave me a time frame to expect when to be able to pick up my car.Everything was completed satisfactorily and it was discovered I had additional partial punctures to other tires that were also fixed very satisfactorily. Everything was also completed within the time frame provided and I payed a little under what was originally estimated.Altogether enjoyable experience and I will continue to come here for my future vehicle needs.

Communication severely lacking here. Both amongst the employees and with you as a customer. You’re better off going to a “mom and pop” shop. If you go here, be sure to ask follow up questions and don’t assume there will be common sense.

Service is tops here. Ive moved and havent done business here in a couple years. It was on my way though, and we were in a hurry, so we stopped in to get a hubcap installed. Easy, you say? Id struggled with this plastic disk for a good half hour, and it didnt go quickly for the mgr there -- who had dropped what he was doing and come right out to help us. And he refused to take any money.

Good Customer Service.! Great actually let me know there was a nail in the tire before servicing, gave me the option of the warranty, balance and rotation for the life of the tires. Cant beat it. Stacked it with my alignment program. It pays for the peace of mind.

This Just Tires is great. Dont drop your car off for an oil change or any other work and expect it to be done quickly because theyre normally pretty busy. However, the work they do is really good and not too expensive so because its close I always come here for my oil changes, alignments, tire rotation, etc. Have been very pleased so far!

I had a rough start to my day with a flat tire. I chose to drive carefully on a spare to Just Tires in Clayton. I will say I am very pleasantly surprised at the great customer service and service in general.Ive had my share of flat tires and all the places Ive gone they either charge too much or make a long list of things that are wrong with my car. (Which isnt true) At the end of the experience making me feel my car is going to exploded just by turning it on.Just Tires didnt do that. I’ve been standing in the lobby of this location for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. The gentleman at the front desk is talking on the with tech support. I asked the person behind me if she’d done business here before. She stated she got two flat tires taken care of yesterday and had to come back because something feels off when she’s driving. I would not recommend this location if there is another available. Unfortunately, it is Sunday and they are the closest open.

This is my go-to place for routine maintenance, tires and service. The staff is knowledgable and friendly and appointments are easy to schedule online. Ive never had a bad experience here. They explain the services that your vehicle needs and pricing thoroughly.

I like the place. Complementary coffee and water and right across the street from bojangles and other restaurants. I only wish the wait time was a bit better and the prices of tires could be matched or more competitive. Other than that I lole the price and staff are usually very nice.

Against store policy my a**. After i was told 6 hours later from arrival on Saturday and past closing, that i needed ball joints. I left my truck say there shop for them to begin in the morning. I went to get my MOOG parts from Adv**** A, and was told they couldnt install parts from outside due to policy and liability issues. BS. Their cost $143.89, what i paid $99.27 I asked to see this policy Mr Paul said he doesnt have to show it to me and that he is just filing in for someone. I asked that he call the GM Matt since he is just filling in, but he declined. I them asked the garage tech Eddie about the policy who had aparantly been told to take the truck off the lift. He stated We do have an account with Adv@$/^ Auto... my response was Ill task mine back and have you order it from there, using your account. Paul intervened its still going to be the same price... Wow, even with this receipt in many hand. I understand some markups, but just wow, really, that its unacceptable service. All to markup a price. You have an account with vendors Just Tires, stop stealing from three people. I will be contacting BBB, Goodyear (their cooperate owners) and any or all needed to resolve this constant issue we consumers have with mechanics.

The staff are just plain rude!!! This is the second time Ive went here and this is the second and last time ever going back. The workers were cursing in front of my little girls and acting very childish. Good riddance

Service depends greatly on whom is managing the store at the time. I have had great service at times and then others not so much. However, there are local gyms and eateries nearby if you wish to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, which is nice.

According to them they inspect/check every car? No not at all. Check Free Tires Alignment? According to them everybody needs a tire alignment as they want to make $$$. I had brake calipers issues, and they think that its nothing wrong with the car but the street itself. Poor Service!

Bought a car in 2016, got tires in 2017 and again in 2019. When I picked my car up was asked if I knew that the center caps were damaged. If I had painted them(smh). Informed the employee that they have been the only ones who done my tires and never informed me of anything damaged. Asked about them replacing them. Was told that the manager would call me. Ive called twice and left messages and have not heard from the manager. The wait time for someone to answer the phone is as bad as the wait time for tires to be put on. A $15 part (for 4) and no phone call shows that they a very poor at customer service. Its a shame that something that simple loses customers, but I will be doing my business somewhere else.

Went in with a nail in one tire knowing that it could be repaired easily with a plug. Was first one in line as the doors opened. Truck was taken back I was told they would patch it but it took an hour to patch one small nail hole. I knew I would be a little late to work but wasnt expecting an hour and a half late. Something that should have taken 15 minutes took four times that long.

Pricey! I only went there because they accept my Goodyear Credit Card. I told them my limit and what do you know? My total came out to my limit, plus a few dollars! Staff was friendly, place was clean, and as far as I know their work was good. Well see. But I feel like I was taken advantage of.

We thought we needed to get new tires but they told us we just needed to have them patched. The repair was 1-2 months ago and apparently is still holding up because we havent had a flat. The staff was also kind and efficient.

I had nails in both of my front tires and when I called to make an appointment, they fit me in the same day. They were extremely professional and helpful and I’m so glad that I decided to come here for my tires!!

I had an appointment set for 9:30. Once I got there I was told that they were all booked up and I would have a much longer wait time then it said when I booked the appointment. If that were the case, why would it let me make the appointment. Extremely frustrating and all I get is a Im sorry. Glad I took off work for this. RidiculousPart 2:Yep, same thing happened again yesterday. They overbooked and now they needed to reschedule me. Heck with them, I just took my business elsewhere. Im not going to be trying to go back again anytime soon since apparently theyre so busy they dont need me.

I started taking my car their after I got burned by Integrity automotive and Pep Boys. I can honestly say I believe they are interested in doing what I want done for the best price. There has also been a couple of times where I have been advised to do things a different way to save money. Recently, I brought my car in and told them I wanted all four tires replaced. They called me to let me know that I only needed two. If they were interested in price gouging this would have been an easy opportunity. I have peace of mind leaving my vehicles there and highly recommend them for the Clayton area.

Made appointment online on Saturday and showed up Sunday at the appointed time.They didn’t have the tires the online system indicated they had and they had no tires the size I needed. Attendant was nice and apologized but acknowledged the online booking doesn’t know what tires are in inventory and books unlimited appointments at the same time.Should be called “Just a Waste of Time or Just Don’t Care not Just Tires.

Used this location for years before moving. Professional, knowledgeable, and always very helpful. Also, Just Tires is the only place I’ve found with reasonably discounted oil change coupons for full synthetic, can save about $30. I definitely recommend this JT location.

Really impressed with these guys, and their priliduct. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and they have a great system for on-line ordering, scheduling, and fulfillment. Usually use Costco for tires but my wife did not want Michelins, or others from there this time. Sunday evening, i decide to go online to compare these guys with others. They are competitive, and their on line tools put them over the top. Had the tires installed the next day while enjoying a great lunch next door at La Cocina. Less than 2 hours for lunch, and install

These guys will tell you like it is, plain and simple. They dont try to sell you on stuff other people say you need but really dont.

Paid to have my tires rotated and balanced. Got the truck home and realized they had not been rotated. They had also busted a few of the clips that hold my hubcap to the rim. Avoid taking your vehicle here.

Took my 2006 Honda Accord for wheel Alignment and oil Change! After leaving my Car there half a day they didnt even check my Tires Pressure! Rear tire was at 10lbs. Please Go elsewhere!

Pack a lunch!I made an appointment and it was 3 hours to change 2 tires!!They did an alignment check, and of course needed a tweak. (I didnt have another 8 hours for a tow adjustment, so I split) I NEVER asked for the alignment check, nor did they say they were going to do it. I didnt need to waste an extra 2 hours for that crap.NEVER again.

Don’t make an appointment because they take walk ins before appointments. Made an appointment a week in advance, got there 30 minutes in advance an hour later they pull my car in for rear brakes. Manager says it’s been a busy day. Sorry to trouble you next time I’ll go somewhere else. Your loss not mine.

I was sold a tire I didnt need. They should have told me the leaking was from the rim not the tire from the start. Went back the next day because the new tire was completely flat. Was told it was because the rim is chrome but they could seal it? Two days later new tire is completely flat! Both times I went there I spent about 2 hours waiting. Wha?

Friendly and honest with fair wait times

Unpleasant time suck. I made an appointment the day before. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment. It took them one hour and forty minutes from my scheduled appointment time until it was complete. Thats a total of 2 hours to do a $20 patch on a tire. Thats a total of 2 hours to do a $20 patch on a tire. Only for the desperate.

I wouldnt take my car there. Pad 200.00$ for alinemen the upper control arm was broke and that said that did the alinement. My 71 year old dad drove the car to the beach. He made it back home ok but it could have been vary bad out come. Wake forest n.c. there not good at there jobs.

What is the point of making an appointment if you dont keep them? 10am appointment and after being there an hour they still hadnt even looked at my car! Ive given them too many chances to improve. These guys are SLOW! Worst yet, when I expressed displeasure they acted like they didnt care. However when my wife asked them what was up they told her they were apologetic but I wasnt having it, so theyre liars too - I may have stayed if they had apologized! Going to Jiffy lube from now on!

Been from asheville n.c. .( i needed a quick alignment before heading back.went to several places as far away as selma.. to a referral place know as MASSEYS AIGNMENT, no can do they say without appointment.. so i headed back to just tires in ceveland crossover. Great service. Found a screw in my tire, fixed it, and had me on my way.

Only needed a tire repair, but after 30min i still hadnt received service,...so went to Midas across the street, got things done in less than 10min!
