Zero stars actually. Was recommended to him. I called and left a voice mail. He called back a few days later. He asked me to text him with details which I did. He said his mobile mechanic would get back to me. I sent three follow up text messages saying that no one ever got back to me. Never heard from him again. Is this a new business model for success that I do not understand?

I brought my trailer to this place in may and they had my trailer until July dragging me along telling me they were waiting on parts. Every time i talked to them it was something different! Finally they called and said my trailer was done, I went to pick my trailer up and everything was exactly the same as when i brought it to them, they fixed nothing! Pete is the owner and he has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, I have no idea how this place is in business, they do not answer the phone they only respond in text when they feel like it! Luckily I checked my trailer before i gave them a dime! I had to take my trailer to another company where it is now being fixed properly! Performance trailer is a joke! Pete is a joke! Never take your trailer to this place they dont even have a real shop!

Pete was great. Professional, on time, fair prices and friendly! I would definitely use Pete again for all my trailer maintenance needs.

Peter is a knowledgeable and resourceful trailer mechanic. Before you go through the headache of ordering parts from a manufacturer, call him and get his take on any trailer body work - it will save you a lot of time and hassle!

Well i have to disagree but then again he is not my boyfriend! Will always for sure go elsewhere.Good luck on that one.
