Jeff is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and fair business owner. I have taken my car several times for maintenance, oil change, timing belts, alternator, etc. and referred several friends who all use his shop. Every time, he’s flexible and tries to always help as fast as he can. One time my alternator went and he had it back to me almost within a day fixed up good as new! He’s reasonable and truthful in all diagnostics. Excellent work in a timely manner and pleasant to speak with- I won’t take my car anywhere else. I’ve gone to them twice now and they really are a great help. Gave me updates about the recent engine repair I had and they got it done pretty quickly. The previous time I went for them to fix my a/c and they had it done by the end of the day. Overall great to go to and affordable.

Jeff has extremely helpful on two occasions. Once when I was trying to decide on handling a repair on my own in which he provided some sound advice, and another when he performed a quick and cheap repair on a punctured tire. Carwell came highly recommended by a neighbor and I can confidently pass on that recommendation. Its a smaller shop that does good work and will take the time to talk to its customers.

Needed brakes and a 90,000 mile service for my Honda Accord. Went into this planning on replacing all four brakes, but just let me know that we only needed to do the front brakes now and the rear pads have plenty of life left in them. Saved me money and finished the job when he said be done. Appreciate having a place like this so close in Clayton. Will definitely be back for any other service.
