I am a first time customer with Cricket and I received amazing customer service. I was only there for about an hour and it was so easy to purchase and set up my phone. Christina did an amazing job helping me and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in Clayton looking to purchase quality phone service.

I really appreciate Nene and Shannons professionalism and helping me with my replacement phone. Their customer service skills and personalities were above and beyond and they made me feel very comfortable while dealing with my transaction. If you could hire more people with their capabilities and abilities, I feel that the cricket organization would benefit greatly.

I came into the store on April 6th to buy a phone and was told the apple 7 plus was on sale for $299.99 when infact the sale had ended 2 days prior. I came to realize that i was actually charged $399.99 when the paperwork from progressive leasing came in the mail with the total amount i owed for the phone on it! I am still trying to straighten this mess out with no avail. They get ZERO stars if they dont honor the price i was verbally quoted by the sales woman named Omi.
